Definitions

  • the invention relates to a patio roof with a roof surface.
  • Such patio roofs with a roof area are known.
  • a disadvantage of the known patio roofs is that heated air can accumulate under the patio roof when there is strong sunlight, thereby reducing the quality of life under the patio roof.
  • a patio roof with at least one roof area, with at least part of the roof area being formed by one or more fixed roof elements and at least part of the roof area being formed by one or more movable slats.
  • the patio roof can also have several parts of the roof surface with fixed roof elements and/or several parts of the roof surface with movable slats.
  • the patio roof according to the invention thus has at least two partial roof surfaces, of which at least a first partial roof surface is formed by fixed roof elements, with at least a second partial roof surface being formed by movable slats.
  • the slats can be moved at least from a closed position to an open position. In the closed position, the movable slats form a closed part of the roof area and thus provide weather protection. In the open position, the movable slats release at least partial areas of the partial roof area formed by the slats, so that an air supply is made possible.
  • both partial roof surfaces preferably form a closed roof surface of the patio roof.
  • the movable slats can lie in a plane above or below the plane in which the fixed roof elements lie.
  • the roof surface of the patio roof is divided by two or more Formed partial roof areas that lie in different levels. in the projection from above, these partial roof areas preferably form one continuous roof surface in that the vertical projections of the partial roof surfaces touch one another or the partial roof surfaces partially overlap.
  • the terrace roof has at least two longitudinal supports delimiting the roof area, with the fixed roof elements having a different inclination to the horizontal than the longitudinal supports.
  • One or more movable slats are arranged.
  • the ratio of the part of the roof surface that is formed by fixed roof elements to that part of the roof surface that is formed by movable slats can be adapted to the respective requirements and aesthetic desires.
  • the ratio can be 1/3 to 2/3 up to 1 ⁇ 2 to 1 ⁇ 2 of the two roof surface parts to one another.
  • the part of the roof area formed by movable slats can be up to 10% or up to 20% or up to 30% or up to 40% or up to 50% or up to 60% or up to 70% or up up to 80% or up to 90% of the total roof area of the patio roof.
  • the lamellae preferably have a rectangular basic shape.
  • each lamella can be rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation parallel to the longer side of the rectangular basic shape.
  • the slats can be rotated from a closed position, in which the slats form a closed roof area, into an open position by means of a rotatable mounting of the slats. This allows ventilation of the space below the patio roof.
  • the slats can be displaceable from the closed position and the open position and/or from the open position to the closed position, in particular by turning and/or by tilting and moving along one or more rails.
  • appropriate drive means such as servomotors, tie rods or cable pulls can be arranged, by means of which a change in the position of the slats can be brought about.
  • the slats twisted into the open position can also be pushed together along rails to form a package of slats lying close to one another.
  • the patio roof has at least two crossbeams delimiting the roof area, which support one or more rafters directly or indirectly, with the rafters directly or indirectly supporting the fixed roof elements.
  • the rafters thus form, in particular, several fields in which the fixed roof elements are accommodated.
  • the fixed roof elements can, for example, be mounted on the rafters by means of glazing beads.
  • the patio roof has at least two crossbeams delimiting the roof area, which support one or more rafters directly or indirectly, with the slats being arranged above the rafters.
  • Several rafters can thus be carried by crossbeams and span the space below the patio roof.
  • the fixed roof elements can then be arranged in a first section of the fields formed by the rafters.
  • the slats can then be arranged in a plane above or below the rafters. Due to the continuous rafters, this results in a particularly advantageous stability and statics of the entire arrangement.
  • the roof surface of the terrace roof is formed by two or more partial roof surfaces that lie on different levels.
  • these partial roof surfaces preferably form a continuous roof surface in that the vertical projections of the partial roof surfaces touch each other or the partial roof areas partially overlap.
  • the slats lie in a plane above or below the rafters, with the rafters carrying the fixed roof elements.
  • the patio roof has at least two longitudinal supports delimiting the roof area, with the fixed roof elements having a different inclination to the horizontal than the longitudinal supports.
  • the patio roof thus has two longitudinal members.
  • the longitudinal members can be connected at a first end to a first cross member that runs in particular horizontally and/or can rest on a first cross member that runs in particular horizontally.
  • the longitudinal beams can be connected at a second end to a second, in particular, horizontally running crossbeam and/or rest on a second, in particular, horizontally running crossbeam.
  • the side members and a first cross member and a second cross member can form a frame that supports and/or accommodates both the fixed roof elements and the slats.
  • the fixed roof elements and/or the slats can be fastened to the longitudinal beams and/or cross beams directly or indirectly.
  • the slats can have a different inclination to the horizontal in their closed position than the longitudinal beams, an inclination of the roof surface can be brought about for the drainage of rainwater in the case of horizontally running longitudinal beams.
  • the fixed roof elements have a different inclination to the horizontal than the longitudinal beams, which means that rainwater that hits the patio roof can flow off over the inclined fixed roof elements if the longitudinal beams run horizontally can be discharged in particular via a rainwater collector and/or a rain gutter.
  • the longitudinal members and/or a first cross member and/or a second cross member can be supported by two or more vertical supports.
  • several can be arranged between two outer longitudinal beams, which form several fields between the longitudinal beams and the rafters, with roof elements being arranged in the fields.
  • the rafters can run parallel to the longitudinal beams.
  • rafters can also be arranged, which run perpendicular to the longitudinal beams between the longitudinal beams and form several roof panels.
  • the longitudinal members and the rafters can run horizontally.
  • the slats in their closed position and/or the fixed roof elements can have a different inclination to the horizontal than the side members.
  • the inclination of the slats in their closed position and/or the fixed roof elements relative to the side members and the rafters can be at least 2°, in particular at least 5°.
  • the side members and in particular the rafters can have glazing beads to hold the fixed roof elements.
  • the inclination of the glazing beads relative to the horizontal can correspond to the inclination of the fixed roof elements.
  • the part of the roof surface formed by fixed roof elements and/or the part of the roof surface formed by slats can have an incline with respect to the horizontal in order to drain off rainwater falling on the patio roof.
  • the part of the roof surface formed by fixed roof elements and the part of the roof surface formed by slats can have the same inclination relative to the horizontal or different inclinations relative to the horizontal.
  • the axes of rotation of the movable slats can form a plane that is inclined.
  • the axes of rotation of the movable slats all lie in a plane that is inclined relative to the horizontal.
  • the roof elements can open into a rain gutter and/or an opening slot in a cross member, with channels for draining rainwater being able to be arranged within the cross member, in particular for draining rainwater via one or more vertical supports carrying the cross member .
  • the fixed roof elements are formed by glass elements, in particular tinted, or by plastic elements, in particular tinted.
  • the slats can be formed by aluminum profiles.
  • the fixed roof elements can thus be formed by panes of glass and/or plastic elements. These can be opaque or at least partially transparent and/or tinted.
  • the fixed roof elements can therefore in particular be tinted panes of glass and/or tinted plastic elements. If the fixed roof elements are formed by glass panes and the slats by aluminum profiles, both parts of the roof surface are made of different materials, which advantageously combines the pleasant atmosphere of a glass roof with the robustness of rotatable aluminum slats for shock ventilation of the space below the patio roof by twisting the Slats are combined in an open position.
  • Aluminum slats are particularly robust and tent-stable. It can thus be combined with the advantages of a slat roof with the invention, the advantages of a glass roof.
