Claims (13)
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) pour le nettoyage d'un article à nettoyer (112), comprenant au moins une chambre de nettoyage (118) pour la réception de l'article à nettoyer (112), comprenant en outre au moins un dispositif de sollicitation (124) pour la sollicitation de l'article à nettoyer (112) avec au moins un fluide de nettoyage, le dispositif de nettoyage (110) présentant en outre au moins une surface de refroidissement (158) tournée vers la chambre de nettoyage (118) et au moins un récipient de refroidissement (160) couplé thermiquement à la surface de refroidissement (158) pour la réception d'un liquide de refroidissement, la surface de refroidissement (158) comprenant une paroi intérieure de la chambre de nettoyage (118) tournée vers la chambre de nettoyage (118), la paroi intérieure pouvant être refroidie par le liquide de refroidissement sur un côté extérieur qui est agencé à l'extérieur de la chambre de nettoyage (118), le dispositif de nettoyage (110) présentant au moins une commande (178), la commande (178) étant en outre conçue pour commander au moins une étape de régénération dans le dispositif de nettoyage (110), l'étape de régénération comprenant les étapes partielles suivantes :a) le remplissage du récipient de refroidissement (160) avec du liquide de refroidissement ;b) le chauffage du liquide de refroidissement dans le récipient de refroidissement (160) ; etc) le retrait du liquide de refroidissement du récipient de refroidissement (160),la commande (178) étant en outre conçue pour commander au moins une étape de nettoyage dans le dispositif de nettoyage (110), l'article à nettoyer (112) étant sollicité avec le fluide de nettoyage lors de l'étape de nettoyage, et la commande (178) étant en outre conçue pour commander au moins une étape de séchage dans le dispositif de nettoyage (110), l'article à nettoyer (112) étant séché dans la chambre de nettoyage (118) lors de l'étape de séchage, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de régénération et l'étape de nettoyage sont des étapes séparées, et en ce que l'étape de régénération et l'étape de séchage sont des étapes séparées.
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon la revendication précédente, la commande (178) étant conçue pour commander l'étape de régénération de telle sorte que le récipient de refroidissement (160) est sollicité au moins avec un nombre minimum prédéterminé d'équivalents de chaleur, les équivalents de chaleur étant une grandeur qui quantifie une hygiénisation thermique ou une élimination thermique des germes et qui contient une température et une durée d'une exposition à la température.
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon la revendication précédente, la commande (178) étant conçue pour déterminer au moins une température du récipient de refroidissement (160) en fonction du temps et pour déterminer à partir de celle-ci les équivalents de chaleur cumulés avec lesquels le récipient de refroidissement (160) est sollicité.
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la commande (178) étant conçue pour maintenir le récipient de refroidissement (160) à une température d'au moins 60 °C pendant au moins 1 minute.
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la commande (178) étant conçue pour surveiller une atteinte d'une température de consigne prédéterminée dans le récipient de refroidissement (160), la commande (178) étant en outre conçue pour attendre un laps de temps prédéterminé après l'atteinte de la température de consigne avant de réaliser l'étape c).
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la commande (178) étant conçue pour chauffer le liquide de refroidissement dans le récipient de refroidissement (160) par le fluide de nettoyage chauffé dans la chambre de nettoyage (118) à l'étape de procédé b).
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon la revendication précédente, un réservoir de nettoyage (134) du dispositif de nettoyage (110) étant rempli de fluide de nettoyage à l'étape de procédé b), le fluide de nettoyage étant chauffé et le fluide de nettoyage chauffé étant mis en circulation dans la chambre de nettoyage (118) en mode de circulation au moyen du dispositif de sollicitation (124), de telle sorte que le fluide de nettoyage chauffé chauffe le récipient de refroidissement (160) et le liquide de refroidissement qui s'y trouve par l'intermédiaire de la surface de refroidissement (158).
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de nettoyage (110) présentant en outre au moins une source de gaz comprimé et/ou au moins un raccord de gaz comprimé, la commande (178) étant conçue pour souffler le récipient de refroidissement (160) avec du gaz comprimé après l'étape c).
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le récipient de refroidissement (160) présentant une coque (162), la coque (162) étant placée directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un joint d'étanchéité sur une paroi (154, 156) de la chambre de nettoyage (118), un espace intérieur (164) du récipient de refroidissement (160) étant formé entre la coque (162) et la paroi (154, 156) de la chambre de nettoyage (118), le liquide de refroidissement dans le récipient de refroidissement (160) étant en contact avec la paroi (154, 156) de la chambre de nettoyage (118).
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le récipient de refroidissement (160) présentant sur au moins une paroi intérieure au moins un revêtement germicide, en particulier un revêtement avec des ions argent.
- Dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le récipient de refroidissement (160) présentant sur au moins une paroi intérieure au moins une microstructure hydrophobe, en particulier une microstructure à effet lotus.
- Procédé de nettoyage d'un article à nettoyer (112), comprenant les étapes suivantes :I. la fourniture d'au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ;II. la réalisation d'au moins une étape de régénération dans le dispositif de nettoyage (110), comprenant les étapes partielles suivantes :a. le remplissage du récipient de refroidissement (160) avec du liquide de refroidissement ;b. le chauffage du liquide de refroidissement dans le récipient de refroidissement (160) ; etc. le retrait du liquide de refroidissement du récipient de refroidissement (160).
- Programme d'ordinateur comprenant des moyens de code de programme, le programme d'ordinateur étant conçu pour, après chargement dans une commande (178) d'un dispositif de nettoyage (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes concernant un dispositif de nettoyage (110), amener la commande (178) à réaliser les étapes de procédé II.a.-c. du procédé selon la revendication précédente.
