Description
本發明係關於一種照明器具,尤指一種應用於冷凍冷藏展示櫃之照明器具。
冷藏櫃照明燈的功用是為了照明冷藏櫃內之商品,而達到展示商品及促使商品銷售之目的。一般照明燈是設置在冷藏櫃的置物板前緣下方,使客人方便看清所照明的物品。至於目前市售之冷藏櫃照明燈是以螢光燈之光源為主,其發光方式為360度的放射。經實驗量測其耗電功率為40w,光效率則介於40%-65%之間,顯示有許多光量被遮蔽,而未被有效地應用在被照射物上,這表示有很多能源是被浪費的,即使經過反射也會造成光能的損耗。
現有的冷藏櫃燈階以螢光燈為主,其缺點為啟動不易,演色性不佳,低溫下的發光效率不佳,且有汞污染的危險,尤其冷藏櫃的應用常以食品為主而有危險之虞。
另外,冷藏櫃對物品名稱與價格卡擺放位置是位於置物板的前方,因此常和照明燈的位置產生擺放問題。通常是物品名稱與價格卡在前或夾持在置物板前緣,照明燈是在物品名稱與價格卡的稍後側位置固定,所以在維修與保養方面也不方便。
發光二極體(以下簡稱LEDS)的長壽命、無汞污染、色
調與演色性可自行調配。且在低溫之下,LEDS的發光效率更佳,正可以克服習知以螢光燈為主要光源之冷藏櫃燈階的種種問題。而為了有效提昇能源的應用,本發明利用LEDS具有方向性放射光的特性,避免光的浪費以及提高發光效率。故本發明之目的在提供一種比現有螢光燈體積更小,構造更簡單,組裝更容易的照明器具,且本發明之照明器具可節約能源。
本發明之另一目的在提供一種照明器具,係利用鋁合金擠製成型的設計原理,並改良散熱片與框體一體成型,除了能將熱量順利導出外,更能讓卡片或標籤結合於第一框壁的第一夾持部上,以增加散熱效率,降低成本,節省組裝工序,方便維修與保養。
達到上述目的之照明器具,包含一呈中空狀之框體,具有一開口、相對於該開口之一第一框壁、垂直於該第一框壁之一第二框壁,以及形成於該第一框壁外側的一第一夾持部,該第一夾持部係供夾持一卡片或標籤;一第一散熱片,由該第一夾持部的一側延伸,且與該第二框壁形成一角度;一第二散熱片,由該第二框壁延伸且與該第二框壁形成一角度,該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片形成用以夾持一板件的一空間,且其中該框體、該第一散熱片及第二散熱片係一體成型;以及一罩體,係結合於該框體的開口側。
較佳地,該罩體具有一第一端緣與一第二端緣,使該罩體之第一端緣與該第二端緣分別嵌入該開口兩側向內凹之嵌入部。
較佳地,該第一夾持部可夾持一卡片或標籤。
較佳地,該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片之外表面均分別設有複數個溝槽。
較佳地,該第一散熱片與該第二框壁之角度及該第二散熱片與該第二框壁之角度係相同。
較佳地,該角度為小於90度。
較佳地,該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片平行。
較佳地,該第一夾持部具有一第三端緣與一第四端緣,該第三端緣形成一第一溝槽,而該第四端緣形成一第二溝槽。
較佳地,該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片間之空間供夾持一板件。
較佳地,該第一框壁內側設有一第一LED組件。
較佳地,該第一LED組件包括有一第一基板與一第一LED,使該第一LED設置於該第一基板上。
較佳地,該開口具有一第五端緣與一第六端緣,該第五端緣與該第六端緣分別形成有一第三溝槽與一第四溝槽,使形成一第二夾持部。
較佳地,該第二夾持部夾持一第二LED組件。
較佳地,該第二LED組件包括有一第二基板與一第二LED,使該第二LED設置於該第二基板上。
較佳地,該罩體之材質係一透明材質或一半透明材質。
雖然本發明將參閱含有本發明較佳實施例之所附圖式
予以充分描述,但在此描述之前應瞭解熟悉本行之人士可修改本文中所描述之發明,同時獲致本發明之功效。因此,須瞭解以下之描述對熟悉本行技藝之人士而言為一廣泛之揭示,且其內容不在於限制本發明。
請參閱第一圖及第二圖,係分別顯示本發明照明器具1第一實施例之立體圖與剖面圖。在此一實施例中,本發明照明器具1,包含一呈中空狀之框體2,該框體2具有一開口3、與相對於該開口3之一第一框壁4、一第二框壁5,該第一框壁4外側形成有一第一夾持部6;一第一散熱片7,由該第一夾持部6的一側延伸,且該第一散熱片7與該第二框壁5形成一角度θ;一第二散熱片8,設置於該第二框壁上5,該第二散熱片8由該第二框壁5延伸且與該第二框壁5形成一角度ν,該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8間形成一空間,其中該框體2與該第一散熱片7、第二散熱片8係利用一鋁擠式一體成型;及一罩體9,係結合於該框體2的開口3側。
該罩體9具有一第一端緣10與一第二端緣11,而該開口3兩側相對應該罩體9之第一端緣10與一第二端緣11各自向內凹陷一嵌入部12。該罩體9之第一端緣10與該第二端緣11分別嵌入該開口3之嵌入部12,使該罩體9結合於該框體2的開口3側,而該罩體9之材質為透明材質或半透明材質。
該第一夾持部6具有一第三端緣13與一第四端緣14,該第三端緣13形成一第一溝槽15,而該第四端緣14形成一第二溝槽16。其中,該第一溝槽15與該第二溝槽16使
得該第一夾持部6可夾持一卡片或標籤20。
該第一散熱片7與該第二框壁5之角度θ及該第二散熱片8與該第二框壁5之角度ν係相同,該角度θ、υ為小於90度。且該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8相互平行。該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8間之空間供夾持一板件17。
該第一框壁4內側設有一第一LED組件31。該第一LED組件31包括有一第一基板18與一第一LED19,而該第一LED19係設置於該第一基板18上。
當本發明照明器具1實施於一冷藏櫃時,該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8之空間用以夾持該冷藏櫃(未顯示)之板件17。該第一LED19所散發出來之光線可透過該罩體9而照明冷藏櫃內之商品。
請參閱第三圖,係顯示本發明照明器具21第二實施例之立體圖,並配合參閱第二圖。該開口3具有一第五端緣22與一第六端緣23,該第五端緣22與該第六端緣23分別形成有一第三溝槽24與一第四溝槽25,使形成一第二夾持部26。而該第二夾持部26夾持一第二LED組件30。該第二LED組件30包括有一第二基板27與一第二LED28,而該第二LED28係設置於該第二基板27上。
當本發明照明器具21實施於該冷藏櫃時,該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8之空間用以夾持該冷藏櫃之板件17。該第一LED28所散發出來之光線可透過該罩體9而照明冷藏櫃內之商品。
請參閱第四圖,係顯示該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱
片8之另一示意圖,並配合參閱第一圖及第三圖。該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8之外表面均分別設有複數個溝槽29,藉以增加該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8的總表面積,使得該第一散熱片7與該第二散熱片8對該第一LED19或該第二LED28所傳導出來的熱量加速散熱,以提昇散熱效率。
雖然本發明已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟悉此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此,本發明之保護範圍,當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (13)
- 一種照明器具,包含:一呈中空狀之框體,具有一開口、相對於該開口之一第一框壁、垂直於該第一框壁之一第二框壁,以及形成於該第一框壁外側的一第一夾持部,該第一夾持部係供夾持一卡片或標籤;一第一散熱片,由該第一夾持部的一側延伸,且與該第二框壁形成一角度;及一第二散熱片,由該第二框壁延伸且與該第二框壁形成一角度,該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片形成用以夾持一板件的一空間,且其中該框體、該第一散熱片及第二散熱片係一體成型。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,更包括一罩體,係結合於該框體的開口側,該罩體具有一第一端緣與一第二端緣,使該罩體之第一端緣與該第二端緣分別嵌入該開口兩側向內凹之嵌入部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片之外表面均形成有複數個溝槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該第一散熱片與該第二框壁之角度及該第二散熱片與該第二框壁之角度係相同。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之照明器具,其中該角度為小於90度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該第一散熱片與該第二散熱片平行。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該第一夾持部具有一第三端緣與一第四端緣,該第三端緣形成一第一溝槽,而該第四端緣形成一第二溝槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該第一框壁內側設有一第一LED組件。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之照明器具,其中該第一LED組件包括有一第一基板與一第一LED,使該第一LED設置於該第一基板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之照明器具,其中該開口具有一第五端緣與一第六端緣,該第五端緣與該第六端緣分別形成有一第三溝槽與一第四溝槽,使形成一第二夾持部。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之照明器具,其中該第二夾持部夾持一第二LED組件。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之照明器具,其中該第二LED組件包括有一第二基板與一第二LED,使該第二LED設置於該第二基板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之照明器具,其中該罩體之材質係一透明材質或一半透明材質。
