Claims (13)

- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une pompe (6), faisant circuler la lessive de lavage, est mise en service par l'intermédiaire d'une commande (22) et mise hors service après le processus de lavage, et une autre pompe (11), servant au transfert d'eau neuve (20) chauffée, est mise hors circuit.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une pause d'égouttement est située entre la mise hors service de la pompe (6) faisant circuler la lessive de lavage et la mise en service de l'autre pompe (11), servant au transfert d'une eau neuve (20) chauffée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un chauffage (10), associé à la chaudière (9), est mis en service après le rinçage du produit à laver (3) et de la vapeur afflue dans un compartiment du lave-vaisselle (1) recevant le produit à laver (3), via une conduite à vapeur (16) avec une soupape (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un refroidissement ou un séchage du produit à laver (3) est effectué par introduction d'air ou d'eau froide, après l'étape de post-traitement thermique du produit à laver (3).
- Lave-vaisselle (1), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec une chambre recevant un produit à laver (3), une pompe (6) faisant circuler de la lessive de lavage, et une chaudière (9), dans laquelle l'eau neuve (20) est chauffée, caractérisé en ce que l'eau neuve (20) est transférée avec une autre pompe (11), et en ce que la chaudière (9) présente une conduite à vapeur (16), reliée à des conduites d'alimentation pour des systèmes de rinçage (12, 13), pour le rinçage du produit à laver (3).
- Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la conduite à vapeur (16) comprend une soupape (17) établissant une contre-pression.
- Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (17) est réalisée sous forme de soupape anti-retour.
- Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la conduite à vapeur (16) est raccordée dans la zone supérieure de la chaudière (9).
- Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une position d'embouchure (18) de la conduite à vapeur (16) est située au-dessus d'un niveau de recouvrement (21) pour un chauffage (10) dans la chaudière (9).
- Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une position d'aspiration (19) pour l'autre pompe (11), pour le transfert de l'eau neuve (20) chauffée, est situé au-dessous d'un niveau de recouvrement (21) pour un chauffage (10) reçu dans la chaudière (9).
