Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gehäuseelement-Wassertank und gehört zum Gebiet der Toiletten-Wassertanks als Zubehör.
- Die Funktionen von derzeitigen intelligenten Toiletten sind vielseitig und haben neben den grundlegenden Funktionen des Waschens des Gesäßes und der Vulva andere Funktionen wie Beleuchtung, automatische Detektion, Desodorierung und dergleichen. Aufgrund der Vielzahl von Funktionskomponenten und einer großen Bauart wird ein großer Bauraum benötigt. Daher sind die meisten intelligenten Toiletten mit einem Gehäuseelement-Wassertank ausgestattet, um die oben erwähnten Funktionskomponenten und den Wassertank in dem Gehäuseelement einzubauen.
- Bei einigen bestehenden Gehäuseelement-Wassertanks ist nur ein Wasserspeichertank ausgebildet, der nicht nur zum Spülen der Toilette dient, sondern auch Wasser für das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva sowie für die Funktionskomponenten zur Verfügung stellt. Andere Gehäuseelement-Wassertanks sind mit zwei Wasserspeichertanks ausgestattet, bei denen der eine zum Spülen der Toilette und der andere speziell zur Wasserversorgung für das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva sowie für die Funktionskomponenten ausgebildet ist. Letzterer kann aufgrund seines geringen Volumens auch zusammen mit den Funktionskomponenten für das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva an einer Deckplatte angeordnet sein. Da die Funktionskomponenten für das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva von einem separaten Wasserspeichertank mit Wasser versorgt und von dem Wasserspeichertank für das Spülen der Toilette getrennt sind, wird vermieden, dass Bakterien und andere Verunreinigungen im Wasserspeichertank für das Spülen den menschlichen Körper gefährden, was somit hygienischer ist.
- Das Wasser selbst kann jedoch Bakterien und Verunreinigungen beinhalten. Beispielsweise ist das Wasser in einigen Gebieten reich an Schwermetallen, und in anderen Gebieten besteht aufgrund häufig abgeschnittener Wasserversorgung im öffentlichen Wasserweg viel Rost. Die Bakterien und Verunreinigungen in dem Wasser selbst wirken daher durch die Funktionskomponenten für das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva unmittelbar auf den menschlichen Körper.
- Aus der
EP 0 530 965 A1 ist ein WC mit einer Unterdusche (Waschkomponente) bekannt. Zur Versorgung der Waschkomponente mit Wasser weist das WC einen Wassereinlassweg auf, der sich in zwei Abflusszweige verzweigt. Der eine Abflusszweig versorgt den Spülwassertank mit Wasser und der andere Abflusszweig versorgt die Waschkomponente mit Wasser, wobei in dem Abflusszweig für die Waschkomponente ein Filtereinsatz angeordnet ist. Eine ähnliche Konstruktion ist aus derKR 10 189 5 434 B1 KR 10 066 8 762 B1 - Den bekannten Konstruktionen ist gemein, das sämtliche Wasserversorgungskomponenten und der Filter frei zugänglich seitlich de WCs angeordnet sind. Dies ist nicht nur unter Verschmutzungsgesichtspunkten nachteilig, sondern birgt auch die Gefahr, dass beim Säubern der Komponenten diese beschädigt werden.
- Ausgehend von dem bekannten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Komponenten vor Verschmutzung und Beschädigung zu schützen.
- Die Erfindung stellt einen Gehäuseelement-Wassertank zur Verfügung, der eine Filterfunktion aufweist und die Nachteile im Stand der Technik überwindet.
- Erfindungsgemäß weist der Gehäuseelement-Wassertank ein Gehäuseelement, einen Spülwassertank und einen Wassereinlassweg auf, wobei der Spülwassertank an dem Gehäuseelement montiert ist, wobei sich der Wassereinlassweg in zwei Abflusszweige verzweigt, wobei der eine Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung des Spülwassertanks und der andere Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung einer Waschkomponente vorgesehen ist, wobei in dem anderen Abflusszweig ein Filtereinsatz angeordnet ist, und wobei der Filtereinsatz in dem Gehäuseelement montiert ist.
- Die Erfindung weist den Vorteil auf, dass der Filtereinsatz an dem Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung der Waschkomponente angeordnet ist, so dass der Filtereinsatz die Wasserströmung filtern und schädliche Substanzen entfernen kann. Hierdurch kann die Sauberkeit und Hygiene der Wasserströmung gewährleistet werden, die von der Waschkomponente zum Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva verwendet wird.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Figur 1 zeigt eine schematische perspektivische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Gehäuseelement-Wassertanks. -
Figur 2 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht des Gehäuseelement-Wassertanks gemäßFigur 1 mit herausgelöstem Filtereinsatz und Dreiwegeverzweigung. -
Figur 3 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht des Filtereinsatzes und der Dreiwegeverzweigung des Gehäuseelement-Wassertanks gemäßFigur 1 . - Unter Bezugnahme auf die
Figuren 1 bis 3 umfasst ein Gehäuseelement-Wassertank ein Gehäuseelement 10, einen Spülwassertank 20 und einen Wassereinlassweg, wobei der Spülwassertank 20 an dem Gehäuseelement 10 montiert ist. Der Wassereinlassweg liefert Wasser zum Spülwassertank 20 und ist an einen öffentlichen Wasserweg, also an einen Weg für Leitungswasser im Haus, angeschlossen. Das Gehäuseelement 10 hat die Form einer Tür, wobei die Form der Bauform eines herkömmlichen Gehäuseelements entspricht. Der Wassereinlassweg verzweigt sich in zwei Abflusszweige, wobei der eine Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung des Spülwassertanks 20 und der andere Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung einer Waschkomponente vorgesehen ist. In dem anderen Abflusszweig ist ein Filtereinsatz 30 angeordnet, der in dem Gehäuseelement 10 montiert ist. Die "Waschkomponente" ist eine allgemeine Bezeichnung für Funktionskomponenten, die das Waschen des Gesäßes und der Vulva ermöglichen, und weist eine herkömmliche Konstruktion auf. Die Waschkomponente ist ein notwendiges Funktionsmodul für eine intelligente Toilette. Das Wasser in dem anderen Abflusszweig steht nach Filtration durch den Filtereinsatz 30 für die Waschkomponente entweder unmittelbar oder nach Zwischenspeichern in einem Wasserreservoir zur Verfügung, was hauptsächlich von der Konstruktion der Waschkomponente abhängt. Der Filtereinsatz 30 weist eine herkömmliche Filterstruktur auf, in der der Filtereinsatz angeordnet ist und außerhalb der eine Wassereinlassöffnung und eine Wasserauslassöffnung vorgesehen sind. - Erfindungsgemäß ist ferner eine Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 vorgesehen, wobei sich der Wassereinlassweg durch die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 in die beiden Abflusszweige verzweigt. Die Aufteilung des Wasserwegs durch die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 stellt eine einfache Konstruktion zur Verfügung. Erfindungsgemäß ist ferner eine Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 vorgesehen, die am Gehäuseelement 10 befestigt ist. Die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 ist mit einem Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 verbunden. Der Filtereinsatz 30 ist durch das andere Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 eingesetzt und abnehmbar. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 als Kappe ausgebildet und weist eine Wassereinlassöffnung und zwei Wasserauslassöffnungen auf. Die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 und die Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 sind miteinander verriegelt, wobei ein Ende des Filtereinsatzes 30 in die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 hineinragt. Da die Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 am Gehäuseelement 10 befestigt ist und die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 an einem Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 befestigt ist, ist der Filtereinsatz 30 einfach zu montieren und demontieren, was für den Austausch und die Wartung zweckmäßig ist. Insbesondere ist es möglich, dass der Filtereinsatz 30 und die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 entweder mittels Schraubverbindung oder mittels Schraubverbindungsstruktur mit Raststeg und Rastnut zusammengeschraubt sind, so dass durch Drehen in eine Richtung der Filtereinsatz 30 festgeschraubt und durch gegenläufiges Drehen der Filtereinsatz 30 gelöst werden kann. Um das Schrauben des Filtereinsatzes 30 zu erleichtern, ist an einem rückwärtigen Abschnitt des Filtereinsatzes 30 ein Betätigungssteg 32 vorgesehen. Um zu verhindern, dass Wasser während der Montage oder Demontage des Filtereinsatzes 30 austritt, wird das Wassereinlassende der Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 geöffnet, wenn der Filtereinsatz 30 und die Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 miteinander verschraubt werden. Das Wassereinlassende der Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 wird geschlossen, wenn der Filtereinsatz 30 aus der Dreiwegeverzweigung 40 herausgeschraubt ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist an einer Seite des Gehäuseelements 10 ein öffenbares Fenster 12 vorgesehen, das direkt dem anderen Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 gegenüberliegt. Der Filtereinsatz 30 kann montiert und demontiert werden, nachdem das Fenster 12 geöffnet worden ist, wobei der Filtereinsatz 30 abgedeckt ist, wenn das Fenster 12 geschlossen ist.
- Vorzugsweise befindet sich die Filtereinsatz-Hülse 50 unterhalb des Spülwassertanks 20. Dies ist insoweit vorteilhaft für die Auslegung des Wasserwegs, als der Wasserweg nach oben verläuft, um eine Verbindung mit dem Spülwassertank 20 herzustellen, und nach unten verläuft, um eine Verbindung mit der Waschkomponente herzustellen.

- Gehäuseelement-Wassertank, aufweisend ein Gehäuseelement (10), einen Spülwassertank (20) und einen Wassereinlassweg, wobei der Spülwassertank (20) an dem Gehäuseelement (10) montiert ist, wobei sich der Wassereinlassweg in zwei Abflusszweige verzweigt, wobei der eine Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung des Spülwassertanks (20) und der andere Abflusszweig zur Wasserversorgung einer Waschkomponente vorgesehen ist, wobei in dem anderen Abflusszweig ein Filtereinsatz (30) angeordnet ist, der in dem Gehäuseelement (10) montiert ist, wobei der Gehäuseelement-Wassertank eine Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) umfasst, wobei sich der Wassereinlassweg durch die Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) in die zwei Abflusszweige verzweigt, wobei der Gehäuseelement-Wassertank eine Filtereinsatz-Hülse (50) umfasst, die am Gehäuseelement (10) befestigt ist, wobei die Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) mit einem Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse (50) verbunden ist, wobei der Filtereinsatz (30) durch das andere Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse (50) eingesetzt und abnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Seite des Gehäuseelements (10) ein öffenbares Fenster (12) vorgesehen ist, das direkt dem anderen Ende der Filtereinsatz-Hülse (50) gegenüberliegt, wobei der Filtereinsatz (30) montiert und demontiert werden kann, nachdem das Fenster (12) geöffnet worden ist.
- Gehäuseelement-Wassertank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filtereinsatz (30) und die Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) zusammengeschraubt sind.
- Gehäuseelement-Wassertank nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wassereinlassende der Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) geöffnet ist, wenn der Filtereinsatz (30) mit der Dreiwegeverzweigung zusammengeschraubt ist, und dass das Wassereinlassende der Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) geschlossen ist, wenn der Filtereinsatz (30) aus der Dreiwegeverzweigung (40) herausgeschraubt ist.
- Gehäuseelement-Wassertank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Filtereinsatz-Hülse (50) unterhalb des Spülwassertanks (20) befindet.
- Gehäuseelement-Wassertank nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem rückwärtigen Abschnitt des Filtereinsatzes (30) ein Betätigungssteg (32) vorgesehen ist.
