Claims (15)

  1. Eine mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) umfassend
    Paneele (100, 200), die viereckförmig in Seitenansicht und aneinander an den Enden angrenzend sind und mit Betten (120, 220) an der Oberseite und mit unteren flachen Balken oder Profilen (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) an der unteren Seite versehen sind und direkt oder indirekt in Kontakt kommen,
    mindestens ein Verbindungselement (300), das an der Oberseite einsetzbar ist und an der Unterseite eine Form hat, die einer Form der Plattenbetten (120, 220) entspricht und in oberen Teilen der Paneele (100, 200) angeordnet ist, Verbindungsmittel mit dem Verbindungselement (300), um die angrenzenden Paneele an der Oberseite (100, 200) zu verbinden,
    mindestens ein Bodenstreifen (400), der der Oberseite der Flachstäbe oder Profilen (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) in der Form entspricht, die von der Oberseite zwischen den Armen des Bodenstreifens (400) einführbar sind, wobei der Bodenstreifen (400) an den Enden am Boden der Paneele (100, 200) angeordnet ist und eine Grundlage der mobilen Sicherheitsbarriere (101) bildet und die Paneele (100, 200) in Bereichen ihrer unteren Enden stützt,
    und untere Verbindungselemente, um miteinander die angrenzenden Paneele (100, 200) und den Bodenstreifen (400) an der Unterseite zu verbinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jeder Bodenstreifen (400), der die Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) verbindet und die Grundlage der mobilen Sicherheitsbarriere (101) bildet und die Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) in den Bereichen ihrer unteren Enden trägt, ein von oben geöffnetes konkaves Streifenprofil (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) mit aufwärts gerichteten Armen und dauerhaft befestigten Verbindungselementen (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) an dem Streifenprofil (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420), die durch Löcher der unteren Flachstäbe oder der Profile (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) der Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) durchlaufen, umfasst,
    und mobile Verbindungselemente (170, 270, 1170, 2170, 3170, 4170), die zusammen mit den dauerhaften Verbindungselementen (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) die unteren Verbindungselemente bilden, um die angrenzenden Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) an der Unterseite zu verbinden, wobei das Streifenprofil (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) untrennbar an einem flachen Balken (410, 1410, 2410, 3410, 4410) an der Unterseite befestigt ist und mit den Armen die unteren Flachstäbe oder Profile (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) mit den Löchern in den Bereichen der Enden der verbundenen Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) umgibt, die ähnlich der dauerhaften Verbindungselemente (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) angeordnet sind und wobei das Verbindungselement (300, 1300, 2300, 3300), das die angrenzenden Paneele (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) über die Verbindungsmittel von oben verbindet, Löcher (320, 1320, 2320, 3320) im Verbindungselement (300, 1300, 2300) 3300) und Schrauben (130, 230, 1130, 2130, 3130) sind, die mit Muttern (370, 1370, 2370, 3370) dauerhaft an den Betten (120, 220) befestigt sind, eine flache Stange oder ein Profil (300, 1300, 2300, 3300) ist, dessen Löcher wie die an den Betten (120, 220) befestigten Schrauben angeordnet sind und die in den konkaven Betten (120, 220, 1120, 2120, 3120) positioniert sind, die nach oben geöffnet sind und deren Arme nach oben gerichtet und in den Bereichen der Enden der angrenzenden Platten (100, 200, 1100, 2100, 3100) in ihren oberen Teilen gebildet sind.
  2. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher der unteren Flachstäbe (2190) oder der Profile (190, 290, 1190, 3190, 4190) der Paneele (100, 200) an den oberen Seiten interne Zentrierflächen haben, wobei die mobilen Verbindungselemente (170, 270, 1170, 2170, 3170, 4170), die an den dauerhaften Verbindungselementen (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) angezogen sind und an dem Streifenprofil (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) befestigt sind, an den unteren Seiten äußere Zentrierflächen haben, die mit den internen Zentrierflächen in Kontakt kommen, um die angrenzenden Paneele präzise und passend zueinander zu positionieren, während ein Durchmesser der inneren Zentrierflächen nach oben zunimmt, nimmt ein Durchmesser der äußeren Zentrierflächen nach unten ab.
  3. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (320) des Verbindungselements (300, 1300, 2300, 3300) an der Oberseite innere Zentrierflächen haben, wobei die an den Schrauben (130, 230, 1130, 2130, 3130) aufgedrehten Muttern (370, 1370, 2370, 3370), die an den Betten dauerhaft fixiert sind, an der Unterseite äußere Zentrierflächen haben, die mit den inneren Zentrierflächen in Kontakt kommen, um die angrenzenden Paneele präzise und passend zueinander zu positionieren, während ein Durchmesser der inneren Zentrierflächen nach oben zunimmt, nimmt ein Durchmesser der äußeren Zentrierflächen nach unten ab.
  4. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streifenprofil (420) des Bodenstreifens (400) mit aufwärts gerichteten Armen ein Kanalabschnitt oder ein C-Kanal-Balken ist.
  5. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konkave und von oben geöffnete Streifenprofil (1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) des Bodenstreifens ein Profil mit nach oben ausgerichteten Armen ist, das einen Querschnitt in der Form eines ausgewählten Fragmentes eines rechteckigen Trapezes, eines Kreises, oder einer Ellipse hat.
  6. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement mit den Löchern, die für die dauerhaften Verbindungselemente der Betten vorgesehen sind, ein Profil (300) mit einem Querschnitt in der Form eines Rechtecks ist, welches in den konkaven Betten (120, 220) mittels der Schrauben angeordnet ist und permanent an den Betten (120, 220) fixiert ist.
  7. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement mit den Löchern, die für die dauerhaften Verbindungselemente der Betten vorgesehen sind, und der Flachstab (2300) oder das Profil (1300, 3300) mit einem Querschnitt in Form eines Trapezoids oder eines Kreises ist.
  8. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konkave Bett ein U-Träger (120, 220) ist, der an der Oberseite am Ende der Paneele (100, 200) angeordnet ist.
  9. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konkave Bett ein Profil (1120, 2120, 3120) ist, das einen Querschnitt hat, welcher eine Form hat, die von einem Fragment des Rechtecks, des Trapezes, des Kreises oder der Ellipse ausgewählt und an der Oberseite am Ende der Paneele (100, 200) angeordnet ist.
  10. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Paneel (100, 200) in seinem Querschnitt den Umriss einer rechteckigen Form aufweist, und dass jedes Paneel (100, 200) ein oberes Profil (140, 240) mit den die konkaven Betten (120, 220) für die Verbindungselemente gebildeten Seitenprofilen (110, 210), mindestens ein mittleres Profil (150, 250) und ein Bodenprofil (160, 260) mit den aus den Flachstäben oder den geschlossenen Profilen (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) gebildeten Seitenprofile (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) hat und in den konkaven und von oben geöffneten Profile (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) mit aufwärts gerichteten Armen mit den festen Verbindungselementen (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) befestigt ist.
  11. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein mittleres Profil (150, 250), die Seitenprofile (110, 210), die die konkaven Betten (120, 220) bilden und die aus den geschlossenen Profilen gebildeten Seitenprofile (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) der Paneele (100, 200) an den Enden mittels vertikaler Seitenprofile (155, 255) miteinander verbunden sind.
  12. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Paneele (100, 200) zentrale Verstärkungsförderungen (154, 254) enthalten, die zwischen den vertikalen Seitenprofilen (155, 255) angeordnet sind und mindestens an unteren Profilen (160) und oberen Profilen (140) befestigt sind.
  13. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Profil aus den Abschnitten (151) in einer Form des Großbuchstabens "Σ" oder der Abschnitte (3151, 3152) in einer Form von Kanalabschnitten mit den gebogenen Enden der Arme gebildet ist.
  14. Die mobile Sicherheitsbarriere (101) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Stellen, an denen die Achse der Straßenbarriere (101) bricht, in der die Symmetrieachse (208) der Platte (200, 1200, 2200, 3200, 4200, 5200), die mit der Platte verbunden wird (100, 1100, 2100, 3100, 4100, 5100), um einen Winkel von (2α), der von der geraden Linie abgelenkt ist, auf der Symmetrieachse der Platte positioniert ist, sind die Paneele (100, 200; 1100, 1200; 2100, 2200 3100, 3200; 4100, 4200; 5100, 5200) an der Oberseite mit dem Verbindungselement (300) mit den Armen verbunden, zwischen denen ein oberer Spitzenwinkel von (180° - 2α) ist, wobei am Boden die Paneele (100, 200; 1100, 1200; 2100, 2200; 3100, 3200; 4100, 4200; 5100, 5200) mittels der untere Streifen (400) mit den Armen verbunden sind, zwischen dem ein unterer vertikaler Winkel von (180° - 2β) ist, und wobei der obere Spitzenwinkel von (180° - 2α) gleich dem unteren Spitzenwinkel ist, der von (180° - 2β) ist, und angrenzende Wände der vertikalen Seitenprofile (5155, 52555) im Querschnitt mit einem Winkel von β von der geraden Linie senkrecht zur Symmetrieachse (108, 208) abgelenkt sind.
  15. Ein Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen der mobilen Sicherheitsbarriere (101), die Paneele (100, 200) hat, die mit dem Verbindungselement mit den Verbindungsmitteln an den Enden nebeneinander positioniert und miteinander verbunden sind und an der Unterseite mittels des unteren Streifens verbunden sind, der eine Grundlage der mobilen Sicherheitsbarriere (101) bildet und die Paneele (100, 200) in den Bereichen ihrer unteren Enden stützt, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an den Stellen, an denen die Paneele (100, 200) verbunden sind, die Bodenstreifen eingestellt werden, die die Grundlagen der mobilen Sicherheitsbarriere (101) bilden und die Paneele (100, 200) in den Bereichen ihrer unteren Enden tragen,
    wobei jeder Bodenstreifen ein konkaves und offenes an der Oberseite mit den aufwärts gerichteten Armen und mit den dauerhaften Verbindungselementen (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) Streifenprofil (420, 1420, 2420, 3420, 4420) ist und das an der Unterseite auf untrennbare Weise an der Flachstange (410, 1410, 2410, 3410, 4410) fixiert ist und durch seine Arme die geschlossenen Profile (190, 290, 1190, 2190, 3190, 4190) der Paneele (100, 200) in den Bereichen der Enden der verbundenen Platten (100, 200) umgibt, wenn sie mit ihren Löchern auf die dauerhaften Verbindungselemente (430, 1430, 2430, 3430, 4430) darauf eingesetzt wurden, und danach in den konkaven Betten (120, 220, 1120, 2120, 3120), die an der Oberseite geöffnet und mit den Armen nach oben ausgerichtet und in den Bereichen der Enden der angrenzenden Paneele (100, 200) in ihren oberen Teilen gebildet sind, ein Verbindungselement eingesetzt wird, welches das Profil (300, 1300, 2300, 3300) ist und angrenzende Paneele (100, 200) von oben miteinander verbindet.
