Claims (15)

  1. Cam (22) for a knitting machine (1)

    characterised in that the knitting machine (1) has an adjusting means (41, 52) for adjusting at least one section of the slider guide path (20) relative to the needle guide path (21) in the drive direction (32, 10).
  8. Knitting machine according to claim 7, characterised in that the section of the guide path (20) is formed by a cam (22) according to claim 1.
  9. Knitting machine according to claim 8, characterised in that the cam assembly (4, 9) comprises multiple cams (22, 27 or 23, 28), which are adjustable relative to one another in the drive direction (32, 10).
  10. Knitting machine according to claim 7, characterised in that the needle bed (3) is driven to rotate around a rotational axis (2).
  11. Knitting machine according to claim 10, characterised in that the cam assembly (4,) comprises a needle cam (31) and a slider cam (26).
  12. Knitting machine according to claim 11, characterised in that the slider cam (26) is adjustably held against the needle cam (31) in or contrary to the direction of rotation (32).
  13. Knitting machine according to claim 11, characterised in that the slider cam (26) is composed of a number of cams (22, 23, 24, 25) arranged next to one another in a row and adjustably spaced from one another.
  14. Knitting machine according to claim 9, characterised in that the slider cam (26) is composed of a number of cams (22, 23, 24, 25) arranged in a row and the spacing of said cams from one another is adjustable.
  15. Knitting machine according to claim 7, characterised in that the needle bed (3, 8) is fixedly arranged.
