Claims (15)

  1. Machine d'impression (1) pour la fabrication de produits imprimés, comprenant
    au moins un palier de logement (5) pour le logement d'une partie de guidage de couleur (2), plus particulièrement un bac à couleurs et/ou une chambre à racle,
    une plate-forme de travail (20) et
    un dispositif de levage (10) pour le levage de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) pour le palier de logement (5) avec
    une unité de levage (40) pour la prise en charge de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) et une portion de fixation (50), qui est fixée à un élément porteur (9),
    dans laquelle l'unité de levage (40) est logée de manière mobile par rapport à la portion de fixation (50), au moins entre une position d'alimentation (Z) pour la prise en charge de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) par l'unité de levage (40) et une position de retrait (E), surélevée par rapport à la position d'alimentation (Z), dans laquelle la partie de guidage de couleur (2) peut être retirée de l'unité de levage (40) au-dessus d'une hauteur (H) de la plate-forme de travail (20),
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins une assistance de levage (46) est prévue, grâce à laquelle une force peut être appliquée pour assister un déplacement manuel de l'unité de levage (40) de la position d'alimentation (Z) vers la position de retrait (E).
  2. Machine d'impression (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de levage (40) comprend au moins un élément de dépôt (41) sur lequel la partie de guidage de couleur (2) peut être déposée, de préférence en ce que l'unité de levage (40) comprend au moins deux éléments de dépôt (41) qui constituent une paire de dépôt (42), de façon à ce qu'une extrémité (2.1) de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) puisse être posée sur les éléments de dépôts (41) et/ou à ce que l'unité de levage (40) comprend plusieurs éléments de dépôt (41), plus particulièrement plusieurs paires de dépôt (42), qui sont superposées.
  3. Machine d'impression (1) selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins un élément de dépôt (41) comprend une cavité (41.1), dans laquelle la partie de guidage de couleur (2) peut être logée et/ou en ce qu'une surface de dépôt (41.2) de l'élément de dépôt (41) comprend une matière plastique et/ou un élastomère.
  4. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins un élément de dépôt (41) est conçu de façon à ce que la partie de guidage de couleur (2) puisse être déposée dans maximum deux orientations sur l'élément de dépôt (41).
  5. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de levage (40) se trouve, dans la position d'alimentation (Z), dans une zone de travail (11) et, dans la position de retrait (E), à l'extérieur de la zone de travail (11) et/ou en ce que l'unité de levage (40) est logée de manière suspendue à l'élément porteur (9) par l'intermédiaire de la portion de fixation (50).
  6. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de levage (40) est logée de manière mobile sur la portion de fixation (50) à l'aide d'un moyen de guidage (52), plus particulièrement dans lequel le moyen de guidage (52) comprend un élément de rail (53), de préférence une paire de rails (53, 53).
  7. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un mécanisme de levage (54) et/ou un moyen d'entraînement (43) est prévu, grâce auquel l'unité de levage (40) peut être amenée au moins de la position d'alimentation (Z) vers la position de retrait (E), plus particulièrement dans lequel le moyen d'entraînement (43) peut être contrôlé par au moins un élément de commande (44).
  8. Machine d'impression (1) selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le moyen d'entraînement (43) est en liaison de communication avec une unité de commande (51), qui est conçue de façon à ce que le moyen d'entraînement (43) puisse être activé uniquement dans une condition de sécurité, plus particulièrement dans lequel la condition de sécurité comprend une interrogation si un utilisateur se tient dans une zone de commande (44.1).
  9. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    grâce à l'assistance de levage (46), une force peut être appliquée pour assister un déplacement automatique de l'unité de levage (40) de la position d'alimentation (Z) vers la position de retrait (E), plus particulièrement,
    grâce à l'assistance de levage (46), un déplacement de l'unité de levage (40) de la position de retrait (E) vers la position d'alimentation (Z) peut être amorti et/ou
    l'unité de levage (40) comprend un collecteur (45) pour la collecte des pièces qui tombent.
  10. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un élément de sécurisation (47) est prévu, grâce auquel une chute de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) hors de l'unité de levage (40) peut être empêchée, plus particulièrement dans lequel l'élément de sécurisation (47) est disposé de façon à ce que l'élément de sécurisation (47) bloque l'élément de dépôt (41) au moins sur un côté lorsque l'unité de levage (40) se trouve dans la position de retrait (E) et/ou
    l'unité de levage (40) se trouve, dans la position de retrait (E), à une distance (B) supérieure à 1500mm, de préférence supérieure à 2000mm, plus particulièrement de préférence supérieure à 2500 mm, d'une partie de fond (1.1).
  11. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un moyen d'entraînement (43) pour le déplacement de l'unité de levage (40) est en liaison de communication avec une unité de commande centrale (60), qui est conçue de façon à ce que le moyen d'entraînement (43) puisse être activé uniquement dans une condition de sécurité, plus particulièrement dans lequel la condition de sécurité comprend une question si un opérateur (3) se trouve dans une zone de commande (44.1).
  12. Machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la plate-forme de travail (20) est disposée, au moins à certains endroits, entre une partie de production (4) de la machine d'impression (1) et le dispositif de levage (10), dans laquelle le dispositif de levage (10) est accessible d'un premier côté (20.1) de la plate-forme de travail (20) et le palier de logement (5) est accessible d'un deuxième côté (20.2) de la plate-forme de travail (20), dans lequel la plate-forme de travail (20) est conçue de façon à être mobile ou fixe.
  13. Machine d'impression (1) selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    sur un premier côté (20.1) de la plate-forme de travail (20), est disposée une protection anti-chute (21), qui comprend une ouverture de passage (21.1) à travers laquelle la partie de guidage de couleur (2) peut être retirée du dispositif de levage (10).
  14. Procédé d'équipement (100) pour l'équipement d'une machine d'impression (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec une partie de guidage de couleur (2), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - chargement (101) d'une unité de levage (40) d'un dispositif de levage (10) avec la partie de guidage de couleur (2),
    - déplacement (102) de l'unité de levage (40) de la position d'alimentation (Z) vers une position de retrait (E) surélevée par rapport à la position d'alimentation (Z),
    - accès (103) à une plate-forme de travail (20) par un opérateur (3) pour le retrait de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) de l'unité de levage (40),
    - retrait (104) de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) pour le montage de la partie de guidage de couleur (2) dans la machine d'impression (1).
  15. Procédé d'équipement (100) selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de levage (40) est sécurisée, au moins à certains endroits, contre une chute de la partie de guidage de couleur (2), lorsqu'elle atteint la position de retrait (E).
