Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hose (10) mit zwei Beinöffnungen (2, 3), die (2, 3) durch einen Hosensteg (4) der Hose (10) voneinander getrennt sind. Für die erfindungsgemäße Hose ist kennzeichnend, dass die Hose (10) zur Minderung oder Beseitigung der Harn-Inkontinenz während des Tragens der Hose (10) durch einen Anwender bestimmt ist und dass die Hose (10) dazu im Bereich des Hosenstegs (4) einen zur Druckbeaufschlagung des Anwenders im Dammbereich bestimmten Druckkörper (6) aufweist.

Description

Hose
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hose mit zwei Beinöffnungen, die durch einen Hosensteg der Hose voneinander getrennt sind.
Bei vielen Menschen, Männern wie Frauen, lockern sich alters- oder krankheitsbedingt, aufgrund einer Bindegewebsschwäche oder in Folge von Operationen die Muskeln und Bänder im Bereich des Harnwegs und insbesondere im Bereich des Beckenbodens, was sich störend durch einen plötzlichen Harndrang oder auch durch eine mehr oder weniger stark ausgeprägte Inkontinenz bemerkbar machen kann (sogenannte Dysfunktion des Beckenbodens) .
Häufig ist der durch ein regelmäßiges Beckenbodentraining erreichbare Muskelaufbau nicht ausreichend, um eine ausreichende Straffung und Stärkung der gelockerten Muskeln und Bänder im Bereich des Beckenbodens zu erreichen. Um Abhilfe zu schaffen, können Operationen notwendig werden, die eine Re stitution des Beckenbodens einschließlich der Muskeln und Bänder in diesem Bereich mit dem Ziel vorsehen, dass dadurch eine Harn-Inkontinenz zumindest gemindert werden kann. Operationen sind jedoch zum einen mit hohen Kosten, und zum anderen mit erheblichen Belastungen und Risiken für den Patienten verbunden.
Es besteht daher die Aufgabe, eine Hose der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, mit der sich die Belastungen für den Patienten durch einen plötzlichen Harndrang oder gar durch Harn- Inkontinenz zumindest gemindert oder gar beseitigt werden können . Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht bei der Hose der eingangs erwähnten Art insbesondere darin, dass die Hose zur Minderung oder Beseitigung der Harn-Inkontinenz während des Tragens der Hose durch einen Anwender bestimmt ist, und dass die Hose dazu im Bereich des Hosenstegs einen zur Druckbeaufschlagung des Anwenders im Dammbereich bestimmten Druckkörper aufweist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Hose weist zwei Beinöffnungen auf, die durch einen Hosensteg voneinander getrennt sind, wobei der Hosensteg einen zur Druckbeaufschlagung des Patienten oder Anwenders im Dammbereich bestimmten Druckkörper aufweist. Dieser an der erfindungsgemäßen Hose am Hosensteg vorgesehene Druckkörper drückt auf den Körper des Anwenders im Dammbereich. Durch diesen Druck werden die in diesem Bereich gelockerten Muskeln oder Bänder angehoben und der Harnweg in diesem Bereich gestrafft. Durch diesen kontinuierlichen Druck wird einer Lockerung der Muskeln und Bänder im Dammbereich entgegengewirkt, wodurch ein plötzlicher Harndrang zumindest reduziert und eine mehr oder weniger starke Harn-Inkontinenz des Patienten vermindert werden kann. Auch der Schließmuskel kann durch die natürliche korrekte Lage wieder suffizient arbeiten. Die erfindungsgemäße Hose ist insbesondere in solchen Fällen sinnvoll anwendbar, bei denen ein regelmäßiges Beckenbodentraining nicht stattfindet oder nicht ausreichend ist. Durch die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Hose lassen sich in geeigneten Fällen auch aufwändige Operationen vermeiden.
Damit der an der erfindungsgemäßen Hose vorgesehene Druckkörper mit ausreichender Kraft auf den Dammbereich des Patienten einwirken kann, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Hose aus einem elastischen oder gummielastischen Material hergestellt ist. Eine solche, aus elastischem Material hergestellte Hose kann sich besonders eng an den Körper des Anwenders anlegen, so dass auch der Druckkörper mit einem erhöhten Druck auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders einwirkt.
Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die erfindungsgemäße Hose aus einem elastischen Gewebe hergestellt oder als ein unter Ver wendung elastischer Fasern hergestelltes Gestrick ausgebildet ist. Ein solches Gewebe oder Gestrick ist vergleichsweise atmungsaktiv und bequem tragbar. Da das Gewebe oder Gestrick gleichzeitig elastisch ist, vermag es sich eng an den Körper des Patienten anzulegen und hier einen Halt aufzubauen, der eine Druckbeaufschlagung des Körpers des Patienten mit Hilfe des Druckkörpers erlaubt.
Damit der an der erfindungsgemäßen Hose vorgesehene Druckkörper mit ausreichender Kraft auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders einwirken kann, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn in die Hose ein elastischer und gegebenenfalls auch längenverstellbarer Gürtel eingezogen ist.
Zusätzlich oder stattdessen kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn an der Hose ein Hosenträger gehalten ist.
Dabei sieht eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung vor, dass der Hosenträger vorder- und/oder rückseitig zwei Traggurte hat. Ein solcher Hosenträger, der vorder- oder rückseitig zwei Traggurte hat, kann die auf die Hose einwirkenden Zugkräfte der Traggurte in etwa gleichmäßig verteilen .
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Hose als Unterhose ausgestaltet ist. Insbesondere eine als Unterhose ausgebildete Hose kann mit ihrem Druckkörper unmittelbar auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders einwirken.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung, die eine unmittelbare Druckbeaufschlagung des Körpers des Anwenders mit Hilfe des Druckkörpers erlaubt, sieht vor, dass der Druckkörper auf der Innenseite der Hose vorgesehen ist.
Um eine möglichst hohe Druckkraft auf den Körper des Anwenders aufbringen zu können, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Druckkörper zumindest in einem Teilbereich nocken- oder etwa halbkugelförmig ausgebildet ist.
Eine vergleichsweise hohe Druckkraft lässt sich auf den Damm bereich des Anwenders aufbringen, wenn der Druckkörper einen stegförmigen und in Richtung zu einer Hosenrückseite hochge zogenen Teilbereich hat. Ein solcher Druckkörper, der auch einen in Richtung zu einer Hosenrückseite hochgezogenen Teilbereich hat, wirkt auch mit einer nach oben in Richtung zum Körper des Anwenders gerichteten Kraftkomponente auf den Dammbereich ein.
Damit die erzeugte Druckkraft möglichst ungemindert auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders übertragen wird, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Druckkörper aus einem harten, hart elastischen und/oder unnachgiebigem Material hergestellt ist.
Um stets eine genaue Positionierung des Druckkörpers im ge wünschten Bereich des Damms sicherzustellen, ist es vorteil haft, wenn der Druckkörper mit dem Material der Hose unver rückbar verbunden ist. Weiterbildungen gemäß der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Figuren in Verbindung mit den Ansprüchen sowie der Beschreibung. Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele noch näher beschrieben.
Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine in einer Seitenansicht dargestellte Hose, die hier als Herren-Unterhose ausgestaltet und im Bereich eines, die beiden Beinöffnungen der Hose trennenden Hosenstegs einen Druckkörper aufweist, der zur Druckbeaufschlagung des Anwenders im Dammbereich bestimmt ist,
Fig . 2 die Herren-Unterhose aus Figur 1 in einer teilweise aufgeschnittenen Perspektivdarstellung,
Fig. 3 eine in einer Seitenansicht gezeigte Hose, die hier als Damen-Unterhose ausgestaltet ist und im Bereich ihres, die beiden Beinöffnungen der Hose trennenden Hosenstegs ebenfalls einen auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders einwirkenden Druckkörper aufweist, und
Fig. 4 die Damen-Unterhose aus Figur 3 in einer teilweise aufgeschnittenen Perspektivdarstellung .
In den Figuren 1 bis 4 ist eine Hose in zwei Ausführungen 1, 10 dargestellt. Die Hosen 1, 10 weisen zwei Beinöffnungen 2, 3 auf, die durch einen Hosensteg 4 der Hose 1, 10 voneinander getrennt sind. Die Hosen 1, 10 die als lange Hosen mit Hosenbeinen ausgestaltet oder - wie hier - als sogenannte kurze Hosen ohne solche Hosenbeine ausgebildet sein können, sind hier als Unterhosen ausgeführt. Während die in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte Hose eine Herren-Unterhose ist, ist demgegenüber die in den Figuren 3 und 4 dargestellte Hose 10 als Damen-Unterhose ausgestaltet .
Die in den Figuren 1 bis 4 gezeigten Hosen 1, 10 sind zur Minderung oder Beseitigung der Harn-Inkontinenz während des Tragens der Hose durch einen Anwender bestimmt. Die Hosen 1, 10 weisen dazu im Bereich des Hosenstegs 4 einen zur Druck beaufschlagung des Anwenders im Dammbereich bestimmten Druckkörper 5 bzw. 6 auf. Dieser am Hosensteg 4 vorgesehene Druckkörper 5, 6 drückt auf den Körper des Anwenders im
Dammbereich. Durch diesen Druck werden die in diesem Bereich gelockerten Muskeln oder Bänder des Anwenders angehoben und der Harnweg in diesem Bereich gestrafft. Durch diesen konti nuierlichen Druck wird einer Lockerung der Muskeln und Bänder im Dammbereich des Anwenders entgegengewirkt, wodurch ein plötzlicher Harndrang zumindest reduziert und eine mehr oder weniger starke Inkontinenz des Anwenders vermindert werden kann. Die hier dargestellten Hosen sind insbesondere auch in solchen Fällen sinnvoll anwendbar, bei denen ein regelmäßiges Beckenbodentraining nicht stattfindet oder nicht ausreichend ist. Durch die Anwendung der Hosen 1, 10 lassen sich in geeigneten Fällen auch aufwändige Operationen vermeiden.
Damit der vorzugsweise an der Innenseite der Hose 1, 10 un verrückbar gehaltene Druckkörper 5, 6 mit ausreichendem Druck auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders einwirken kann, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Hosen 1, 10 aus einem gummielastischen oder elastischen Material hergestellt sind. Dabei wird eine Ausführung bevorzugt, bei welcher die Hose 1, 10 als ein unter
Verwendung elastischer Fasern hergestelltes Gestrick ausge bildet ist. Ein solches Gestrick ist vergleichsweise at mungsaktiv und bequem tragbar. Da das Gewebe elastisch ist, vermag es sich eng an den Körper des Patienten anzulegen und hier einen Halt aufzubauen, der eine Druckbeaufschlagung des Körpers des Anwenders mittels des Druckkörpers 5, 6 erlaubt.
Um eine möglichst feste und sichere Druckbeaufschlagung zu begünstigen, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn in die Hose 1, 10 ein elastischer und gegebenenfalls auch längenverstellbarer Gürtel eingezogen ist. Zusätzlich oder stattdessen kann an der Hose 1, 10 auch ein hier allerdings nicht weiter gezeigter Hosenträger gehalten sein. Damit dieser Hosenträger die auf die Hose 1, 10 einwirkenden Kräfte gleichmäßig verteilen kann, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Hosenträger vorder- und/oder rückseitig zwei Traggurte hat.
Um eine möglichst hohe Druckkraft auf den Körper des Anwenders aufbringen zu können, sind diese Druckkörper 5, 6 zumindest in einem Teilbereich 9 nocken- oder halbkugelförmig ausgebildet. Anhand dem in den Figuren 3 und 4 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel 10 ist veranschaulicht, dass der Druckkörper 6 auch einen stegförmigen und in Richtung zu einer Hosenrückseite hochgezogenen Teilbereich 7 aufweisen kann. Da der Druckkörper 6 durch diesen hochgezogenen Teilbereich 7 auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders auch mit einer in Richtung zum Körper des Anwenders gerichteten Kraftkomponente einwirkt, lassen sich besonders hohe Druckkräfte auf den Dammbereich des Anwenders aufbringen. Damit die erzeugte Druckkraft möglichst ungemindert auf den Dammbereich des Patienten übertragen wird, ist der Druckkörper 5, 6 aus einem harten oder unnachgiebigen Material hergestellt. Um eine genaue Positionierung des Druckkörpers 5, 6 im gewünschten Bereich des Damms sicherzustellen, ist dieser Druckkörper 5, 6 mit dem Material der Hose 1, 10 unverrückbar verbunden. Die in den Figuren 3 und 4 gezeigte Damen-Unterhose ist in ihrem dem Schambereich zugewandten Teilbereich 8 gabelförmig ausgebildet, wobei sich diese gabelförmigen Teilbereiche besonders gut beidseits in den Leisten des Anwenders positionieren können, wo sie nicht weiter stören.

Ansprüche
1. Hose (1, 10) mit zwei Beinöffnungen (2, 3), die (2, 3) durch einen Hosensteg (4) der Hose (1, 10) voneinander getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hose (1, 10) zur Minderung oder Beseitigung der Harn-Inkontinenz während des Tragens der Hose (1, 10) durch einen Anwender bestimmt ist, und dass die Hose (1, 10) dazu im Bereich des Hosenstegs (4) einen zur Druckbeaufschlagung des An wenders im Dammbereich bestimmten Druckkörper (5, 6) aufweist .
2. Hose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Hose (1, 10) aus einem elastischen Material hergestellt ist .
3. Hose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hose (1, 10) als ein unter Verwendung elastischer
Fasern hergestelltes Gewebe oder Gestrick ausgebildet ist.
4. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass in die Hose (1, 10) ein elastischer und gegebenenfalls auch längenverstellbarer Gürtel eingezogen ist .
5. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass an der Hose (1, 10) ein Hosenträger ge halten ist.
6. Hose nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der
Hosenträger vorder- und/oder rückseitig zwei Traggurte hat .
7. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die Hose (1, 10) als Unterhose ausgestaltet ist .
8. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Druckkörper (5, 6) an der Hosen-In- nenseite vorgesehen ist.
9. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Druckkörper (5, 6) zumindest in einem
Teilbereich (9) nocken- oder etwa halbkugelförmig ausge bildet ist.
10. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Druckkörper (6) einen stegförmigen und in Richtung zu einer Hosenrückseite hochgezogenen Teilbereich (7) hat.
11. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Druckkörper (5, 6) aus einem harten, hartelastischen und/oder unnachgiebigen Material herge stellt ist.
12. Hose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Druckkörper (5, 6) mit dem Material der
Hose (1, 10) unverrückbar verbunden ist.
