Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Platinenschloss 100 nach dem Stand der Technik weist einen ringförmigen Schlossträger 101 auf, auf dessen Oberseite eine Vielzahl von Platinenschlosssegmenten 102 angeordnet sind, von denen in Fig. 1 drei beispielhaft dargestellt sind. Die Platinenschlosssegmente 102 sind fest mit dem Schlossträger 101 verschraubt. Auf ihrer Unterseite sind jeweils Platinenschlossteile 103 mit Steuerkurven für Platinen 105 angeordnet, wobei die Platinenschlossteile 103 zur Feineinstellung in radialer Richtung bezüglich des Schlossträgers 101 verschiebbar an den Schlosssegmenten 102 angeordnet sind. Zur Verstellung der Platinenschlossteile 103 sind in den Schlosssegmenten jeweils Verstellteile 104 vorgesehen, die auf der Oberseite der Schlosssegmente 102 zugänglich sind. Da die Schlosssegmente eine relativ große Bauhöhe aufweisen, ist die Sicht auf die Platinen 105 und die Zylindernadeln stark eingeschränkt. Bei diesem Schloss 10 wurde auf Schlosssegmente verzichtet und stattdessen die Platinenschlossteile 3 direkt auf dem ringförmigen Schlossträger 1 montiert. Die Platinenschlossteile 3 werden dabei jeweils von einer Schraube 6 mit einer Tellerfeder 7 gegen die Oberseite des Schlossträgers 1 gedrückt. Die Schraube 6 ist dabei durch ein aus Fig. 3 ersichtliches Langloch oder Loch 8 mit einem größeren Durchmesser als der Schraubenschaft durch das Schlossteil 3 hindurchgeführt, sodass das Schlossteil 3 unter Überwindung der Reibkraft zwischen Schlossteil 3 und Schlossträger 1 in radialer Richtung des Schlossträgers 1 verschoben werden kann. Um diese radiale Verstellung zu ermöglichen, ist im Platinenschlossteil 3 ein Verstellteil 4 vorgesehen. Claims (11)

  1. Sinker lock for circular knitting machines, in particular for single jersey machines, comprising at least one lock part (3) arranged on a lock carrier (1) for controlling the drive-out and pull-back movements of sinkers (105), the lock part (3) being movable relative to the lock carrier (1) in directions of movement of the sinkers (105), the lock part (3) being arranged directly on the lock carrier (1), characterized in that a movement part (4) is provided which is integrated in the lock part (3) and by means of which the lock part (3) can be moved relative to the lock carrier (1).
  2. Sinker lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock part (3) rests against the lock carrier (1) under spring tension and can be moved relative to the lock carrier (1) by means of the movement part (4) by overcoming the friction between the lock carrier surface and the bottom of the lock part.
  3. Sinker lock according to claim 2, characterized in that the lock part (3) is fastened to the lock carrier (1) by means of at least one screw (6) comprising a conical spring washer (7), the screw (6) being guided in the lock part (3) through a slot or a hole (8) having a larger diameter than the screw shaft.
  4. Sinker lock according to claim 3, characterized in that the screw (6) is screwed into the lock carrier (1) such that it is inclined in the direction of the movement path of the lock part (3).
  5. Sinker lock according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movement part (4) has a rotatable movement head (4.1) which is connected to a pin (4.4) which engages in a helical groove (4.5) in the movement part (4) or in the lock carrier (1).
  6. Sinker lock according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the movement part (4) is arranged in an end face of the lock part (3), the lock part being movable relative to the lock carrier by means of a pinion, a rack or a worm gear.
  7. Sinker lock according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that guides (9) are provided which prevent the lock part (3) from moving perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of movement of the sinkers (105).
  8. Sinker lock according to claim 7, characterized in that the guides (9) are formed by cylindrical pins (9.1) or feather keys which engage in longitudinal grooves (9.2).
  9. Sinker lock according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lock carrier (1) is ring-shaped or ring-segment-shaped and the at least one lock part (3) is movable in the radial direction of the lock carrier (1).
  10. Circular knitting machine comprising a sinker lock according to any of claims 1 to 9.
  11. Circular knitting machine according to claim 10, characterized in that it has a gauge of at least 28 needles/inch (2.54 cm).
