Claims (13)

    - einen Schaft (5), den Nocken (4) mit der Schubstange (81, 82) verbindend und einen Zapfen (51) umfassend, sich senkrecht in Bezug auf die Ebene des Schaftes (5) erstreckend;
    wobei der erste Hebel (7), der zweite Hebel (6), die Schubstange (81, 82) und der Griff (1) eine verformbare Einheit bilden, deren Verformung eine verschiebende Deplatzierung des Griffs (1) auslöst,
    die Schubstange (81, 82) umfasst weiter eine zweite längliche Öffnung (812) parallel zu der ersten länglichen Öffnung (811) und durch welche sich der Zapfen (51) des Schaftes (5) erstreckt, um den Griff (1) auf motorisierte Weise durch einen Nachlauf des Nockens (4) von der Arbeitsposition in die Ruheposition gleiten zu lassen, wenn die elastischen Rücklaufmittel (61, 71) nicht ausreichend sind.
  2. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse A7 des ersten Hebels (7), die Achse (A6) des zweiten Hebels (6) und die Achse (A4) der Rotation des Nockens 4 alle drei parallel zueinander sind.
  3. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Schubstangen (81, 82) umfasst, beidseitig einer Mittelebene angeordnet, sich gemäß einer Längsrichtung des Griffs (1) erstreckend und jeweils mit Extremitäten, mit dem ersten Hebel (7) und dem zweiten Hebel (6) gemäß artikulierten Verbindungen (801, 802) verbunden, wobei wenigstens eine der Extremitäten Folgendes aufweist
    - eine erste längliche Öffnung (811), parallel zu der Schubstange (81, 82),
    - eine zweite längliche Öffnung (812), parallel zu der ersten länglichen Öffnung (811).
  4. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite längliche Öffnung (812), parallel zu der ersten länglichen Öffnung (811) und entlang welcher sich der Zapfen (51) des Schaftes (5) erstreckt, eine Länge aufweist größer als die der ersten länglichen Öffnung (811).
  5. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (4) eine seitliche Kontaktfläche (43) aufweist, auf dem zweiten Hebel (6) aufliegend, um ihn um seine Achse (A6) drehen zu lassen, um den Griff (1) gleiten zu lassen.
  6.   7. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (4) direkt auf der Ausgangsachse eines zu dem Stellglied (3) gehörenden elektrischen Motors montiert ist.

Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Einheit, deren Verformung eine verschiebende Deplatzierung des Griffs (1) auslöst, konfiguriert ist, damit die Deplatzierung unter der Einwirkung der elastischen Mittel (61, 71) und/oder unter der Einwirkung des motorisierten Stellglieds (3) umkehrbar ist.
  9. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum elastischen Rücklauf (61, 71) des Griffs (1) in Richtung der Ruheposition wenigstens eine Spannungsfeder (61) umfassen, befestigt auf der Rotationsachse (A6) des zweiten Griffs (6) und aufliegend auf einer festen Halterung (2) des Griffs, solcherart, dass sie eine Rücklaufkraft auf den Hebel (6) in Richtung seiner Ruhe-Winkelposition ausübt.
  10. Griff (1) einer Tür (p) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum elastischen Rücklauf (61, 71) des Griffs (1) in Richtung der Ruheposition eine doppelte Spannungsfeder (71) umfassen, befestigt auf der Rotationsachse (A7) des ersten Hebels (7) und aufliegend auf einer festen Halterung (2) des Griffs, solcherart, dass sie eine Rücklaufkraft auf den Hebel (7) in Richtung seiner Ruhe-Winkelposition ausübt.
  11. Tür (p) eines Automobilfahrzeugs (Ve), umfassend einen Griff nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, befestigt an der Tür (p).
  12. Verfahren zur Deplatzierung eines Griffs (1) einer Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, umfassend die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte:
    - aus einer Ruheposition des Griffs (1) dreht sich der Nocken (4) in eine erste Richtung aus der Winkel-Ruheposition in Richtung der Winkel-Arbeitsposition, um die Rotation des zweiten Hebels (6) und die verschiebende Deplatzierung des Griffs (1) in Richtung seiner Arbeitsposition auszulösen,
    - aus der Arbeitsposition des Griffs (1) kehrt der Nocken in einer zweiten Richtung, der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzt, in die erste Winkel-Ruheposition zurück und die verformbare Einheit erfährt eine Rücklaufkraft, ausgeübt durch die Mittel zum elastischen Rücklauf (61, 71) des Griffs (1) in Richtung seiner Ruheposition,
    - wenn die durch die Mittel zum elastischen Rücklauf (61, 71) ausgeübte Kraft nicht ausreichend ist, um den Griff (1) in Richtung seiner Ruheposition zurückzuführen, so übt das Stellglied (3) einen Nachlauf der motorisierten Rotation des Nockens (4) in eine zweite, der ersten entgegengesetzte Richtung aus, um den Griff (1) durch Zug auf der Schubstange (81, 82) über den Zapfen (51) des Schaftes (5) zurückzuführen.
  13. Verfahren zur Deplatzierung eines Griffs (1) einer Tür nach Anspruch 12, in welchem der Mechanismus zum Steuern des Griffs (1) an einer Tür eines Automobilfahrzeugs befestigt ist und das Stellglied (3), die motorisierte Rotation des Nockens (4) auslösend, nur dann den Nachlauf auslöst, wenn sich das Automobilfahrzeug in Bewegung befindet.
