Claims (15)

  1. Plaque de cuisson (10) comprenant au moins un dispositif de surveillance (16),
    - la plaque de cuisson (10) comprenant au moins une zone de cuisson (12 ; 28),
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) étant connecté à la plaque de cuisson (10) par : au moins une connexion de signal électrique filaire et/ou sans fil,
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) comprenant au moins un système de détection (22),
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) comprenant au moins un support allongé (18 ; 24) pour supporter le système de détection (22),
    - le support (18 ; 24) étant mobile entre un état de non-fonctionnement et un état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et
    - le système de détection (22) étant dirigé depuis le haut vers au moins une zone de cuisson (12 ; 28) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le système de détection (22) est fourni pour détecter la température sur les zones de cuisson (12 ; 28) .
  2. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) comprend au moins une caméra, au moins un détecteur infrarouge et/ou au moins un réseau de détecteurs infrarouge.
  3. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est agencé au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), le système de détection (22) étant de préférence agencé au-dessus du centre de la plaque de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  4. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est agencé au niveau d'une partie d'extrémité distante du support (18 ; 24) relativement à la plaque de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  5. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le support (18 ; 24) peut être déplacé par un moteur et/ou manuellement par un utilisateur.
  6. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (16) comprend au moins un bras pivotant (18) et au moins une charnière (20), ledit bras pivotant (18) servant de support (18) pour supporter le système de détection (22), et la charnière (20) étant interconnectée entre le bras pivotant (18) et la plaque de cuisson (10), et le bras pivotant (18) pivotant entre l'état de non-fonctionnement et l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  7. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le bras pivotant (18) peut être déplacé manuellement et/ou par un élément ressort, de préférence le bras pivotant (18) pouvant être déplacé de l'état de non-fonctionnement à l'état de fonctionnement par l'élément ressort et de l'état de fonctionnement à l'état de non-fonctionnement manuellement par l'utilisateur.
  8. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (16) comprend au moins une colonne (24), ladite colonne (24) servant de support (24) pour supporter le système de détection (22), et
    la colonne (24) étant enfoncée dans la plaque de cuisson (10) dans l'état de non-fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et la colonne (24) s'étendant verticalement ou de manière inclinée au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  9. Plaque de cuisson selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la colonne (24) est formée comme une barre télescopique.
  10. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est fourni pour détecter la présence, l'emplacement et/ou la taille d'ustensiles de cuisson sur la plaque de cuisson (10).
  11. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est fourni pour détecter le type, la taille et/ou la couleur de produits alimentaires sur la plaque de cuisson (10).
  12. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est fourni pour détecter un changement de couleur du produit alimentaire sur la plaque de cuisson (10).
  13. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système de détection (22) est fourni pour détecter un mouvement des ustensiles de cuisine et/ou des produits alimentaires sur la plaque de cuisson (10).
  14. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de cuisson (10) comprend au moins une interface utilisateur (14), le système de détection (22) étant dirigé sur ladite interface utilisateur (14) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et de préférence le système de détection (22) étant fourni pour détecter au moins un doigt d'utilisateur sur l'interface utilisateur (14) afin de reconnaître un fonctionnement sur ladite interface utilisateur (14).
  15. Plaque de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de cuisson (10) est une plaque de cuisson à gaz et/ou une plaque de cuisson électrique, en particulier une plaque de cuisson à induction et/ou les zones de cuisson peuvent être pontées, en particulier deux ou plus de deux zones de cuisson peuvent être reliées à une seule zone de cuisson.
