Claims (15)
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, welche wenigstens ein Leuchtmodul (1) aufweist, wobei das Leuchtmodul (1) wenigstens eine Lichtquelle (2), einen Träger (3) der Lichtquelle (2) und ein optisches Element (4), das geeignet ist, von der Lichtquelle (2) ausgesendete Strahlen zu empfangen, aufweist, wobei das optische Element (4) Mittel zur Positionierung (45, 463) dieses optischen Elements (4) auf dem Träger (3) in einer vorbestimmten Position, die einer vorbestimmten Position des optischen Elements (4) in Bezug auf die Position der Lichtquelle (2) entspricht, und elastische Mittel zur Befestigung (46) dieses optischen Elements (4) in der vorbestimmten Position aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtvorrichtung (10) eine Platte (102) aufweist, auf welcher das wenigstens eine Leuchtmodul (1) und eine Projektionslinse (104) angeordnet sind, wobei die Projektionslinse (104) eine Sekundäroptik (104) bildet, während das oder die optischen Elemente (4), die dem wenigstens einen Leuchtmodul (1) zugeordnet sind, Primäroptiken (41) bilden.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Element (4) an den Träger (3) angedrückt ist.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (3) wenigstens ein Mittel zur Positionierung (34, 38) aufweist, das zu den Mitteln zur Positionierung (45, 463) des optischen Elements (4) komplementär ist.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Positionierung des optischen Elements (4) einen Indexierungsstift (45) aufweisen und die komplementären Mittel zur Positionierung des Trägers (3) ein Indexierungsloch (34) aufweisen, das dazu bestimmt ist, den Indexierungsstift (45) aufzunehmen, wenn sich das optische Element (4) in der vorbestimmten Position befindet.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Positionierung des optischen Elements (4) wenigstens eine Strebe (463) der Mittel zur elastischen Befestigung (46) aufweisen und die komplementären Mittel zur Positionierung wenigstens eine von einem Rand des Trägers (3) gebildete Anlagefläche (38) aufweisen, wobei sich die Strebe (463) auf die Anlagefläche (38) stützt, um das optische Element (4) in die vorbestimmte Position zu bringen.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur elastischen Befestigung (46) wenigstens ein Segment (464) zur Abstützung einer elastischen Lamelle (462) aufweisen, die so gestaltet ist, dass ihr dem Segment gegenüberliegendes freies Ende einen Anschlag am Träger (3) bildet, welcher der Loslösung des optischen Elements (4) entgegenwirkt.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das optische Element (4) wenigstens eine Mikrolinse (42) umfasst, die so gestaltet ist, dass sie sich gegenüber einer Lichtquelle (2) befindet, wenn sich das optische Element (4) in der vorbestimmten Position in Bezug auf den Träger (3) befindet.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Lichtquellen (2) und mehrere Mikrolinsen (42) umfasst, wobei jede Mikrolinse (42) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Lichtquelle (2) zusammenzuwirken, um ein selektiv aktivierbares Lichtsegment zu bilden.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Wärmeleitungsorgan (8) aufweist, das dafür ausgelegt ist, von der Lichtquelle (2) abgegebene Wärme zu einem Kühlkörper (9) zu leiten.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmeleitungsorgan (8) ein Unterteil (5) aufweist, auf dem der Träger (3) und das optische Element (4) fest angebracht sind.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmeleitungsorgan (8) außerdem wenigstens einen Greiffinger (55) zur Positionierung des Wärmeleitungsorgans (8) aufweist.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (5), der Träger (3) und das optische Element (4) jeweils eine Befestigungsöffnung (59, 35, 47) aufweisen, wobei die Befestigungsöffnungen (59, 35, 47) fluchten, um ein Befestigungsmittel (6) aufzunehmen.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (5) wenigstens einen Indexierungszapfen (51) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Indexierungsöffnung (32) des Trägers (3) zusammenzuwirken.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das optische Element (4) Unterbauteile umfasst, wobei jedes Unterbauteil gemäß einem Verfahren hergestellt ist, das von demjenigen verschieden ist, das angewendet wird, um die anderen Unterbauteile des optischen Elements (4) zu fertigen.
- Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Mittel zur elastischen Befestigung (46) aus einem Material hergestellt sind, das von demjenigen verschieden ist, das für einen Teil des optischen Elements (4) verwendet wird, der sich direkt gegenüber der wenigstens einen Lichtquelle (2) befindet und aus einem transparenten oder durchscheinenden Material hergestellt ist, insbesondere aus Silikon.
