- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) zum Umwandeln einer Haltung einer Beutelkette, in der eine Vielzahl von Beuteln (91) eine kontinuierliche Kette in einer ersten Richtung (D1) über Verschlussabschnitte (92) bilden, wobei die Beutelkette (90) einen ersten Beutel, einen zweiten Beutel, der mit dem ersten Beutel über einen ersten Verschlussabschnitt (92a) verbunden ist, einen dritten Beutel, der mit dem zweiten Beutel über einen zweiten Verschlussabschnitt (92b) verbunden ist, und einen vierten Beutel, der mit dem dritten Beutel über einen dritten Verschlussabschnitt verbunden ist, beinhaltet, wobei der Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) eingerichtet ist, um die Haltung der Beutelkette (90) so umzuwandeln, dass die Länge der Beutelkette (90) in der ersten Richtung (D1) kürzer wird, wobei der Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) Folgendes umfasst:eine Vielzahl von Anwendungselementen (32) zum Aufbringen von Kraft in einer zweiten Richtung (D2) von oben oder von unten auf die Verschlussabschnitte (92), wobei die Vielzahl von Anwendungselementen (32) eingerichtet ist zum Aufbringen von Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) auf mindestens zwei der Verschlussabschnitte (92) in der Beutelkette, die vier oder mehr der Beutel beinhaltet; undeine Verkürzungseinheit (33), die eingerichtet ist, um die Abstände zwischen den Anwendungselementen (32) in der ersten Richtung (D1) in einem Zustand zu verkürzen, in dem die Vielzahl von Anwendungselementen (32) Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) auf die Verschlussabschnitte (92) ausüben.
- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Vielzahl von Anwendungselementen (32) eingerichtet ist, um Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) auf die Verschlussabschnitte (92) aufzubringen, so dass in der ersten Richtung (D1) zwischen zwei der Verschlussabschnitte (92), auf die Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) ausgeübt wird, eine ungerade Anzahl von Verschlussabschnitten (92) vorhanden ist, auf die keine Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) ausgeübt wird.
- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß Anspruch 2, in Bezug auf die Beutelkette (90), die eine gerade Anzahl von Beuteln (91) beinhaltet, wobei die Vielzahl von Anwendungselementen (32) eingerichtet ist, um Kraft in der zweiten Richtung (D2) auf eine Anzahl von Verschlussabschnitten (92) aufzubringen, die gleich der Hälfte der Anzahl der in der Beutelkette (90) beinhalteten Beutel (91) ist.
- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zweite Richtung (D2) eine Richtung in einer Ebene ist, die eine longitudinale Richtung der Verschlussabschnitte (92) beinhaltet, und die zweite Richtung (D2) eine Richtung ist, die die erste Richtung (D1) schneidet.
- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die zweite Richtung (D2) eine Richtung nach unten in der vertikalen Richtung ist.
- Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Anwendungselemente (32) einen Kontaktabschnitt (32b) und eine Änderungseinheit (34) aufweisen, wobei der Kontaktabschnitt (32b) zum Kontaktieren der Verschlussabschnitte (92) eingerichtet ist, und die Änderungseinheit (34) zum Ändern der Position des Kontaktabschnitts (32b) entlang der zweiten Richtung (D2) eingerichtet ist.
- Schachtelpacker (100) zum Legen einer Beutelkette (90), in der eine Vielzahl von Beuteln (91) über Verschlussabschnitte (92) eine kontinuierliche Kette in einer ersten Richtung (D1) bilden, in eine Schachtel (B), der Schachtelpacker (100) umfassend:eine Fördereinheit (10, 20) zum Fördern der Beutelkette;den Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandler (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, der eingerichtet ist, um eine Haltung der Beutelkette (90), die von der Fördereinheit (10, 20) gefördert wurde, so umzuwandeln, dass die Länge der Beutelkette (90) in der ersten Richtung (D1) kürzer wird; undeine Steuereinheit (60) zum Steuern des Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandlers (30), wobei die Steuereinheit (60) eingerichtet ist, um die Beutelkette (90), deren Haltung so umgewandelt worden ist, dass die Länge der Beutelkette in der ersten Richtung (D1) kürzer ist, während sie mit den Anwendungselementen (32) des Beutelketten-Haltungsumwandlers (30) gehalten wird, in die Schachtel (B) zu legen.
- Schachtelpacker (100) gemäß Anspruch 7, ferner umfassend einen Ablagetisch (40), auf den die Beutelkette (90), die von der Fördereinheit (10, 20) gefördert wurde, abgelegt werden kann, wobei die Steuereinheit (60) ferner eingerichtet ist, um die Position des Ablagetisches (40) zu steuern, um mit den Anwendungselementen (32) die Beutelkette zu halten, die auf dem Ablagetisch (40) abgelegt worden ist, um den Ablagetisch (40) aus einer Position auf der in vertikaler Richtung unteren Seite der Beutelkette (90), die gehalten wird, zu bewegen und um die Beutelkette (90) in die Schachtel (B) zu legen, die auf der in vertikaler Richtung unteren Seite der Beutelkette, die gehalten wird, positioniert ist.
- Schachtelpacker (100) gemäß Anspruch 8, der eingerichtet ist, um eine Vielzahl von Beutelketten entlang einer longitudinalen Richtung der Verschlussabschnitte (92) auf dem Ablagetisch (40) zu platzieren, und wobei die Steuereinheit (60) eingerichtet ist, um die Vielzahl von Beutelketten (90), die auf dem Ablagetisch (40) platziert wurden, während sie mit den Anwendungselementen (32) gehalten werden, in die Schachtel (B) zu legen.
- Schachtelpacker (100) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, ferner umfassend ein Halteelement (36), wobei die Steuereinheit (60) eingerichtet ist, um die Anwendungselemente (32), die die Beutelkette (90) halten, von der Beutelkette (90) zu trennen, nachdem die Steuereinheit (60) die Beutelkette (90) in die Schachtel (B) gelegt hat, und wobei das Halteelement (36) zumindest einen Teil der Beutelkette (90) in Richtung der Schachtel (B) niederhält, während die Anwendungselemente (32) sich von der Beutelkette (90) trennen.
- Schachtelpacker (100) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, wobei die Steuereinheit (60) eingerichtet ist, um die Anwendungselemente (32) in mindestens einem der folgenden Fälle zu schütteln:wenn die Steuereinheit (60) die Anwendungselemente (32) mit den Verschlussabschnitten (92) in Kontakt bringt, und/oderwenn die Steuereinheit (60) die Anwendungselemente (32), die die Beutelkette (90) halten, die in die Schachtel (B) gelegt wurde, von der Beutelkette (90) trennt.
