Claims (15)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung für ein abzugebendes Produkt, aufweisend:
    - einen Flakon (2), der eingerichtet ist, das abzugebende Produkt zu enthalten und einen Hals (3) mit einer eine Öffnung begrenzenden Innenwand aufweist,
    - eine Abgabevorrichtung (6), die einen Körper (5) aufweist und eingerichtet ist, das Produkt abzugeben, wobei die Abgabevorrichtung (6) des Typs "Pumpe" ist,
    - ein Befestigungselement (31) zum Befestigen des Körpers (5) der Abgabevorrichtung (6) in dem Hals (3) des Flakons (2), wobei das Befestigungselement mit der Innenwand des Hals (3) des Flakons zusammenwirkt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (31) eine zylindrische Doppelwand mit einer Außenwand (46) und einer Innenwand (47) aufweist, die einen Innenkamin (42; 47) bilden, wobei die Außen- und Innenwand koaxial sind, und
    dadurch, dass die Abgabevorrichtung (6) ein Befestigungsglied (40, 41) der Abgabevorrichtung (6) aufweist, wobei das Befestigungsglied (41) integral mit der Abgabevorrichtung (6) ist und um den Innenkanal (42; 47) des Befestigungselements (31) herum befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Außen- und Innenwand ein gemeinsames Ende (48) haben, das mit einem Zylinder (36, 49) integral ist, der koaxial zu den Wänden ist und der sich nach unten erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, in welcher der Innenkanal (42; 47) ein Halteelement (43, 80) des Befestigungsglieds (40, 41) aufweist, und in welcher vorzugsweise das Haltelement ein im Wesentlichen um den Kanal (42) herum gebildeter Wulst ist oder das Halteelement (80) aus radialen Vorsprüngen, die gleichmäßig um die Achse des Kanals (47) herum verteilt sind, besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Befestigungsglied (40, 41) um den Innenkanal (42; 47) herum gefalzt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, in welcher das Befestigungsglied (40, 41) mindestens einen inneren Befestigungsvorsprung aufweist, um die Abgabevorrichtung (6) um den Innenkanal (42) herum zu befestigen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, in welcher mindestens ein innerer Befestigungsvorsprung (10) an einer Innenfläche eines mit radialen Sektionen (9) versehenen Rings (8) gebildet ist, wobei der mit radialen Sektionen (9) versehene Ring (8) das Befestigungsglied (40, 41) bildet und um den Körper (5) der Abgabevorrichtung (6) herum angebracht ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Befestigungselement einen Zylinder (36, 49) aufweist, der eine Maske für den Körper (5) der Abgabevorrichtung (4) bildet, wobei der Zylinder (36, 49) koaxial mit dem Hals (3) ist und sich entlang einer Höhe erstreckt, die geeignet ist, den Körper (5) in dem Hals (3) zu maskieren, in welcher vorzugsweise der Hals (3) eine Höhe aufweist und der Zylinder (36; 49) sich über die gesamte Höhe des Halses (3) erstreckt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, in welcher der Zylinder (36; 49) einen Durchmesser aufweist, derart, dass ein leerer Raum zwischen dem Zylinder (36; 49) und der Innenwand des Halses (3) vorhanden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Befestigungselement (31) eine radiale O-Ring-Dichtung (45) aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, in welcher die radiale O-Ring-Dichtung (45) um das Befestigungselement herum angeordnet ist, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (31) vorzugsweise eine radiale Aussparung (44; 52) aufweist, in der die radiale O-Ring-Dichtung (45) eingesetzt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher das Befestigungselement (31) einen radial vorspringenden Flansch (33) aufweist, wobei der Flansch eine untere Fläche (34) aufweist, die gegenüber einer an dem Ende des Halses eingearbeitete Schulter zu liegen kommt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, ferner aufweisend eine zwischen dem Flansch (33) und dem Hals (3) angeordnete Flanschdichtung (55).
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und Anspruch 12, in welcher ein Klebstoff zwischen der Dichtung (45) und der Flanschdichtung (55) aufgebracht ist, um das Befestigungselement (31) an den Hals (3) zu kleben.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher der Hals (3) an seiner Innenfläche eine Klips-Aussparung (2a) aufweist und das Befestigungselement (31) Klipse (44) aufweist, die gegenüber der Klips-Aussparung angeordnet sind, um mit der Klips-Aussparung zusammenzuwirken; wobei die Klips-Aussparung in dem Hals vorzugsweise mittels Laser gebildet ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner aufweisend einen zwischen der Abgabevorrichtung (6) und dem Befestigungselement (31) unter Kraft eingesetzten Ring (59), wobei der Ring vorzugsweise zwischen der Außenwand und der Innenwand des Befestigungselements angeordnet ist.
