Claims (11)

  1. Ferrure de meuble (4) pour le montage mobile d'une partie de meuble (3) montée de manière mobile par rapport à un corps de meuble (2), comprenant:
    - une première partie de ferrure (5), laquelle est réalisée pour être fixée sur un panneau de meuble (2b) du corps de meuble (2) orienté de préférence de manière sensiblement horizontale,
    - une deuxième partie de ferrure (6) destinée à être fixée sur la partie de meuble (3) montée de manière mobile, dans laquelle la deuxième partie de ferrure (6) est reliée de manière à pouvoir pivoter à la première partie de ferrure (5),
    - dans laquelle la première partie de ferrure (5) présente une partie de montage (8) avec au moins un dispositif de fixation (16), par lequel la partie de montage (8) peut être montée sur le panneau de meuble (2b), et la première partie de ferrure (5) présente au moins une partie de couplage (9) reliée de manière articulée à la deuxième partie de ferrure (6), laquelle peut être reliée de manière amovible à la partie de montage (8),
    - dans laquelle la partie de montage (8) de la première partie de ferrure (5) présente un boîtier (8a) en forme de compartiment, lequel peut être logé à l'intérieur de l'épaisseur de matériau prédéfinie du panneau de meuble, dans laquelle la partie de couplage (9) est logée, dans l'état relié à la partie de montage (8) en grande partie à l'intérieur du boîtier (8a) de la partie de montage (8), dans laquelle la partie de montage (8) présente une extension en hauteur et une extension longitudinale, dans laquelle l'extension longitudinale de la partie de montage (8) est au moins trois fois, de préférence au moins six fois plus grande que l'extension en hauteur de la partie de montage (8),
    - dans laquelle la ferrure de meuble (4) présente au moins un levier articulé (7) monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter pour déplacer la partie de meuble (3) mobile,
    - la ferrure de meuble (4) présente un dispositif de ressort (10) pour soumettre à l'action d'une force l'au moins un levier articulé (7),
    - la ferrure de meuble (4) présente au moins un dispositif d'amortissement (11), de préférence une unité cylindre-piston, pour amortir un déplacement relatif entre la première partie de ferrure (5) et la deuxième partie de ferrure (6),
    - le dispositif de ressort (10) et le dispositif d'amortissement (11) sont disposés sur le partie de couplage (9),
    caractérisée en ce que la partie de couplage (9) peut être reliée de manière amovible à la partie de montage (8) par au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (20), dans laquelle l'au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (20) présente au moins un élément de verrouillage (25a, 25b) monté de manière mobile et soumis à l'action d'au moins un accumulateur de force (21a, 21b) pour verrouiller de manière amovible la partie de couplage (9) .
  2. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de montage (8) de la première partie de ferrure (5) peut être insérée dans un évidement (15a) du panneau de meuble (2a).
  3. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de centrage (18) est prévu pour le centrage entre la partie de montage (8) et la partie de couplage (9), dans laquelle le dispositif de centrage (18) présente au moins une surface inclinée (18a, 18b) disposée ou réalisée sur la partie de montage (8) et/ou sur la partie de couplage (9) pour guider la partie de couplage (9).
  4. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la ferrure de meuble (4) présente un dispositif de déverrouillage (19) pour desserrer la liaison entre la partie de montage (8) et la partie de couplage (9).
  5. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de déverrouillage (19) présente un élément de desserrage (19a) monté de manière mobile, dans laquelle le verrouillage entre la partie de montage (8) et la partie de couplage (9) peut être desserré en exerçant une force sur l'élément de desserrage (19a).
  6. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de desserrage (19a) est monté de manière à pouvoir être coulissé linéairement.
  7. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de pression (12) soumis à l'action du dispositif de ressort (10) est prévu, dans laquelle le rouleau de pression (12) peut être déplacé le long d'un contour de réglage (24) disposé de préférence sur le levier articulé (7) lors d'un déplacement du levier articulé (7) .
  8. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le levier articulé (7) est réalisé en tant que levier à double bras avec une première extrémité de levier et avec une deuxième extrémité de levier, dans laquelle la première extrémité de levier du levier articulé (7) est reliée de manière articulée à la deuxième partie de ferrure (6), et que le dispositif d'amortissement (11) peut être soumis à une action par l'intermédiaire de la deuxième extrémité de levier du levier articulé (7).
  9. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la ferrure de meuble (4) est réalisée en tant que charnière de meuble.
  10. Meuble (1) avec un corps de meuble (2), une partie de meuble (3) montée de manière mobile par rapport au corps de meuble (2) et avec au moins une ferrure de meuble (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, par laquelle la partie de meuble (3) est montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter par rapport au corps de meuble (2) autour d'un axe (14) s'étendant de préférence en position de montage de manière sensiblement verticale.
  11. Meuble selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le corps de meuble (2) présente un panneau de meuble (2a) orienté de préférence de manière sensiblement horizontale, de préférence un panneau de fond, un panneau de recouvrement, un panneau formant tablette disposé entre le panneau de fond et le panneau de recouvrement ou une paroi latérale (2a), dans lequel la partie de montage (8) est montée sur le panneau de meuble (2a), dans lequel il est prévu que la partie de montage (8) est logée dans la position de montage en grande partie à l'intérieur d'un évidement (15a) du panneau de meuble (2a).
