Claims (11)

  1. Came de platines destinée à des métiers à tricoter circulaires, en particulier à des machines à simple jersey, comportant au moins un élément de came (3) disposé sur un porte-came (1) et permettant de commander les mouvements d'expulsion et de rétraction des platines (105), l'élément de came (3) étant réglable, par rapport au porte-came (1), dans les directions de déplacement des platines (105),
    l'élément de came (3) étant disposé directement sur le porte-came (1) et étant caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de réglage (4) intégré dans l'élément de came (3) est prévu, au moyen duquel l'élément de came (3) est réglable par rapport au porte-came (1).
  2. Came de platines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de came (3) repose sur le porte-came (1) sous tension de ressort et peut être réglé par l'élément de réglage (4) par rapport au porte-came (1) en surmontant le frottement entre la surface supérieure de porte-came et la surface inférieure d'élément de came.
  3. Came de platines selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de came (3) est fixé au porte-came (1) avec un ressort à disques (7) au moyen d'au moins une vis (6), la vis (6) étant guidée dans l'élément de came (3), à travers un trou allongé ou un trou (8) de diamètre plus grand que l'arbre de vis.
  4. Came de platines selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la vis (6) est vissée dans le porte-came (1) de façon inclinée dans le sens de la trajectoire de réglage de l'élément de came (3).
  5. Came de platines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (4) présente une tête de réglage rotative (4.1) qui est reliée à une goupille (4.4), laquelle est insérée dans une rainure en spirale (4.5) dans l'élément de réglage (4) ou dans le porte-came (1).
  6. Came de platines selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (4) est disposé dans une face frontale de l'élément de came (3), l'élément de came étant coulissant par rapport au porte-came au moyen d'une roue dentée, d'une crémaillère ou d'un engrenage à vis sans fin.
  7. Came de platines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des guides (9) sont prévus pour empêcher l'élément de came (3) de se déplacer perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement longitudinale des platines (105).
  8. Came de platines selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les guides (9) sont formés par des goupilles cylindriques (9.1) ou des ressorts d'ajustage venant en prise dans des rainures longitudinales (9.2).
  9. Came de platines selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le porte-came (1) est en forme d'anneau ou de segment annulaire et l'au moins un élément de came (3) est réglable dans la direction radiale du porte-came (1).
  10. Métier à tricoter circulaire comportant une came de platines selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
  11. Métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un nombre de mailles par pouce d'au moins 28 aiguilles/pouce (2,54 cm).
