Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Husse für Sitzbänke. Sie bietet zum einen Schutz für die Lehne einer Sitzbank und zum anderen generiert sie zusätzliche Werbeflächen, beispielsweise bei Sitzbänken in Sporthallen oder auf Sportplätzen.
  • Eine Werbeplakat-Halterung zum Überstülpen über Stuhllehnen, die allerdings mit Armlehnen verbunden sind, offenbart JP2015-19826A . Der Rücken, d.h. die sitzflächenzugewandte Seite, bleibt folglich allerdings frei.
  • Mit Polstermöbeln beschäftigt sich DE20 2018 100 877U1 . Es offenbart ein Polster für Sitzmöbel, welches mit elastischen Streifen von mindestens 25% der Fläche des Polsters an Sitzfläche und Lehne befestigt wird. Es lehrt keine Husse, die definitionsgemäß immer eine vorder- und eine rückseitige Fläche zum Überwerfen aufweist.
  • Einen Sofaüberwurf mit umlaufendem und sehr schmalem Befestigungsband offenbart US2014/0265483A1 . Das Band kann angeknöpft bzw. angenäht werden. Es ist so lang, dass es um die Sofalehne herumgeführt werden kann. Zudem ist es sehr schmal. Die Befestigungswirkung kommt dabei, für den Fall, dass es nicht schon an der rückseitigen Fläche angenäht ist, mutmaßlich durch die üblicherweise raue Sofaoberfläche zustande.
  • Für Banklehnen sind bisher nur wenige Hussen bekannt.
  • DE10 2009 034 460 B3 offenbart eine Husse aus zwei separaten Husseteilen, eins für den Sitz und eines für die Lehne, wobei die Lehnenhusse ein Überhängesack ist. Ein Seitenteil wird lediglich für die Sitzhusse offenbart, wobei eine Verbindung zu den benachbarten Teilen entlang der ganzen Kante gezeigt wird.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Husse für Banklehnen bereitzustellen. Die Husse soll geeignet sein, einen Schutz für die Banklehne zu bieten. Gleichzeitig soll die Husse als Werbefläche beispielsweise bei Sportveranstaltungen dienen, d.h. sie soll u.a. bedruckbar sein. Die Husse soll so ausgebildet sein, dass sie über die Lehne einer Sitzbank übergezogen werden kann. In diesem übergestülpten Zustand soll sie fest und gespannt auf der Banklehne sitzen, so dass die Flächen der Husse keine Falten werfen und die Werbung gut erkennbar ist. In diesem übergestülpten Zustand soll sie auch ein bequemes Anlehnen beim Sitzen auf der Bank ermöglichen. Des Weiteren soll die Husse einfach anwendbar sein. Die Produktionskosten sollen möglichst gering sein.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch die Merkmale der unabhängigen Ansprüche. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der jeweils rückbezogenen Unteransprüche.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Husse für Banklehnen, wobei die Husse ausgebildet ist, um über die Lehne einer Sitzbank übergezogen, d.h. gestülpt zu werden, wobei
    • die Husse eine sitzflächenzugewandte und eine längere rückseitige Fläche aufweist,
    • die sitzflächenzugewandte und die rückseitige Fläche links und rechts, an den beiden Seiten, über zwei Seitenteile miteinander verbunden sind,
    • die Husse ein im Wesentlichen flächiges Schnittmuster aufweist, und
    • das Verhältnis der Länge eines Seitenteils zur Länge der Seitenkante von sitzflächenzugewandter Fläche zwischen 1:6 bis 1:1,2 liegt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wir unter einer Sitzbank ein Sitzmöbel verstanden, das meist mehreren Personen Platz bietet. Dabei weist die Sitzbank eine Lehne und eine Sitzfläche auf.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist die rückseitige Fläche länger als die sitzflächenzugewandte Seite. Übergezogen steht hier für die gleiche Bedeutung wie übergestülpt.
    Im Sinne der Erfindung ist sowohl umfasst, dass beide erfindungsgemäße Flächen, d.h. sitzflächenzugewandte und rückseitige, zusammenhängend sind und zusammen ein umlaufendes Teil bilden, welches folglich auch die Oberseite bildet, als auch, dass jede Fläche ein separates Teil der Husse darstellt und beide Flächen u.a. über ein Teil an der Oberseite miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet das im Wesentlichen flächige Schnittmuster, dass die Vorder-und Rückflächen (d.h. sitzflächenzugewandte und rückseitige Fläche) wesentlich größer sind als die Flächen an den Seiten (links, rechts) sowie oben.
    Von den erfindungsgemäßen zwei Seitenteilen befindet sich eines an der linken Seite der Husse und eines an der rechten Seite der Husse.
  • Sitzflächenzugewandt im Sinne der Erfindung ist die Seite an der Lehne einer Sitzbank, die der Sitzfläche zugewandt ist. Im über eine Lehne gestülpten Zustand der Husse bedeckt die sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche der Husse die sitzflächenzugewandte Seite der Banklehne und die rückseitige Fläche der Husse bedeckt die Rückseite der Banklehne.
  • Links und rechts im Sinne der Erfindung ist bezogen auf die frontale Ansicht auf eine Sitzbank, wobei die Sitzfläche nach vorn zeigt und die Rückseite der Banklehne nach hinten.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet Breite einer Fläche oder eines Teils immer die links-rechts-Ausdehnung (horizontal) und Länge steht folglich für die oben-unten-Ausdehnung (vertikal). Das bezieht sich auf die übliche Positionierung einer Sitzbank mit entsprechender Lehne und die entsprechende Positionierung der Husse, wenn sie über die Lehne dieser Sitzbank gestülpt ist. Auch die Längen der sitzflächenzugewandten und rückseitigen Flächen sind die jeweiligen Ausdehnungen von oben nach unten. Im Fall der horizontalen Oberseite allerdings unterscheidet man im Sinne der Erfindung nur zwischen kurzer und langer Breite. Folglich ist die lange Breite des Oberteils gleich der Breite von sitzflächenzugewandter Fläche bzw. rückseitiger Fläche.
  • Die kurze Breite der Oberseite korrespondiert mit der sichtbaren Breite der Seitenteile. Diese sichtbare Breite der Seitenteile ist die, die man im über eine Lehne gestülpten Zustand sieht. Die tatsächliche Breite der beiden Seitenteile ist größer als die sichtbare, da es am Seitenteil links und rechts (d.h. in Richtung der beiden erfindungsgemäßen Flächen) jeweils eine Zugabe gibt zum Einkleben bzw. Einnähen.
  • Es ist ein Vorteil der Erfindung, dass die Husse so ausgebildet ist, dass sie über die Lehnen gängiger Sitzbänke, insbesondere Sportbänke in Sporthallen oder auf Sportplätzen, übergestülpt werden kann.
  • Des Weiteren vorteilhaft ist, dass durch die längere rückseitige Fläche und die kürzere sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche eine Bank, wenn deren Lehne mit der erfindungsgemäßen Husse überstülpt ist, so bedeckt ist, dass von hinten gesehen die Sitzleiste abgedeckt ist.
    Neben diesem optischen Vorteil ist es auch von Vorteil, dass durch die längere rückseitige Fläche die auf der Sitzbank Sitzenden vor Windzug im Bereich der Nieren und des Gesäßes geschützt sind. Dies ist insbesondere auch bei Sportlern in Pausen von Nutzen.
  • Ebenfalls von Vorteil ist, dass die Husse einfach anwendbar ist.
  • Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil ist, dass sie mit Werbung bedruckt werden kann. Sie dient damit als zusätzliche Werbefläche, insbesondere im Sportbereich an gut sichtbaren Stellen wie bei Sitzbänken für Ersatzspieler neben dem Spielfeld.
  • Vorteilhaft hängt sie, wenn über eine Banklehne gestülpt, frei und ohne Falten, so dass die Werbung sehr gut erkennbar ist. Dennoch sitzt sie dabei so fest, dass ihre Teile daran gehindert werden, im Wind zu wehen bzw. zu flattern, was einer Nutzung als Werbeträger nicht zuträglich wäre. Grund dafür ist u.a. die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung der sitzflächenzugewandten mit der rückseitigen Fläche über die zwei Seitenteile.
  • Auch bei Wind und im Außenbereich ist damit aufgedruckte Werbung jederzeit gut erkennbar.
  • Ebenfalls von Vorteil ist, dass die Husse, wenn über Banklehnen gestülpt, einen Schutz für die Banklehne bietet.
  • Vorteilhaft ist auch, dass durch die über eine Banklehne gestülpte erfindungsgemäße Husse das Anlehnen an die Lehne bequemer ist.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung schließt die Unterkante der rückseitigen Fläche im Wesentlichen mit der Unterkante der Sitzleiste der Sitzbank ab.
  • Bevorzugt schließt die Husse vorn, d.h. die sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche, mit der Sitzfläche (Oberkante Sitzleiste) ab.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind die sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche und die rückseitige Fläche zusammenhängend und bilden ein umlaufendes Teil. Folglich bilden dann sowohl die beiden Flächen als auch die Oberseite ein zusammenhängendes Teil aus dem gleichen Material. Vorteilhaft sind die Produktionskosten in dieser Ausführungsform besonders gering.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform stellt jede der beiden Flächen (sitzflächenzugewandte und rückseitige) ein separates Teil der Husse dar, welche über ein Teil an der Oberseite miteinander verbunden sind. Beide Flächen (sitzflächenzugewandte und rückseitige) und das Teil an der Oberseite können aus dem gleichen Material sein. Bevorzugt ist nur die rückseitige Fläche und das Teil an der Oberseite aus dem gleichen Material; die sitzflächenzugewandte Seite ist hierbei aus einem dickeren Material, dass ein komfortables Anlehnen ermöglicht, wie beispielsweise Baumwolle oder Frottee.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die Verbindung zwischen dem Teil an der Oberseite und den beiden Flächen ausgewählt aus lösbaren Verbindungen und nicht lösbaren Verbindungen. Lösbare Verbindungen sind beispielsweise Klettverschluss oder Druckknöpfe. Nicht lösbare Verbindungen sind beispielsweise Einnähen/Vernähung oder Einkleben/Verklebung. Bevorzugt ist die Verbindung eine nicht lösbare, besonders bevorzugt ist das Teil an der Oberseite zwischen sitzflächenzugewandter und rückseitiger Fläche eingeklebt bzw. verklebt.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die Breite der Husse, d.h. auch die Breite der sitzflächenzugewandten und der rückseitigen Flächen, ausgewählt aus 120, 145, 150 und 200 cm, was die Husse für gängige Sportplatzbänke anwendbar macht. Besonders bevorzugt ist sie 150 cm oder 200 cm.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung sind bei derartigen Abmessungen Zusätze für Saum nicht enthalten, sondern die sichtbaren Abmessungen gemeint.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung hat die sitzflächenzugewandte Seite eine Länge, d.h. eine Ausdehnung von oben nach unten zur Unterkante, von 36cm und die rückseitige Fläche eine Länge von 40cm. Vorteilhaft hängen, wenn übergestülpt über die Banklehen gängiger Sitzbänke aus dem Sportbereich, beide erfindungsgemäßen Flächen frei und stoßen nicht auf und werfen folglich keine Falten, so dass aufgedruckte Werbung gut zu erkennen ist. Sie schließen an der sitzflächenzugewandten Seite mit der Oberkante der Sitzleiste ab. An der Rückseite der Lehne schließt die erfindungsgemäße rückseitige Fläche mit der Unterkante der Sitzleiste der Bank ab. Auch dort hängt die Fläche frei und wirft keine Falten.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung, in der die beiden erfindungsgemäßen Flächen zusammenhängend ein umlaufendes Teil bilden, ist die tatsächliche Länge bevorzugt 80 cm mit einer darin inbegriffenen kurze Breite der Oberseite von 4 cm (entspricht Dicke der Lehne).
  • Bevorzugt ist die kurze Breite der Oberseite so groß, dass sie der Standardabmessung der gängigen Banklehnen entspricht, insbesondere um 4 cm, d.h. die Lehne der Sitzbank, für die die Husse vorgesehen ist, passt in die Husse. Die Husse ist damit anwendbar für gängige Sitzbänke mit entsprechender Lehnendicke.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die rückseitige Fläche etwa 1,1 mal so lang wie die sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die Länge der rückseitigen Fläche 4 cm länger als die Länge der sitzflächenzugewandten Fläche, so dass vorteilhaft die komplette Sitzleiste einer Bank von der Hinterseite gesehen bedeckt ist (wenn die Lehne der gängigen Bank mit der erfindungsgemäßen Husse überstülpt ist. Gängige Bänke haben eine Dicke der Sitzleiste von ca. 4 cm.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung besteht die sitzflächenzugewandte und/oder die rückseitige Fläche aus einem Material, ausgewählt aus Baumwolle, Kunststoff und Mischungen daraus.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind alle Teile der Husse aus Kunststoff, besonders bevorzugt aus PVC.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind rückseitige Fläche und Oberseite aus Kunststoff, bevorzugt PVC, aber sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche ist aus einem weichen Material wie beispielsweise Baumwolle oder Frottee, was den Komfort beim Anlehnen erhöht.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind die Seitenteile aus einem elastischen Material ausgebildet.
  • Bevorzugt umfasst das elastische Material, aus dem die Seitenteile bestehen, Gummi, besonders bevorzugt ist es aus Gummi.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind die beiden Seitenteile gleichgroß.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind die Unterkanten von sitzflächenzugewandter und rückseitiger Fläche randverstärkt.
  • Vorteilhaft hängt die Husse an diesen Flächen aufgrund des zusätzlichen Gewichts und der Verstärkung der Unterkanten besonders glatt und faltenfrei. Zusätzlich sind diese Flächen weniger anfällig für Flattern im Wind.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die Verbindung der sitzflächenzugewandten mit der rückseitigen Fläche über zwei Seitenteile ausgewählt aus lösbaren Verbindungen und nicht lösbaren Verbindungen.
    Lösbare Verbindungen sind beispielsweise Klettverschluss oder Druckknöpfe. Nicht lösbare Verbindungen sind beispielsweise Einnähen/Vernähung oder Einkleben/Verklebung. Besonders bevorzugt ist die Verbindung in dieser Ausführungsform eine nicht lösbare, besonders bevorzugt ist das Seitenteil zwischen sitzflächenzugewandter und rückseitiger Fläche eingeklebt bzw. verklebt.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung liegt das Verhältnis der Länge eines Seitenteils zur Länge der Seitenkante von sitzflächenzugewandter Fläche bei 1:3 bis 1:1,4, besonders bevorzugt liegt es bei 1:3 bis 1:2, insbesondere bei 1:2,4.
  • In Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ist die Husse dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile zu einem überwiegenden Teil an den oberen Hälften der Seitenkanten der sitzflächenzugewandten Fläche liegen.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet das, dass mehr als die Hälfte jedes Seitenteils an (bzw. innerhalb) dieser oberen Hälfte liegt. Beide Seitenteile sind in der gleichen Höhe angebracht. Es ist damit auch umfasst, dass am oberen Ende dieser Seitenkante, d.h. an der Oberseite, ein Spalt entsteht, wie in Fig. 1 skizzenhaft zu erkennen. In diesem Fall besteht folglich zwischen Oberseite und Seitenteil keine Verbindung.
  • Bevorzugt liegt das Seitenteil vollständig innerhalb der oberen Hälfte dieser Seitenkante.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Husse zum Überziehen oder Überstülpen über die Lehne einer Sitzbank.
  • Zur Realisierung der Erfindung ist es auch zweckmäßig, die vorbeschriebenen Ausführungsformen und Merkmale der Ansprüche zu kombinieren.
  • Nachfolgend soll die Erfindung anhand einiger Ausführungsbeispiele und zugehöriger Figuren eingehender erläutert werden. Die Ausführungsbeispiele sollen dabei die Erfindung beschreiben ohne diese zu beschränken.
  • Es zeigen die
    • Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Husse in einer Ansicht von seitlich vorn, die
    • Fig. 2 eine Ausgestaltung einer erfindungsgemäßen Husse in einer beispielhaften Ausführungsform, und in
    • Figur 3 die Seitenansicht eine Ausgestaltung einer erfindungsgemäßen Husse in einer beispielhaften Ausführungsform.
    Ausführungsbeispiele Ausführungsbeispiel A (Breite 150 cm):
  • Die Hussen in Ausführungsbeispiel A und B sind in den Figuren 2 (Vorderansicht) und 3 (Seitenansicht) dargestellt. Ausführungsform A hat eine Breite von 150 cm (d.h. Breite der beiden Flächen, sitzflächenzugewandter bzw. rückseitiger, und ist damit passend für gängige Sportbänke in der kleinen Ausführung.
  • Die sitzflächenzugewandte Fläche 1 hat eine Länge, d.h. eine Ausdehnung von oben nach unten zur Unterkante 6, von 36 cm. Die der rückseitigen Fläche 2 beträgt 40 cm. Beide Flächen sind umlaufend und bestehen aus einem Teil, welches dann neben der oben genannten Breite eine tatsächliche Länge von 40 cm + 36 cm + 4 cm hat (4 cm ist dabei die kurze Breite der Oberseite 4).
  • Beide Flächen 1 und 2 sind über ein Seitenteil 3 an der linken Seite der Flächen und über ein zweites Seitenteil 3 an der rechten Seite der Flächen miteinander verbunden. Diesbezüglich sind die Seitenteile nicht lösbar und eingeklebt. Die Seitenteile haben eine Länge von 15 cm und eine Breite von 4 cm (zzgl. 2 x ca. 2 cm Zugabe zum Einkleben).
  • Das Verhältnis der Länge des Seitenteils 3 zur Länge der Seitenkante 7 von sitzflächenzugewandter Seite 1 beträgt 1:2,4. An der Kante zwischen Oberseite 4 und den beiden Seitenteilen 3 verbleibt ein kleiner Spalt, so dass dort keine Klebeverbindung vorliegt. Die Seitenteile 3 liegen vollständig in bzw. an der oberen Hälfte 8 der Seitenkante 7 der sitzflächenzugewandten Fläche 1.
    • Ausführungsbeispiel B (Breite 200 cm):
  • Ausführungsform B ist analog der Husse in Ausführungsbeispiel A aufgebaut, unterscheidet sich aber in der Breite von 200 cm. Sie ist damit ebenfalls passend für gängige Sportbänke der größeren Ausführung.
    • Ausführungsbeispiel C (Breite 120 cm):
  • Ausführungsform C ist analog der Husse in Ausführungsbeispiel A aufgebaut, unterscheidet sich aber in der Breite von 120 cm. Sie ist damit ebenfalls passend für gängige Sportbänke der kleineren Ausführung.
    • Ausführungsbeispiel D (Breite 145 cm):
  • Ausführungsform D ist analog der Husse in Ausführungsbeispiel A aufgebaut, unterscheidet sich aber in der Breite von 145 cm. Sie ist damit ebenfalls passend für gängige Sportbänke der kleineren Ausführung.

Claims (8)

  1. Husse für Banklehnen, wobei die Husse ausgebildet ist, um über die Lehne einer Sitzbank übergezogen zu werden, wobei
    - die Husse eine sitzflächenzugewandte (1) und eine längere rückseitige Fläche (2) aufweist,
    - die sitzflächenzugewandte (1) und die rückseitige Fläche (2) links und rechts über zwei Seitenteile (3) miteinander verbunden sind,
    - die Husse ein im Wesentlichen flächiges Schnittmuster aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - das Verhältnis der Länge eines Seitenteils (3) zur Länge der Seitenkante (7) von sitzflächenzugewandter Fläche zwischen 1:6 bis 1:1,2 liegt.
  2. Husse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verwendungszustand
    - die Unterkante (5) der rückseitigen Fläche im Wesentlichen mit der Unterkante der Sitzleiste der Sitzbank abschließt.
  3. Husse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die sitzflächenzugewandte (1) und/oder die rückseitige Fläche (2) aus einem Material, ausgewählt aus Baumwolle, Kunststoff und Mischungen daraus, bestehen.
  4. Husse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Seitenteile (3) aus einem elastischen Material ausgebildet sind.
  5. Husse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Unterkanten von sitzflächenzugewandter und rückseitiger Fläche (6, 5) randverstärkt sind.
  6. Husse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Verbindung der sitzflächenzugewandten (1) mit der rückseitigen Fläche (2) über zwei Seitenteile (3) ausgewählt ist aus lösbaren Verbindungen und nicht lösbaren Verbindungen.
  7. Husse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Seitenteile (3) zu einem überwiegenden Teil an den oberen Hälften (8) der Seitenkanten der sitzflächenzugewandten Fläche liegen.
  8. Verwendung einer Husse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zum Überziehen oder Überstülpen über die Lehne einer Sitzbank.
