Claims (15)
- Dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') destiné à couper et/ou fragmenter une partie d'un matériau de revêtement, en particulier un copeau d'étirage, présentant :un outil de coupe (18) avec un tranchant mobile (19),une plaque de coupe (16, 16') avec un bord de coupe (17, 17'), dans lequel le bord de coupe (17, 17') est conçu pour collaborer avec le tranchant (19) de l'outil de coupe (18) afin de couper et/ou broyer une partie d'un matériau de revêtement,caractérisé en ce quela position et/ou l'orientation du bord de coupe (17, 17') peu(ven)t être modifiée(s) dans au moins deux directions.
- Dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une première direction est une direction de translation et une seconde direction est une direction de rotation.
- Dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position et/ou l'orientation du bord de coupe (17, 17') peu(ven)t être ajustée(s) pour l'utilisation ou est/sont au moins partiellement variable(s) en cours d'utilisation.
- Dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coupe (16, 16') est reliée à un chariot déplaçable (20, 20').
- Dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tranchant (19) peut tourner autour d'un axe, en particulier orienté verticalement.
- Dispositif d'usinage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coupe (16) est mise en place au niveau d'une plaque de support (15) pivotante, dans lequel la plaque de support (15) peut de manière préférée être ajustée grâce à un dispositif de réglage (22).

- Dispositif d'usinage (10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'usinage (10') présente un dispositif d'amenée (30) destiné à l'acheminement d'un lubrifiant dans la région de la plaque de coupe (16').
- Machine d'usinage avec un outil de finition, en particulier un outil de fraisage, destiné à l'usinage à plat d'un matériau de revêtement et avec un dispositif d'usinage (10, 10') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif d'usinage destiné à couper et/ou fragmenter une partie d'un matériau de revêtement, de manière préférée d'un dispositif d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 ou d'une machine d'usinage selon la revendication 12, comprenant les étapes consistant à :déplacer une plaque de coupe (16, 16') présentant un bord de coupe (17, 17') dans une première direction vers un tranchant (19) d'un outil de coupe (18),orienter le bord de coupe (17, 17') dans une seconde direction.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la première direction est une direction de translation et la seconde direction est une direction de rotation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coupe (16) peut pivoter autour d'un axe, ou
caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coupe (16') est orientée en cours d'utilisation de telle manière que le tranchant (19) vient en contact avec la plaque de coupe (16'), dans lequel la plaque de coupe (16') est réalisée de manière préférée sous forme d'élément élastique.
