Claims (12)

  1. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses (10) pour la réception de marchandises dangereuses sous la forme de batteries et/ou systèmes de batterie pour des véhicules électriques, présentant un corps de récipient (11) qui présente la forme d'un parallélépipède, et qui comporte une largeur (B) et une profondeur (T) qui sont respectivement plus grandes que la hauteur (H) du corps de récipient (11), avec un fond de récipient (15), un plafond de récipient (16) et une paroi latérale de récipient (14), qui délimitent un espace de réception (17) pour les marchandises dangereuses, caractérisé en ce
    que la paroi latérale de récipient (14) présente une ouverture de chargement/déchargement (33) refermable par le biais d'un dispositif de fermeture (18) qui comporte un clapet de fermeture (19) ou une porte de fermeture ou est réalisée en tant que telle, que le dispositif de fermeture (18) est agencé par le biais d'un ou plusieurs dispositifs de charnière (20) au niveau du corps de récipient (11) et qu'au moins un dispositif de charnière (20) se trouve à l'extérieur par rapport au corps de récipient (11), que le récipient pour marchandises dangereuses (10) présente un dispositif de stockage (29) réalisé comme dispositif de poussée pour le stockage des marchandises dangereuses dans le corps de récipient (11), que le dispositif de stockage (29) comporte un dispositif de réception (30) pour les marchandises dangereuses qui est agencé de manière mobile en glissement ou mobile en pivotement dans le corps de récipient (11), et que le dispositif de stockage (29) est fourni de telle manière qu'il soit en mesure de déplacer le dispositif de réception (30) entre une position de stockage, dans laquelle le dispositif de réception (30) se trouve dans le corps de récipient (11), et une position de chargement/déchargement, dans laquelle le dispositif de réception (30) se trouve au moins partiellement en dehors du corps de récipient (11).

Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (18) est agencé de manière mobile en pivotement, de préférence de manière mobile en pivotement autour d'un axe horizontal, au niveau du corps de récipient (11), en particulier au niveau du plafond de récipient (16) et/ou de la paroi latérale de récipient (14).
  3. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (18) est agencé par le biais de deux, trois, quatre ou cinq, dispositifs de charnière (20) au niveau du corps de récipient (11).
  4. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de charnière (20) est réalisé comme dispositif de charnière à ressort ou présente un élément de ressort.
  5. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (18) est réalisé en forme d'angle ou en forme de L.
  6. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception (30) est agencé de manière mobile en coulissement dans le corps de récipient (11) et que le dispositif de stockage (29) présente un dispositif de guidage sur rail (31).
  7. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception (30) est agencé autour d'un axe vertical de manière mobile en pivotement dans le corps de récipient (11).
  8. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface du plafond de récipient (16) est inférieure à la surface du fond de récipient (15), et qu'en particulier le plafond de récipient (16) présente par rapport au fond de récipient (15) une profondeur moindre.
  9. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (18) est fourni de telle manière qu'il ferme de manière hermétique le corps de récipient (11) dans l'état fermé, et/ou que le dispositif de fermeture (18) et/ou le corps de récipient (11) présente/nt au moins un dispositif de garniture.
  10. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci présente un ou plusieurs dispositif(s) de verrouillage (22) qui est/sont fourni(s) pour le verrouillage du dispositif de fermeture (18) dans l'état fermé.
  11. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le corps de récipient (11) présente au niveau de sa surface dirigée dans l'espace de réception (17) au moins par endroits un revêtement (32) ou que cette surface est réalisée au moins par endroits comme un revêtement (32) de la sorte et que le revêtement (32) se compose en particulier d'un matériau résistant à la pression et/ou résistant à la température, de préférence résistant à haute température et/ou isolant.
  12. Récipient pour marchandises dangereuses selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le récipient pour marchandises dangereuses (10) présente au moins un dispositif de ventilation (25), et que le dispositif de ventilation (25) est réalisé en particulier dans le corps de récipient (11) et/ou est agencé au niveau de celui-ci.
