Claims (16)
- System zur Verpackung eines flüssigen Produktes, wobei das System einen Flakon (1) zur Verpackung des Produktes umfasst, der einen Hals (5) aufweist, auf dem eine Vorrichtung (6) zur Verteilung des Produktes montiert werden soll, wobei das System ferner eine Außenhülle (8), in der der Flakon angeordnet werden soll, und eine Vorrichtung zum axialen Halten des Flakons in der Hülle umfasst, wobei die Haltevorrichtung eine Rinne (13) umfasst, die zwischen zwei oberen (14) bzw. unteren (7) radialen Wänden ausgebildet ist, wobei eine der Wände mindestens eine Winkelausnehmung (15) aufwiest, wobei die Haltevorrichtung ferner mindestens eine radiale Rampe (16) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, axial in die Rille (13) durch die Winkelausnehmung (15) eingeführt zu werden, und axial zwischen den Wänden (7, 14) durch relatives Drehen des Flakons (1) in Bezug zur Hülle (8) festgestellt zu werden, wobei das System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Haltevorrichtung an der Schnittstelle zwischen einem unteren Teil (5a) des Halses (5) und einer oberen Öffnung (12) der Hülle (8) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Rille (13) auf einer von einer ringförmigen Fläche (28), die sich auf dem unteren Teil (5a) erstreckt, und einer ringförmigen Fläche (29), die sich in der oberen Öffnung (12) erstreckt, ausgebildet ist, wobei die Rampe (16) auf der anderen von der ringförmigen Fläche (28) des unteren Teils (5a) und der ringförmigen Fläche (29) der oberen Öffnung (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Wand (14) laschen (17) aufweist, die zwischen sich Ausnehmungen (15) begrenzen, wobei die Haltevorrichtung radiale Rampen (16) umfasst, die im Winkel beabstandet sind, wobei sie derart angeordnet sind, dass sie axial in die Rille (13) durch jeweils eine Ausnehmung (15) eingeführt werden können.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (17) symmetrisch in Bezug zu einer Längsebene verteilt sind.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Laschen (17) im Winkel zwischen einem radialen Rand (17a) und einem Rand (17b) tangential an die ringförmige Fläche (28) erstrecken.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung Mittel aufweist, die einen Endanschlag für die Rampe (16) in der Rille (13) bei der relativen Drehung des Flakons (1) in Bezug zur Hülle (8) bilden.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (16) eine distale Umrandung (18) aufweist, die sich axial erstreckt, wobei sie dazu vorgesehen ist, an der Wand (14) am Winkelanschlag der Rampe in der Rille (13) zum Anschlag zu gelangen.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (16) und die Wand (14) Mittel (19, 20) zum wechselseitigen Einrasten am Winkelanschlag der Rampe in der Rille (13) aufweisen.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (16) eine distale Nut (19) umfasst, in der ein Abschnitt (20) der Wand (14) einrasten soll.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (20) an einem freien Rand (17a) ausgebildet ist, der eine Ausnehmung (15) der Wand (14) begrenzt, wobei der Rand mit einer Verstärkung (21) zur Versteifung ausgestattet ist.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille (13) und/oder die Rampe (16) eine axiale Dimension aufweist, die variabel ist, so dass die Rampe in der Rille an ihrem Winkelanschlag axial überschneidend ist.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rille (13) zwischen zwei radialen Wänden (7, 14) des Flakons (1) ausgebildet ist, wobei die obere radiale Wand (14) mindestens eine Winkelausnehmung (15) aufweist.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Wand einen Absatz (7) des Flakons (1) bildet, auf dem der Hals (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die obere Wand (14) um den Hals herum erstreckt.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmigen Flächen (28, 29) derart angeordnet sind, dass der Hals (5) des Flakons (1), der in der Hülle (8) angeordnet ist, aus einer oberen Öffnung (12) der Hülle herausragt.
- Verpackungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (10) der Hülle (8) eine untere Öffnung aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, die Anordnung des Flakons (1) in der Hülle zu ermöglichen.
- Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Flakons (1) einen Abdruck (22) aufweist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, die Drehbetätigung des Flakons in der Hülle (8) zu ermöglichen.
- Einheit zur Verteilung eines flüssigen Produktes, wobei die Einheit ein System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 umfasst, bei dem der Flakon (1) in der Hülle (8) angeordnet ist, wobei die Einheit ferner eine Vorrichtung (6) zur Verteilung des Produktes umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Hals (5) des Flakons montiert zu werden.
