Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour étirer un produit semi-fini métallique sous forme de plaques individuelles le long d'un trajet d'étirage avec un bâti d'étirage (2), comprenant des colonnes de pression (7, 8) s'étendant dans la direction axiale du trajet d'étirage, avec une première et une seconde tête de serrage (3, 4) déplaçables à l'intérieur du bâti d'étirage (2), dans lequel la première tête de serrage (3), dans laquelle un premier côté étroit du produit semi-fini à étirer peut être serré, est déplaçable axialement au moyen de cylindres d'étirage (5, 6), et dans la seconde tête de serrage (4), un second côté étroit du produit semi-fini à étirer peut être serré,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit bâti d'étirage (2) comprend un premier et un second cylindre d'étirage (5, 6), le premier cylindre d'étirage s'appuyant sur la première colonne de pression (7) et le second cylindre d'étirage (6) sur la seconde colonne de pression (8), la première et la seconde colonne de pression (7, 8) formant respectivement la butée pour les première et seconde barres d'étirage (9, 10) des premier et second cylindres d'étirage (5, 6) et étant disposées respectivement en alignement avec les première et seconde colonnes de pression (7, 8) et formant le bâti d'étirage (2), et en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une alimentation axiale et une sortie axiale du bâti d'étirage (2) et en ce que les têtes de serrage (3, 4) sont conçues de manière à ce que le produit semi-fini à étirer puisse passer axialement à travers au moins une tête de serrage (3, 4), de préférence à travers les deux.
  2. Dispositif selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation axiale comprend un train de rouleaux d'alimentation (12) et la sortie axiale comprend un train de rouleaux d'évacuation (13).
  3. Dispositif selon la Revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le train de rouleaux d'alimentation (12) et/ou le train de rouleaux d'évacuation (13) comprend des rouleaux entraînés.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le train de rouleaux d'alimentation (12) et/ou le train de rouleaux d'évacuation (13) sont réglables en hauteur.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par un premier et un second dispositif de chargement (14, 15), le premier dispositif de chargement (14) étant associé à la première tête de serrage (13) et le second dispositif de chargement (15) étant associé à la seconde tête de serrage (4), les dispositifs de chargement (14, 15) comprenant de préférence des rouleaux entraînés respectifs.
  6. Dispositif selon la Revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de chargement (14, 15) comportent chacun au moins une unité de centrage.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre la première et la seconde tête de serrage au moins une presse de dressage transversal, de préférence mobile.
  8. Procédé permettant d'étirer un produit semi-fini métallique sous forme de plaques individuelles le long d'un trajet d'étirage en utilisant un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé consistant à :
    - guider une plaque individuelle avec son second côté étroit dans la direction axiale du trajet d'étirage sur la première tête de serrage ;
    - faire passer la plaque à travers la première tête de serrage et amener le second côté étroit de la plaque à la seconde tête de serrage dans la direction axiale du trajet d'étirage,
    - fixer la plaque dans la première et la seconde tête de serrage ;
    - étirer la plaque avec une course prédéterminée jusqu'à une longueur prédéterminée ; et
    - faire passer la plaque étirée à travers la seconde tête de serrage dans la direction axiale du trajet d'étirage.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les étapes consistant à faire passer la plaque à travers la première tête de serrage et amener le second côté étroit de la plaque à la seconde tête de serrage ainsi que le transport de la plaque étirée à travers la seconde tête de serrage sont effectués au moyen des premier et second dispositifs de chargement.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est redressée transversalement pendant l'étirage.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une presse de dressage transversal est entraînée dans la direction d'étirage du panneau pendant l'étirage.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la plaque, avant d'être fixée dans les têtes de serrage au moyen du premier et/ou du second dispositif de chargement, est positionnée automatiquement dans une position prédéterminée à l'intérieur du bâti d'étirage au moyen d'au moins un système de mesure de position.
