Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil domestique destiné à la cuisson d'aliments par induction, comportant une surface de cuisson (3), plusieurs unités d'induction (4), qui sont agencées sous la surface de cuisson (3) et comportent des capteurs (7) respectifs permettant de détecter la présence d'une casserole (6) sur la surface de cuisson (3), un panneau de commande (5) permettant de commander la mise en marche, l'arrêt et le réglage de la puissance électrique de l'unité d'induction (4), une mémoire (10) permettant de mémoriser des données associées à une pluralité de gestes d'une main, une caméra vidéo stéréoscopique (8) permettant de détecter le geste d'au moins une main qui entre dans le champ de détection associé, et une unité de traitement ainsi qu'une unité de commande (9) configurées pour commander le panneau de commande (5) sur la base d'une comparaison entre les gestes détectés par la caméra vidéo stéréoscopique (8) et les gestes qui sont mémorisés dans la mémoire (10).
