Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines flüssigen Produkts, Folgendes umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (2) zum Verpacken des Produkts, bestehend aus einem Körper (3), über dem ein Hals (4) liegt, der eine obere Öffnung (7) definiert;
    - ein System für die Abgabe des Produkts;
    - eine Vorrichtung für die Befestigung (1) des Abgabesystems am Behälter (2);
    wobei besagte Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) aus einem einzigen Teil besteht, das Folgendes aufweist:
    - Mittel für die Verbindung am Hals (4) des Behälters (2), die durch eine axiale Translationsbewegung betätigt werden;
    - Mittel zum Trennen vom Hals (4) des Behälters (2), die durch eine Drehbewegung betätigt werden;
    wobei der Hals (4) des Behälters (2) mindestens einen radialen Überstand (5) umfasst und einen ringförmigen Rand (6) um die obere Öffnung (7) herum aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) eine Schürze (14) umfasst, die einen ringförmigen Bereich (13) aufweist, der den besagten Verbindungsmitteln entspricht und mit dem besagten ringförmigen Rand (6) des Halses (4) zusammenwirkt, um die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) am Hals (4) des Behälters (2) einzurasten,
    gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Schürze (14) außerdem mindestens eine Rampe (11) aufweist, die den Trennmitteln entspricht und mit besagtem radialen Überstand (5) zusammenwirkt, um die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) vom Hals (4) des Behälters (2) abzuschrauben.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abgabesystem eine Verteilerpumpe (16) im Behälter (2) umfasst.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Translationsbewegung ein Einrasten der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) am Hals (4) des Behälters (2) bewirkt.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehbewegung ein Abschrauben der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) vom Hals (4) des Behälters (2) bewirkt.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) einen zentralen Kanal (15) umfasst, in dem besagtes Abgabesystem eingesetzt ist, wobei besagter Kanal (15) sich im Innern der Schürze (14) erstreckt.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) Mittel für die Indexierung seiner Position in Bezug auf den Behälter (2) umfasst.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Indexierungsmittel aus mindestens einer Schiene (9) bestehen, die an der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist, in die der radiale Überstand (5) des Halses (4) des Behälters (2) bei der Verbindung eingeführt wird.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Schiene (9) durch zwei Seitenwände (10) begrenzt ist, die sich in eine axiale Richtung auf einer derartigen Länge erstrecken, dass sich der radiale Überstand (5) immer zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden (10) befindet, wenn die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) im Hals (4) des Behälters (2) eingerastet ist.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (11) V-förmig ist.
  10. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (11) einen Rand (12) aufweist, gegen den der radiale Überstand (5) gleitet, wobei dieser Rand (12) abgefast ist.
  11. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radiale Überstand (5) einen Kontaktbereich (18) mit dem Rand (12) der Rampe (11) aufweist, wobei besagter Kontaktbereich (18) abgeschrägt ist.
  12. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) aus einem einzigen Formteil besteht.
  13. Verfahren der Montage und Demontage eines Abgabesystems in Bezug auf einen Behälter (2) zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Produkts mithilfe einer Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Einhängen des Abgabesystems im Befestigungssystem (1);
    - Durchführen einer axialen Translationsbewegung der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) in Richtung des Halses (4) des Behälters (2) bis zum Einrasten der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) mit dem Hals (4) des Behälters (2);
    - Durchführen einer Drehbewegung der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) in Bezug auf den Behälter (2) dergestalt, dass der radiale Überstand (5) auf die Rampe (11) gleitet und eine axiale Translationsbewegung der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1), bei der sich diese vom Hals (4) des Behälters (2) entfernt, bis zum Ausrasten der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) vom Hals (4) des Behälters (2) bewirkt.
