Claims (10)

  1. Montagevorrichtung (4), um eine Kappe (3; 7) auf einem Behälterhals (1; 8) zu montieren, wobei die Kappe (3; 7) einen Seitenrand (30; 70) aufweist, der ein erstes freies Randende (31; 71) und ein zweites Randende (32 ; 72) aufweist, das fest mit einer Scheitelwand (33; 73) der Kappe (3; 7) verbunden ist und den Verschlussboden der Kappe (3; 7) bildet, wobei der Seitenrand (30; 70) und die Scheitelwand (33; 73) eine Kappenaufnahme begrenzen, und die Montagevorrichtung (4) umfasst:
    - einen Kappenadapter (5, 5') mit einem Schacht (50, 50'), der in die Kappenaufnahme (3; 7) eingesetzt werden kann und einen unteren Schachtrand (53; 53') aufweist, der von einem Kragen (54; 54') mit aufsteigenden radialen Rippen (55; 55') begrenzt wird, wobei die Rippen (55; 55') mit dem unteren Schachtrand (53; 53') (50; 50') ein U bilden und zur Außenseite des Schachts (50; 50') hin gerichtet sind, um das freie Randende (31; 71) der Kappe aufzunehmen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Rippen (55; 55') eine Kerbe (56; 56') mit einer abgewinkelten Form aufweist, von der sich ein erster Kerbenabschnitt (57; 57') entlang einer axialen Richtung des Schachts (50; 50') erstreckt und von der sich ein zweiter Kerbenabschnitt (58; 58') entlang einer radialen Richtung des Schachts (50; 50') erstreckt, und
    - einen Bund (6; 6'), der eine Innenfläche umfasst, die sich gemäß einem rotationssymmetrischen Profil um eine Bundachse erstreckt, das geeignet ist, die Rippen (55; 55') des Flansches des Kappenadapters (5; 5') zu umschließen, wobei der Bund (6; 6') eine Bundinnenfläche aufweist, die mindestens einen vorstehenden Stift (62; 62') umfasst, der in die Kerbe (56; 56') der mindestens einen Rippe (55; 55') des Adapters (5; 5') der Kappe (3; 7) eingeführt werden kann.
  2. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (50; 50') des Adapters (5; 5') einen oberen Schachtrand (52; 52') aufweist, der fest mit einer Scheitelverschlusswand (53; 53') des Schachts (50; 50') verbunden ist.
  3. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (50; 50') des Adapters (5; 5') eine zylindrische Form oder die Form eines Kegelstumpfes hat.
  4. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (50') eine Schachtinnenfläche mit einem Gewinde aufweist.
  5. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippen (55; 55') des Flansches (54, 54') über eine Rippenhöhe erstrecken und dass der Bund (6; 6') eine Bundhöhe aufweist, die größer als die Rippenhöhe ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Rand (53; 53`) des Schachts (50; 50'), der mit den aufsteigenden Rippen (55; 55`) ein U bildet, um das freie Ende (31; 71) des Rands (30; 70) der Kappe (3; 7) aufzunehmen, mindestens einen vorstehenden Zapfen aufweist.
  7. Einheit mit einer Kappe und einer Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (3; 7) aus Glas hergestellt ist.
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, die eine Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (31; 71) des Rands (30; 70) mindestens eine Kerbe (39; 79) hat, die geeignet ist, den mindestens einen vorstehenden Zapfen aufzunehmen.
  10. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 mit einem Behälter, der einen Behälterhals aufweist, an dem die mit der Montagevorrichtung (4) ausgestattete Kappe (3; 7) befestigt ist.
