Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mounting device for fastening at least one sanitary article according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Mounting devices for fastening sanitary articles are known from the prior art. Such mounting devices are permanently installed behind a front wall and are used to store sanitary articles such as cisterns, toilet bowls, urinals, fittings, washbasins, control elements, electrical elements, etc.
- EP 2 662 502 discloses such a mounting device.
- a further assembly device has become known from EP 3 071 757, which has a support element which supports the traverse.
- Another mounting device is known from EP 3 149 251, in which a support is connected to a hollow body, which on the one hand has a supporting effect for the support and which on the other hand provides a bearing surface for the sanitary element attached to the support.
- the invention is based on an object Specify mounting device for the attachment of at least one sanitary item, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.
- it is an object of the present invention to specify an assembly device for attaching at least one sanitary article, which is easier and more efficient to manufacture. This in particular under the stipulation of a high stability for the assembly device.
- the mounting device comprises two spaced-apart supports, each extending along a central axis, and a cross member, which is arranged between the supports and connects the two supports, with at least one fastening element.
- the traverse element is provided by a front support part with a support wall on which a sanitary article can be supported and by a rear support part with a rear wall.
- the front support part and/or the rear support part have at least one connecting strap which protrudes at an angle, in particular at right angles, from the support wall and/or from the rear wall.
- the two support parts can be firmly connected to one another via the at least one connecting strap in such a way that the support wall is spaced apart from the rear wall in the connected state.
- the arrangement of connecting straps on the two support parts has the advantage that the traverse element can be manufactured very easily. In particular, there is no need for complex alignment work, since the two support parts can be positioned relative to one another by the connecting straps and can then be connected to one another via the connecting straps.
- connection which is mechanically strong. Such a connection can be achieved by means of a material connection and/or form-fitting and/or non-positive connection.
- the connection is particularly preferably a welded connection.
- the distance between the support wall and the rear wall has the advantage that the traverse element can be provided as a hollow body, as a result of which high mechanical stability can be created.
- the at least one fastening element can be designed in various ways. For example, as a threaded opening directly in the truss element, as openings in the truss element, as nuts behind an opening in the truss element, or as a separate fastening part behind an opening in the truss element.
- a threaded rod can preferably be connected to the at least one fastening element.
- the at least one fastening element is, for example, a receptacle for a threaded rod.
- said fastening part is fixedly connected to the traverse element and is preferably located behind the front web.
- the at least one connecting lug of the front support part preferably comes to lie in planar contact with the at least one connecting lug of the rear support part.
- the connecting tabs of the front support part and the rear support part are in surface contact with one another.
- the at least one connecting strap of one support part is preferably shorter than the at least one connecting strap of the other support part.
- At least one welding point is provided on the face end of the shorter connecting strap and the surface of the longer connecting strap. Due to the shorter design of one connecting strap, space is created for a welding point. In particular, the welding point comes to lie in the area of the surface of the longer connecting strap, which has the advantage that the welding point comes to lie at a location that is well suited for a welding point.
- the at least one connecting strap of one support part is preferably of the same length as the at least one connecting strap of the other support part. At least one welding point is provided on the front end of one connecting strap and the surface of the other connecting strap. If the connecting lugs are of the same length, the welded connection also comes to lie on the surface of the other connecting lug.
- the support wall, the rear wall, the connection tabs and the supports define a hollow body with a cavity, the said welding point lies outside the cavity.
- said shorter connecting strap lies outside of the cavity in the connected state.
- the at least one connecting strap of the front support part preferably abuts against the inner surface of the rear support part facing the front support part, as a result of which the distance between the front support part and the rear support part is defined.
- the at least one connecting strap from the rear support part abuts against the inner surface of the front support part facing the rear support part, thereby defining the distance between the front support part and the rear support part.
- the front support part is preferably designed in one piece with the support wall and the at least one connecting strap.
- the rear support part is also designed in one piece with the rear wall and the connecting strap.
- the two support parts are preferably made from sheet metal, with the connecting straps being bent off the support wall or rear wall. Before the bending process, the sheet metal is brought to the required shape and dimensions in a cutting process or a punching process.
- the traverse element comprises a recess which provides a free space through the traverse element through which a drain pipe can be passed, the recess in the support parts being formed by a cutout in the support wall and the rear wall.
- the recess preferably extends from below into the traverse element and is designed to be open at the bottom.
- the recess can have different shapes.
- the recess is particularly preferably rectangular. other shapes, such as V-shaped or trapezoidal are also conceivable.
- the recess particularly preferably has straight side edges, so that a connecting strap can be bent away from the supporting wall or the rear wall.
- connecting tabs each extend along opposite side edges with respect to the cutout and further connecting tabs along the side edges extending from the cutout to the support.
- the connecting tabs preferably each extend over the entire length of the respective side edge from which they protrude.
- a reinforcement section preferably adjoins the support wall and/or the rear wall in the installed position.
- the advantage of the reinforcement sections is that the stability of the traverse element can be further increased.
- the reinforcement section arranged on the support wall is preferably designed as a flexible bracket, which preferably has an optional interruption for the passage of connection lines.
- the reinforcement section arranged on the rear wall is preferably designed as a flexible bracket, which preferably extends completely between the traverses.
- the flexible shackles preferably have a reinforcing bead at the end.
- the corresponding section can be mechanically reinforced, in particular with respect to bending stress.
- the reinforcement section of the support wall is preferably spaced apart from the reinforcement section of the rear wall, so that a space for accommodating fastening elements is created between the reinforcement sections.
- the support wall and the rear wall are preferably connected to the respective support via their side edge facing the support, with the connecting straps running along free side edges that are not connected to the support.
- the connecting straps are preferably connected to one another via a welded connection.
- the traverse element is preferably made of metal and is connected to the support in a materially bonded manner, in particular via a welded connection, and/or in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner.
- the traverse element is made of plastic and is connected to the supports in a positive and/or non-positive manner.
- the support section preferably extends essentially downwards with respect to the at least one fastening element in the installed position.
- the maximum extension of the traverse element seen in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the supports is in the range from 150 mm to 500 mm, in particular in the range from 200 mm to 400 mm, the extension between 275 mm and 350 mm is particularly preferred.
- the front surfaces of the supports span a front plane and the rear surfaces of the supports span a back plane, with the traverse element lying between these two planes or congruently with these planes
- At least one, in particular each, of the supports is preferably connected to a footrest, via which footrest the assembly device stands up on a floor, the footrest preferably being designed to be displaceable relative to the support and lockable to the support.
- a method for producing an assembly device is characterized in that the two support parts and the two supports are provided in a first step, that in a subsequent step the two support parts are connected to one another via the connecting straps and to the supports.
- all welds are provided either from the rear or from the front. This has the advantage that the assembly device does not have to be turned during manufacture.
