Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts, aufweisend:- einen Mechanismus (14), der vorgesehen ist, einen Kosmetikproduktstift aufzunehmen, wobei der Mechanismus (14) eine Basis (20), einen Schacht (22) und einen Becher (19) zum Aufnehmen des Kosmetikproduktstifts aufweist, der Mechanismus (14) angepasst ist, den Becher (19) bezüglich des Schachts (20) zwischen einer eingefahrenen Schließposition der Verpackungs- und Auftragungsvorrichtung (10) und einer ausgefahrenen Position zum Auftragen des Kosmetikprodukts zu bewegen,- eine Basishaube (12), die eine erste Aufnahme (L1) zum Aufnehmen eines ersten Teils des Mechanismus (14) bildet,- ein erstes Dichtungselement (28), das zwischen einem Element (16) der Basishaube (12) und einem Element (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) angeordnet ist, und- eine Kappe (18), die fähig ist, auf der Basishaube (12) befestigt zu werden, um eine zweite Aufnahme (L2) zu definieren, die einen zweiten Teil des Mechanismus (14) aufnimmt, wobei ein zweites Dichtungselement (42) zwischen der Kappe (18) einerseits und dem Element (16) der Basishaube (12) und/oder dem Element (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) andererseits angeordnet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und zweite Aufnahme (L1; L2) mittels des Elements (16) der Basishaube (12) und/oder des Elements (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) auf dichte Weise miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Basishaube (12) eine Basisverkleidungsschale (24) und eine an der Basisverkleidungsschale (24) befestigte Zwinge (16) aufweist, wobei das Element der Basishaube (12) vorzugsweise die Zwinge (16) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 2, in welcher die Basishaube (12) ferner einen Basiseinsatz (26) aufweist, wobei der Basiseinsatz (26) vorzugsweise in der Basisverkleidungsschale (24) eingesetzt und gegebenenfalls zwischen der Zwinge (16) und der Basis (20) des Mechanismus (14) angeordnet ist, in welcher vorzugsweise auch entweder das erste Dichtungselement (28) über den Basiseinsatz (26) oder der Basiseinsatz (26) über das erste Dichtungselement (28) überformt ist, insbesondere durch Spritzen überformt, ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, in welcher gegebenenfalls das erste Dichtungselement (28) gegen die Zwinge (16) und/oder das Element (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) und/oder den Basiseinsatz (26) eingepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Kappe (18) eine Haube (36) und einen in der Haube (36) befestigten Kappeneinsatz (40) aufweist, wobei der Kappeneinsatz (40) zumindest teilweise die zweite Aufnahme (L2) definiert, in welcher Vorrichtung vorzugsweise entweder der Kappeneinsatz (40) über das zweite Dichtungselement (42) oder das zweite Dichtungselement (42) über den Kappeneinsatz (40) überformt ist, insbesondere durch Spritzen überformt, ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 5, in welcher das zweite Dichtungselement (42) einen zwischen dem Kappeneinsatz (40) und dem Element (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) angeordneten, vorzugsweise eingepassten Abschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, in welcher die Kappe (18) ferner eine in der Haube (36) befestigte Kappenabdeckung (44) vorzugsweise in der Nachbarschaft einer Ausmündung der Kappe (18) aufweist, wobei der Kappeneinsatz (40) vorzugsweise zwischen der Haube (36) und der Kappenabdeckung (44) ist, in welcher Vorrichtung vorzugsweise auch ein Abschnitt des zweiten Dichtungselements (42) zwischen der Kappenabdeckung (44) und dem Element (20; 22; 23) des Mechanismus (14) angeordnet, vorzugsweise eingepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 7 in Kombination mit Anspruch 5, in welcher das zweite Dichtungselement (42) ferner einen Abschnitt aufweist, der zwischen der Kappenabdeckung (44) und dem Kappeneinsatz (40) angeordnet, vorzugsweise eingepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das erste Dichtungselement (28) und/oder das zweite Dichtungselement (42) aus Hytrel® oder Arnitel® hergestellt ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das erste Dichtungselement (28) und/oder das zweite Dichtungselement (42) in Richtung des Mechanismus (14) gewölbt ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend im geschlossenen Zustand, in dem die Kappe (18) an der Basishaube (12) befestigt ist, einen Luftdurchlass (F1) durch den Mechanismus (14) hindurch zwischen einer in die erste Aufnahme (L1) mündenden ersten Öffnung (35) und einer in die zweite Aufnahme (L2) mündenden zweiten Öffnung (37).
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher der Becher (19) die Form eines an seinen beiden Enden offenen Zylinders hat, wobei ein erstes Ende des Bechers (19) in die erste Aufnahme (L1) mündet und ein zweites Ende des Bechers (19) in die zweite Aufnahme (L2) mündet.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Element des Mechanismus (14) die Basis (20) des Mechanismus (14) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Basis (20) des Mechanismus (14) eine Hülse (21), die einen helikalen Pfad zum Führen des Bechers (19) bildet, und einen an der Basis (20) befestigten Ring (23) aufweist, wobei das Element des Mechanismus (14) vorzugsweise die Hülse (21) oder der Ring (23) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher der Becher (19) mindestens ein Relief mit einem Querschnitt hat, der komplementär zu dem Querschnitt einer helikalen Rille in der Basis (20) ist, wobei das Relief des Bechers (19) in der helikalen Rille aufgenommen ist, derart, dass durch Versetzen des Schachts (22) in Drehung bezüglich der Basis (20) des Mechanismus (14) man eine Verschiebung des Bechers (19) bezüglich des Schachts (22) zwischen einer eingefahrenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position zum Auftragen des Kosmetikprodukts steuert, wobei in dem Mechanismus (14) ein Luftdurchlass (F1) eine erste Öffnung (35) in dem Mechanismus (14) in Fluidverbindung mit einer zweiten Öffnung (37) in dem Mechanismus (14) bringt, wobei der Luftdurchlass (F1) die erste Aufnahme (L1) und die zweite Aufnahme (L2) in Fluidverbindung bringt.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 15, in welcher die Basis (20) eine Hülse (21), in der die helikale Rille gebildet ist, und einen an einem Ende der Hülse (21) befestigten Ring (23) aufweist, wobei die zweite Öffnung (37) in dem Ring (23) oder zwischen dem Schacht (22) und dem Ring (23) ist, wobei in der Vorrichtung vorzugsweise die erste Öffnung (35) in der Hülse (21) oder zwischen der Hülse (21) und dem Ring (23) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, in welcher die Hülse (21) an ihrer Außenfläche Längsrippen (25) aufweist, wobei sich der Luftdurchlass (F1) vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise zwischen zwei Längsrippen erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, in welcher der Becher (19) eine zylindrische Form mit sich radial nach innen erstreckenden Vorsprüngen (191) zum Halten des Kosmetikproduktstifts in Position und mindestens ein nach außen vorspringendes Relief (33) zum Führen des Bechers (19) in der helikalen Rille (39) in der Basis (20) hat, wobei der Becher (19) an seinen zwei Enden offen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, in welcher der Schacht (22) den Becher (19) umgibt, wobei der Schacht (22) längsverschiebungsfest bezüglich der Hülse (21) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Auftragen nach Anspruch 19, in welcher der Schacht (22) mitdrehend mit dem Becher (19) ist, wobei der Schacht (22) vorzugsweise zwei Längsschlitze aufweist, durch die das mindestens eine nach außen vorspringende Relief (33) des Bechers (19) hindurch geht, um den Becher (19) in der helikalen Rille (39) in der Basis (20) zu führen.
