Definitions

  • the invention relates to a printing machine for the production of printed products and to a setup method for equipping a printing machine with an ink guide part.
  • Printing machines in particular flexographic printing machines, are known from the prior art. Such printing machines often include a format cylinder, which is arranged in particular in the center of further components. Thus inking units are usually provided around the impression cylinder, which contain components that are suitable for distributing the color and for producing printed products. In particular, so-called ink trays and / or doctor blade chambers are part of these components. In the course of the production of the print products it is necessary to do this To replace components at least partially if, for example, wear occurs or the print image or the printing color are to be changed. The components to be exchanged are mostly located in an overhead area of an operator, which is difficult to access from the floor.
  • the object of the present invention to at least partially remedy the above disadvantages known from the prior art.
  • a printing machine for the production of printed products has at least one receiving bearing for receiving an ink guide part, in particular an ink pan and / or a doctor blade chamber.
  • the printing press also has a set-up station for setting up the ink guide part on the receiving store.
  • the setup station also has a work platform and a main guide means for guiding the work platform at least between a working position and a rest position. In the working position, the working platform is located in a working area and can be accessed by an operator in the working position. In the rest position, the work platform is outside the work area.
  • Printed products can preferably be understood to mean print media, packaging or other printed products.
  • the printing machine can preferably be a flexographic printing machine which has several inking units. Each of the inking units can have at least one exchangeable ink pan and / or an exchangeable doctor blade chamber.
  • the ink guide part can preferably be designed to provide ink in the printing machine, to receive ink and / or to transport ink.
  • the work area is particularly accessible by the operator when the work platform is in the rest position and inaccessible or difficult to access when the work platform is in the work position.
  • the work area can be understood to mean an area on the printing press or around the printing press in which an operator can move.
  • the work area can include an access area to the printing press, in particular at the bottom, or it can be formed by the access area.
  • the work platform can preferably be arranged in the vicinity of a door to the printing machine, so that the operator can get into the printing machine via the work platform. If the work platform is no longer required, it is brought into the rest position so that the work area is free.
  • the working platform in the rest position can have a height of 2.1 m in relation to a floor area below the working platform. This means that while the work platform is not needed, the work area can be used to carry out other activities.
  • the rest position can be designed in such a way that it is also possible to drive a lift truck in the work area.
  • the work platform forms a work surface, on which the operator can stay.
  • the work platform can have, for example, a steel structure which forms a step surface.
  • the main guide means is also provided for moving the work platform between the working position and the rest position.
  • the main guide means is preferably located outside the work area or only takes up a small amount of space in the work area, so that it does not interfere with further work or only slightly.
  • the main guide means can be integrated into a housing of the printing machine, for example in which flat linear guides are attached to the outer wall of the printing machine, so that they do not or only slightly disrupt work in the work area.
  • the linear guides can be arranged on both sides of the access area.
  • the equipping of the printing machine with the ink guide part can preferably be understood to mean an assembly of the ink guide part in the printing machine.
  • the set-up station can in particular be provided for exchanging ink guide parts of the printing machine.
  • the setup station can therefore also be referred to as a changing station and / or assembly station.
  • the printing press facilitates the replacement of an ink guide part in a simple manner, in that the work platform allows an operator secure access to a corresponding storage area in the printing press, even in an overhead area.
  • This is particularly advantageous because such paint guide parts often have a high weight and are therefore difficult to handle by the operator in any case.
  • the work platform is in the working position, the operator can use the access to the printing machine at a comfortable height.
  • the work platform does not or only temporarily blocks the work area, which can thus be used if the work platform is not required for access to the printing machine, i.e. in an elevated area. In this case it is not necessary to get onto the working platform, so that the working platform is inaccessible in the rest position in an upper area of the printing machine.
  • the work platform is in the rest position at a distance of greater than 1500 mm, preferably greater than 2000 mm, particularly preferably greater than 2500 mm, from a floor area.
  • the working position of the working platform corresponds to a step inside the printing machine.
  • the operator can get to the footboard via the work platform, in particular without having to compensate for a difference in height from the work platform to the footboard while he is carrying the paint guide part.
  • areas in an interior of the printing machine can also be comfortably reached by the operator.
  • the footboard can be located in a production area of the printing machine.
  • the working position and the rest position differ in a distance between the working platform and a floor area.
  • the work platform is in the rest position above the work area.
  • the rest position to the working position and to the work area is increased
  • the printing press can extend upwards beyond the required work area, so that an elevated resting position does not have a disruptive effect if, for example, there is already space in a production hall at the same time.
  • the printing machine can also provide a structural fastening option in terms of height, so that the main guide means can be fastened at least both in the region of the rest position and in the region of the working position, so that the work platform can each have sufficient stability.
  • the work platform does not interfere with any further work in the rest position and can therefore remain in the rest position, even if further activities are carried out, in particular outside the work area.
  • the main guide means has at least one rail element, preferably a pair of rails, on which the work platform is mounted.
  • the work platform can be mounted horizontally on the main guide means.
  • a linear adjustment of the work platform can thereby preferably be made possible.
  • the rail element represents a simple possibility of designing the main guide means, for example, in such a way that that this extends upwards without disturbing the work area.
  • the rail element can preferably be fastened to the one support element of the printing press or can be integrated into a housing of the printing press. It can thus be provided that the work platform can be arranged adjustably on an outside of the printing press.
  • the rail element can extend parallel to a wall of the printing press and / or to an outer door plane of a door of the printing press.
  • the rail element can provide a form fit with a connection area and / or an adjustment area of the work platform, so that a secure connection between the main guide means and the work platform is ensured, in particular in the work position and the rest position.
  • the pair of rails which preferably has two rail elements, can also contribute to the stability of the work platform in that the work platform can be mounted on the pair of rails, for example by means of two rollers.
  • the main guide means comprises a rod guide through which the work platform is guided, in particular in a horizontal position.
  • a fall protection is arranged on the work platform, by means of which the operator can be prevented from falling off the work platform, in particular when the work platform is in the work position.
  • the fall protection can preferably comprise a railing which has struts through the spaces between which the operator can reach in order to ensure a high degree of mobility on the work platform while the printing press is being set up with the ink guide part.
  • the fall protection can comprise a grid element, by means of which small parts can be prevented from falling off the work platform. For example, it is conceivable that small parts fall from a paint guide part during work on the work platform, which could damage or be lost if they fall from the work platform below from a great height.
  • the fall protection can also have a fastening interface above the work platform for fastening the fall protection to a support element of the printing press.
  • the fall protection can thus extend to the rest position extend and thus offer a great protection against falling of the operator.
  • the fall protection of the working platform in the working position can also provide support for the stability of the working platform. In particular, stability is important in the working position when the operator is on the working platform.
  • the fall protection device can be fastened to the support element in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner via the fastening interface.
  • a form-fitting attachment can, for example, ensure a simpler and more secure design of a detachable connection, so that the fall protection can be released when the work platform is adjusted to the rest position and the adjustment is not blocked as a result.
  • the fall protection has a first and a second protective section, the first protective section being separated from the second protective section by at least one hinge.
  • the fall protection device can preferably have at least one further joint, so that the fall protection device can be folded up at least in some areas.
  • the fastening interface can, for example, also enable fastening which is mounted on the support element once during the assembly of the setup station and then remains on the support element.
  • the fastening interface can also enable a material connection, such as welding, on the support element.
  • the joints can preferably comprise hinges on which the fall protection can be collapsed.
  • several joints can be provided in order to be able to fold the fall protection device in the rest position in a particularly compact manner.
  • the work platform and the fall protection can be stowed above the work area and / or attached to the support element, in particular above the work area.
  • the fall protection can preferably have at least two further joints, so that the first and second protective sections are each articulated to the fastening interface and / or to the work platform.
  • a locking means is provided by which the work platform in the working position and / or Rest position is fixable.
  • the main guide means can have the locking means, wherein the locking means can preferably ensure a form-fitting fixation of the work platform in the working position and / or rest position.
  • the work platform is guided on rollers on the main guide means, which in the working position and / or in the rest position rest positively on the locking means or can be brought into engagement with the locking means.
  • the locking means can be designed as a locking means, so that a simple locking and a simple release of the locking is possible. This can simplify the handling of the work platform, so that little time is required to adjust the work platform between the rest position and the work position.
  • a climbing aid can preferably be arranged on the work platform, via which the work platform can be reached by an operator in the work position.
  • the climbing aid can comprise a ladder and / or a staircase.
  • the climbing aid can make it easier for the operator to reach the working platform.
  • the climbing aid can facilitate the workflow, especially if the operator carries a heavy-weight paint guide onto the work platform.
  • the climbing aid can for example be arranged permanently on the work platform, so that the climbing aid can be adjusted together with the work platform between the rest position and the working position.
  • the rest position of the work platform can be located outside the work area in such a way that the climbing aid is also located outside the work area in the rest position of the work platform.
  • the climbing aid can advantageously be detachably arranged on the work platform. Additionally or alternatively, it can be provided that the work platform has a guide means into which the climbing aid can be inserted.
  • the climbing aid can preferably be aligned parallel or essentially parallel to a working plane of the work platform when the climbing aid is pushed into the guide means.
  • a climbing aid can thus be used for different work platforms within a production company.
  • the guide means of the work platform can furthermore provide that the work platform forms an at least partially closed receiving compartment into which the climbing aid can be pushed.
  • the climbing aid is a ladder or a staircase
  • it can preferably have an essentially straight extension and can thus be easily stowed on the work platform.
  • further space can be saved in that the climbing aid can be pushed into the guide means before the work platform is moved into the rest position.
  • a parallel alignment of the climbing aid to the working plane of the working platform also requires a particularly small amount of space when the working platform is in the rest position.
  • the rest position is provided above the work area, a longitudinal extension of the climbing aid cannot have a detrimental effect on the production area.
  • the climbing aid can thus be arranged on the work platform in the manner of a drawer.
  • the climbing aid can be designed telescopically so that individual sections of the climbing aid can be pushed into one another and thus additional space can be saved if the climbing aid is adjusted to the rest position together with the work platform.
  • the climbing aid can preferably have a counter-guiding means which, for. B. may include rollers, a rail and / or a sliding surface.
  • the work platform can be adjusted manually and / or automatically, in particular by a drive and / or a lifting mechanism, between the working position and the rest position.
  • several drives can be provided for driving individual movable areas of the setup station.
  • a manual configuration of the adjustability results in the advantage that a further drive is not necessary and thus manufacturing costs can be saved.
  • the work platform can in particular have a handle.
  • a further connection of the work platform to an energy system for example to obtain electricity, compressed air or the like, can thereby also be dispensed with.
  • the set-up station can be uniformly suitable for different types of printing machines, in particular without an interface being provided.
  • An automatic adjustment between the rest position and the working position can, for example, increase the ease of use, since an operator does not or only needs to use a small amount of physical strength to adjust the work platform. Furthermore, an automatic adjustment of the work platform can enable the rest position to be provided above the work area outside the reach of the operator from the ground. As a result, the working space gained can be enlarged in the rest position.
  • a lifting unit for lifting the paint guide part is arranged on the work platform, the lift unit being able to be brought into a feed position and a removal position, the paint guide part in the feed position below the work platform being able to be picked up by the lift unit and the paint guide part in the removal position can be removed from the lifting unit above the work platform. Because of the lifting unit, it may not be necessary for the operator to carry the paint guide part onto the work platform manually or for a second operator to hand over the paint guide part to the first operator on the work platform.
  • the arrangement on the work platform also results in high accessibility of the lifting unit when the operator is on the work platform, so that the paint guide part of the lift unit can be easily removed and the handling of the paint guide part can thus be simplified overall.
  • the lifting unit can preferably be adjusted manually or automatically between the feed position and the removal position.
  • the lifting unit can be arranged on the work platform so as to be adjustable via at least one linear guide.
  • the adjustability of the lifting unit can be made possible in a simple manner, so that the ink guide part can be safely transported from the feed position to the removal position.
  • the lifting unit can have a locking means, by means of which the lifting unit can be fixed in the feed position and / or in the removal position in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner.
  • the lifting unit can preferably have at least one storage element on which the ink guide part can be placed. This can simplify the loading of the lifting unit with one or more paint guide parts.
  • the storage element can preferably have a recess in which the ink guide part can be received and / or that a storage surface of the storage element has a plastic and / or elastomer. The recess ensures that the ink guide part is securely fastened to the storage element, so that the ink guide part, for example, cannot roll down from the storage element when the lifting unit is brought into the removal position. In this way, damage to the paint guide part can be avoided and the risk of it falling down can be reduced.
  • the plastic and / or the elastomer of the storage surface can also ensure that the paint guide part does not slip on the support element, in particular by means of a coating, so that the risk of the paint guide part slipping down can be reduced.
  • the plastic and / or the elastomer can be made softer than a material of a storage section of the paint guide part, so that the paint guide part is not damaged by the support surface and / or does not experience any wear.
  • the storage surface can have a Teflon coating, which can reduce wear.
  • the lifting unit can preferably have at least two storage elements which form a storage element, so that in each case one end of the ink guide part can be placed on the storage elements.
  • several storage pairs can be arranged one above the other.
  • the lifting unit can, for example, initially be equipped with several different paint guide parts in the feed position and then moved into the removal position so that the several paint guide parts are available on the work platform.
  • the operator can remain on the work platform and replace several color guide parts or equip the machine with the color guide parts, so that the set-up time can be reduced here.
  • a lifting mechanism and / or a drive is provided, as a result of which the lifting unit can be brought at least from the feed position into the removal position.
  • the drive can preferably be controllable by at least one operating element. Additionally or alternatively, the drive can be designed to move the lifting unit from the removal position into the feed position.
  • the drive can be designed, for example, as an electric motor or as a pneumatic drive or as a hydraulic drive.
  • the drive can be arranged on the work platform or the lifting unit. In particular, however, it is also conceivable that the drive is centrally located the printing machine is arranged and thus only z. B. the compressed air of the drive is made available on the lifting unit.
  • the operating element can, for example, be arranged on the lifting unit, the work platform and / or a housing of the printing press.
  • the drive is or can be brought into communication with the operating element.
  • the control element is provided, for example, on a housing of the printing machine, the positioning can already ensure that the operator is outside a fall area in which parts that may fall from the moving lifting unit could fall.
  • the control element can provide a convenient way of controlling the drive.
  • the drive also makes it possible for the operator to have little or no physical strength to bring the lifting unit from the removal position to the feed position and / or vice versa. In particular, this can make it easier to supply the area on the work platform with paint guide parts.
  • the lifting mechanism can for example comprise a cable pull and / or a chain drive.
  • a cable pull can offer a way of preventing the work platform from tilting.
  • the cable pull can preferably have one or more, preferably two, cable pull pulleys, which guide a cable of the cable pull or are guided through the cable.
  • the working platform can preferably be arranged directly on the rope or on the rollers, so that a change in a rope length released in certain areas leads to an adjustment of the working platform.
  • At least one lifting support is provided, by means of which a force can be applied to support a manual adjustment of the work platform and / or the lifting unit and / or by means of which an adjustment of the work platform and / or the lifting unit can be damped.
  • the lifting support can preferably be designed as a counterweight to the work platform and / or to the lifting unit.
  • the work platform and / or the lifting unit can preferably be suspended from a cable and thus the counterweight counteracts part of the weight force. This makes manual adjustment of the work platform easier.
  • the lifting support can have a gas pressure spring.
  • the gas pressure spring can have a cylinder which is filled with a pressurized gas, a cylinder piston with a piston rod being guided inside the cylinder.
  • An adjustment the piston rod into the cylinder or out of the cylinder causes a change in the pressure of the gas inside the cylinder, so that a force can be applied by the stroke support in one direction and a movement can be dampened in the other direction.
  • the damping can, for example, prevent the working platform and / or lifting unit from falling suddenly if it is unlocked from the removal position or the rest position.
  • a securing element is provided, by means of which the paint guide part can be prevented from falling out of the lifting unit.
  • the securing element can prevent the paint guide part from falling out of the lifting unit in the removal position of the lifting unit.
  • the securing element can comprise a cage into which the lifting unit moves when the lifting unit is moved into the removal position. Since, in the removal position, possible damage in the event of the ink guide part falling out of the lifting unit can be great, the securing element enables a countermeasure here which at the same time can still allow the greatest possible accessibility to the lifting unit in the feed position.
  • the setup station can preferably be arranged in an access area of the printing machine, in particular to an interior space of the printing machine, in particular with the printing machine having an at least partially transparent door in the access area.

  • the door and / or the access area can be arranged parallel to the axis of rotation of an impression cylinder of the printing press, so that access to the ink guide parts is simplified.
  • a door in the access area of the printing press can, for example, be sound-insulating during the production of the printed products and at the same time represent a security that in the event of a defect, for example, parts cannot easily fall out of the printing press.
  • the door can ensure that an operator cannot get into the printing press during the production of the printed matter.
  • the door can be lockable during the production of the printed matter.
  • An at least partially transparent door enables a view of the printing press at the same time. So can for example, the work platform can be stepped on in the working position to take a look at the printing press during ongoing production, so that preparations can be made in good time if parts have to be replaced. During these preparations, the printing press can in particular continue to be operated, so that part of the set-up time can overlap with the production time and downtimes can thus be reduced.
  • a door of the access area has a grip means which extends at least partially behind an outer door plane of the door in the direction of an interior of the printing press.
  • the door can be the at least partially transparent door.
  • the handle means can comprise an opening in the door and / or a recessed grip into which the operator engages in order to push open or push open the door.
  • the work platform can be adjusted along the door without the handle means being in the way of an adjustment of the work platform along the door outer plane.
  • the work platform can thus be arranged directly on the printing press, thus saving additional space in production.
  • the work platform can be arranged directly on the door outer plane and / or can be adjusted parallel to the door outer plane.
  • the adjustment of the lifting unit can preferably be provided from a floor area.
  • the control element can preferably be arranged on a housing of the printing press, so that the operator has to leave his position of depositing the ink guide part in the lifting unit in order to operate the control element.
