Claims (13)

  1. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un chauffage (10), associé à la chaudière (9), est mis en service après le rinçage du produit à laver (3) et de la vapeur afflue dans un compartiment du lave-vaisselle (1) recevant le produit à laver (3), via une conduite à vapeur (16) avec une soupape (17).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un refroidissement ou un séchage du produit à laver (3) est effectué par introduction d'air ou d'eau froide, après l'étape de post-traitement thermique du produit à laver (3).
  8. Lave-vaisselle (1), pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec une chambre recevant un produit à laver (3), une pompe (6) faisant circuler de la lessive de lavage, et une chaudière (9), dans laquelle l'eau neuve (20) est chauffée, caractérisé en ce que l'eau neuve (20) est transférée avec une autre pompe (11), et en ce que la chaudière (9) présente une conduite à vapeur (16), reliée à des conduites d'alimentation pour des systèmes de rinçage (12, 13), pour le rinçage du produit à laver (3).
  9. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la conduite à vapeur (16) comprend une soupape (17) établissant une contre-pression.
