Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a built-in element according to the preamble of patent claim 1, a door system with such a built-in element and a method for installing a built-in element.
  • a built-in element for separating an interior space from an exterior space with a fixed element wherein the fixed element can be fastened to a wall by means of a wall connection.
  • the wall connection has two side wall parts for receiving the fixed element and a wall part for fastening the wall connection to a wall and is designed in such a way that after a side part is bent over (e.g. caused by an attempted break-in) the wall connection has a blocking area which extends into a recess of the end portion of the fixed member protrudes, a first end of the blocking portion protruding into the recess facing the inner space and a second end of the blocking portion facing the outer space.
  • U.S. 2010/251644 A1 and FR 2 434 916 A1 also disclose built-in elements for separating an interior space from an exterior space with a fixed element.
  • a built-in element for separating an interior space from an exterior space comprising a fixed element, with an end region open at the end in the direction of a structure wall, at least in some areas, and thus having a recess.
  • a wall connection is provided for fastening the fixed element to the building wall, the wall connection having at least one side wall part for receiving the end region and a bottom wall part with a fastening opening for passing through a fastening means for fastening the wall connection to the building wall.
  • the wall connection is preferably formed by a profile part with a substantially L-shaped cross section, with one leg of the L forming the side wall part and the second leg of the L forming the bottom wall part.
  • a fastening element is provided with a continuous mounting channel for the passage of a second fastening means, the fastening element being fastened via the second fastening means to an internal intermediate base in the end area of the stationary element.
  • a further side wall profile on the interior side is also provided, which has a first fastening opening and via a first through the first fastening opening guided connector means is fastened to the fastening element and which is fastened to the bottom wall part of the wall connection profile via a second connector means.
  • the second connecting means are preferably also designed as screws and are screwed to the fastening element, guided through bores or fastening holes in the side wall profile.
  • the built-in element according to the invention ensures increased stability of the building structure connection and resistance to the introduction of external forces.
  • increased resistance to the effects of force such as wind load or the effects of force arising during attempted break-ins (such as the effects of force caused by levering out the fixed (frame) element from the wall connection using lever tools or the like), is achieved.
  • the wall connection is designed in several parts and has a first wall connection profile element and a second wall connection profile element.
  • the first wall connection profile element is advantageously formed by a profile element with a substantially L-shaped cross section, with one leg of the L forming the side wall part and the second leg of the L forming the bottom wall part, and the bottom wall part being open at the edge Long side may have a fastening groove.
  • the second wall connection profile element is advantageously designed as a flat profile, which forms a further side wall part and thus supplements the first wall connection profile element with an L-shaped cross section to form a wall connection profile with a U-shaped cross section.
  • the second wall connection profile element has, at least in some areas, on its inside fastening means, such as latching means or the like, which are designed for a non-positive connection with the fastening groove of the first wall connection profile element.
  • This provides a two-part wall connection that is particularly suitable for ceiling wall installation, consisting of a wall connection to be screwed to the structure and a wall connection clip profile that can be latched to a wall connection from the inside of the door or room as a visual cover of the gap between the structure and the frame element.
  • This constructive design means that increased stability and burglary protection can be guaranteed, while at the same time the built-in element can be installed easily.

  • the wall connection can have a thermally insulating intermediate web in the area of its base wall part in an analogous construction.
  • the fastening element is preferably designed as a cube extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile, which has at least one centering extension for positioning in the wall connection on an underside extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile and which has a mounting channel formed by a through hole or formed transversely to the longitudinal extension, parallel to the direction of the at least one centering extension exhibit. Furthermore, the fastening element can have a recess on its upper side, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the profile, for receiving a screw head for a fastening screw to be received in the mounting channel.
