Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckmaschine fĆ¼r die Herstellung von Druckerzeugnissen sowie ein RĆ¼stverfahren zum RĆ¼sten einer Druckmaschine mit einem FarbfĆ¼hrungsteil, insbesondere einer Farbwanne und/oder einer Rakelkammer.The invention relates to a printing machine for the production of printed products and to a setup method for equipping a printing machine with an ink guide part, in particular an ink pan and / or a doctor blade chamber.

Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Druckmaschinen bekannt, welche dazu genutzt werden, Druckerzeugnisse herzustellen. Derartige Druckerzeugnisse kƶnnen beispielsweise Printmedien, Verpackungen oder ein anderes zu bedruckendes Flachmaterial sein. Dabei sind beispielsweise bei einer Flexodruckmaschine Ć¼blicherweise mehrere Farbwerke um einen Gegendruckzylinder herum angeordnet, sodass sich die Farbwerke in unterschiedlichen Hƶhe befinden. Aufgrund produktionstechnischer Erfordernisse kƶnnen sich die Farbwerke insbesondere in einem Ɯberkopfbereich und/oder in einer fĆ¼r einen Bediener schwer erreichbaren Hƶhe der Druckmaschine befinden. Zur Vorbereitung der Produktion der Druckerzeugnisse ist es jedoch hƤufig notwendig, einzelne FarbfĆ¼hrungsteile der Farbwerke auszutauschen. Ein derartiger Austausch kann beispielsweise auch aufgrund von VerschleiƟ eines FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils oder auf Grund eines Bildwechsels des Druckerzeugnisses notwendig sein. So kƶnnen die FarbfĆ¼hrungsteile beispielsweise eine Farbwanne und/oder eine Rakelkammer umfassen, durch welche Farbe innerhalb des Farbwerks verarbeitet wird, sodass das Druckbild des gewĆ¼nschten Druckerzeugnisses erzeugt wird. FĆ¼r Farbwerke in bestimmten Hƶhen kann es jedoch fĆ¼r den Bediener ein hohes MaƟ an Kƶrperkraft erfordern, die jeweilige Farbwanne und/oder die jeweilige Rakelkammer in die Druckmaschine zu befƶrdern, da diese hƤufig ein hohes Gewicht aufweisen und unhandlich sind. Weiterhin ist nachteilig bei bekannten Systemen, dass die Druckmaschine zum Austausch der FarbfĆ¼hrungsteile hƤufig lange gestoppt wird, wodurch die Produktionszeit fĆ¼r die Produktion der Druckerzeugnisse unterbrochen ist. Daher ist es wĆ¼nschenswert, dass zumindest das auszutauschende FarbfĆ¼hrungsteil bereits mƶglichst komfortabel einem Bediener in der NƤhe der Austauschposition zur VerfĆ¼gung steht.Printing machines which are used to produce printed products are known from the prior art. Bei dem FarbfĆ¼hrungsteil kann es sich insbesondere um eine Farbwanne und/oder eine Rakelkammer handeln. Ferner weist die Druckmaschine eine Arbeitsplattform und eine Hubvorrichtung zum Anheben des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils fĆ¼r das Aufnahmelager auf. Die Hubvorrichtung umfasst ferner eine Hubeinheit zur Aufnahme des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils und einen Befestigungsabschnitt, der an einem Tragelement der Druckmaschine befestigt ist. Das FĆ¼hrungsmittel 52 wirkt dabei mit einem GegenfĆ¼hrungsmittel 48, welches durch die Schienenelemente 53 des FĆ¼hrungsmittels 52 gefĆ¼hrt ist. Das GegenfĆ¼hrungsmittel 48 kann dazu vorzugsweise eine Schiene, Rollen oder dergleichen umfassen. Dadurch ist die Hubeinheit 40 linear entlang des FĆ¼hrungsmittels 52 verstellbar, sodass ein sicherer Halt des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils 2 in der Hubeinheit 40 zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Verstellung gesichert ist. Dadurch kann eine BeschƤdigung des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils 2 vermieden werden. Ferner umfasst der Hebemechanismus 54 eine HubunterstĆ¼tzung 46, insbesondere in Form von Gegengewichten 54.3, um eine Verstellung der Hubeinheit 40, insbesondere zwischen einer Zufuhrposition Z und einer Entnahmeposition E zu erleichtern. Vorzugsweise kann die Bewegung durch eine LƤnge der Seile 54.2 begrenzt sein. AnschlieƟend erfolgt ein Verstellen 102 der Hubeinheit 40 von einer Zufuhrposition Z in eine zur Zufuhrposition Z erhƶhte Entnahmeposition E. Die Hubeinheit 40 kann dabei manuell und vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise automatisch angehoben werden. Dadurch kann ein Entnehmen 104 des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils 2 zum Montieren des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils in der Druckmaschine deutlich erleichtert sein. Vorzugsweise vor dem Entnehmen 104 des FarbfĆ¼hrungsteils 2 erfolgt ein Betreten 103 einer Arbeitsplattform 20 durch einen Bediener 3, sodass dieser eine Position einnehmen kann, von welcher aus die Hubeinheit 40 auch in der Entnahmeposition E in einfacher Art und Weise zugƤnglich ist. AnschlieƟend kann vorzugsweise ein Verstellen 105 der Hubeinheit 40 von der Entnahmeposition E in die Zufuhrposition Z erfolgen, um die Hubeinheit 40 fĆ¼r den nƤchsten RĆ¼stvorgang in der Druckmaschine 1 bereitzustellen. Insbesondere kann die Hubvorrichtung 10 gemƤƟ einem der vorhergehenden AusfĆ¼hrungsbeispiele ausgebildet sein. Claims (15)

  1. A printing machine (1) for producing print products having at least one receiving bearing (5) for receiving an ink feeding part (2), in particular an ink trough and/or a doctor blade chamber, a work platform (20) and a lifting device (10) for lifting an ink feeding part (2) for the receiving bearing (5) with a lifting unit (40) for receiving the ink feeding part (2) and a fastening section (50), which is fastened to a support element (9),
    wherein the lifting unit (40) is movably mounted relative to the fastening section (50) at least between a feed position (Z) for receiving the ink feeding part (2) by the lifting unit (40) and a removal position (E) elevated relative to the feed position (Z), in which the ink feeding part (2) can be removed from the lifting unit (40) above a height (H) of the work platform (20),
    characterized in
    that at least one lift support (46) is provided, by means of which a force for supporting a manual adjustment of the lifting unit (40) from the feed position (Z) into the removal position (E) can be applied.
  2. The printing machine (1) according to claim 1,
    characterized in
    that the lifting unit (40) has at least one storage element (41), on which the ink feeding part (2) can be stored, preferably that the lifting unit (40) has at least two storage elements (41), which form a storage pair (42), so that in each case an end (2.1) of the ink feeding part (2) can be stored on the storge elements (41) and/or that the lifting unit (40) has a plurality of storge elements (41), in particular, a plurality of storage pairs (42), which are arranged above one another.
  3. The printing machine (1) according to claim 2,
    characterized in
    that the at least one storage element (41) has a recess (41.1), in which the ink feeding part (2) can be accommodated and/or that a storage surface (41.2) of the storage element (41) has a plastic and/or an elastomer.
  4. The printing machine (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 3,
    characterized in
    that the at least one storage element (41) is designed in such a manner that the ink feeding part (2) can be stored in at most two orientations on the storage element (41).
  5. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the lifting unit (40) is located in the feed position (Z) in a work area (11) and is located in the removal position (E) outside the work area (11) and/or that the lifting unit (40) is mounted suspended on the support element (9) over the fastening section (50).
  6. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the lifting unit (40) is mounted by means of a guide means (52) movably on the fastening section (50), in particular, wherein the guide means (52) has a rail element (53), preferably a pair of rails (53, 53).
  7. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that a lift mechanism (54) and/or a drive means (43) is provided, whereby the lifting unit (40) can be brought at least from the feed position (Z) into the removal position (E), in particular, wherein the drive means (43) can be controlled by at least one operating element (44).
  8. The printing machine (1) according to claim 7,

    that the drive means (43) is in communication connection with a control unit (51), which is designed in such a manner that the drive means (43) can only be activated under a safety condition, in particular, wherein the safety condition comprises a query as to whether an operator is in an operating area (44.1).

    that by means of the lifting support (46) a force for supporting an automatic adjustment of the lifting unit (40) from the feed position (Z) into the removal position (E) can be applied, in particular
    that by means of the lifting support (46) an adjustment of the lifting unit (40) from the removal position (E) into the feed position (Z) can be damped
    and/or
    that the lifting unit (40) has a catch protection (45) for catching falling parts.
  10. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that a safety element (47) is provided, by means of which the ink feeding part (2) can be prevented from falling out of the lifting nit (40), in particular, wherein the safety element (47) is arranged in such a manner, that the safety element (47) blocks the storage element (41) at least on one side, if the lifting unit (40) is located in the removal position (E) and/or
    that the lifting unit (40) is located in the removal position (E) at a distance (B) greater than 1500 mm, preferably greater than 2000 mm, particularly preferably greater than 2500 mm from a floor area (1.1).
  11. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    a drive means (43) for adjusting the lifting unit (40) is in communication connection to a central control unit (60), which is designed in such a manner that the drive means (43) can only be activated under a safety condition, in particular, wherein the safety condition comprises a query as to whether an operator (3) is in an operating area (44.1).
  12. The printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,

    that the work platform (20) is arranged at least in regions between a production area (4) of the printing machine (1) and the lifting device (10), wherein the lifting device (10) is accessible from a first side (20.1) of the work platform (20) and the receiving bearing (5) is accessible from a second side (20.2) of the work platform (20), wherein the work platform (20) is designed so as to be adjustable or fixed.
  13. The printing machine (1) according to claim 12,

    that on the first side (20.1) of the work platform (20) a fall protection (21) is arranged, which has a reach-through opening (21.1), through which the ink feeding part (2) of the lifting device (10) can be removed.
  14. A set-up method (100) for setting up a printing machine (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, having an ink feeding part (2) comprising the following steps:
    - loading (101) a lifting unit (40) of the lifting device (10) with the ink feeding part (2),
    - adjusting (102) the lifting unit (40) from the feed position (Z) into a removal position (E) elevated relative to the feed position (Z),
    - entering (103) a work platform (20) by an operator (3) for the removal of the ink feeding part (2) from the lifting unit (40),
    - removing (104) the ink feeding part (2) for mounting the ink feeding part (2) in the printing machine (1).
  15. The set-up method (100) according to claim 14,
    characterized in
    that upon reaching the removal position (E) the lifting unit (40) is secured at least in regions against the ink feeding part (2) falling out.
