Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de traitement à haute pression de matière en vrac par extraction et/ou imprégnation, selon lequel la matière en vrac est disposée dans le volume intérieur (Vi) d'un système de récipient sous pression (10) et traitée isolément de l'environnement (U) à un niveau de haute pression, en particulier à une haute pression de l'ordre de 40 à 1000 bars. Le traitement à haute pression est effectué par charges successives dans un système fermé dans le système de récipient sous pression isolé de l'environnement de manière étanche à la pression, la matière en vrac étant introduite par charges successives dans le volume intérieur (Vi) du système de récipient sous pression fermé, et disposée sur au moins un plan de traitement, puis extraite par charges successives du volume intérieur une fois le traitement haute pression effectué, le système de récipient sous pression étant fermé. L'invention est également avantageuse en termes de manipulation, en particulier eu égard à l'écoulement de matière et eu égard à la sécurité de fonctionnement. L'invention concerne par ailleurs l'utilisation d'un module de bases de support présentant au moins un plan de traitement pour le traitement à haute pression dans un système fermé.
