Claims (13)

  1. Chaise (1 ; 201 ; 401 ; 601) comportant un cadre de base (2 ; 202 ; 402 ; 602), un élément d'assise (3 ; 203 ; 403), un dossier (4 ; 204 ; 404), un mécanisme à ressort (5 ; 205 ; 505 ; 605) et un dispositif de réglage (6 ; 206 ; 406 ; 606),
    - dans laquelle le mécanisme à ressort (5 ; 205 ; 505 ; 605) comporte un ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609) serré unilatéralement dans le cadre de base (2 ; 202 ; 402 ; 602) et un élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613) déplaçable sur un chemin de roulement (15, 16 ; 215, 216 ; 415, 416 ; 615) entre le ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609) et le cadre de base (2 ; 202 ; 402 ; 602),
    - dans laquelle le dispositif de réglage (6 ; 206 ; 406 ; 606) comporte un organe de réglage (102 ; 302 ; 502 ; 602) et un moyen de transmission (103 ; 303 ; 503 ; 603),
    - en ce qu'une transmission d'un mouvement de l'organe de réglage (102 ; 302 ; 502 ; 602) en un mouvement de l'élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613) s'effectuant suivant un rapport de transmission de 1:0,5 à 1:4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - l'organe de réglage (102 ; 302 ; 502 ; 602) est réalisé sous forme d'arbre (104) ou de guide linéaire (304 ; 651a) et la chaise (1 ; 201 ; 401 ; 601) comporte un entraînement (21 ; 221 ; 421 ; 621) pour le mouvement de l'organe de réglage (102 ; 302 ; 502 ; 602), et en ce que le moyen de transmission (103 ; 303 ; 503 ; 603) comporte une tringlerie et/ou un câble Bowden (105 ; 305 ; 505 ; 653) et/ou une transmission, l'élément de transmission (103 ; 303 ; 503 ; 603) étant relié à l'élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613), et l'élément de transmission (103 ; 303 ; 503 ; 603) étant relié à l'organe de réglage (102 ; 302 ; 502 ; 602), et en ce que l'entraînement (21 ; 221 ; 621) est réalisé sous forme d'entraînement manuel (21 ; 221 ; 621) et comporte un coulisseau (228 ; 651b) ou un bouton rotatif (22).
  2. Chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chemin de roulement (15, 16 ; 215, 216 ; 415, 416 ; 613) est réalisé sous forme de surface bombée (F), laquelle est adaptée à une allure bombée du ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609) respectivement associé, de telle sorte qu'un espace de mouvement (R) formé entre le chemin de roulement (15, 16 ; 215, 216 ; 415, 416 ; 615) et un côté inférieur (9b ; 209b ; 409b) du ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609) autorise un déplacement, non entravé par le ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609), de l'élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613) entre une position de base (P1 ; P201 ; P401 ; P601) de l'élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613) et une position finale (P2 ; P202 ; P402 ; P602) de l'élément d'appui (13, 14 ; 213, 214 ; 413, 414 ; 613), dans la mesure où le bras oscillant arrière (8 ; 208 ; 408 ; 608) est dépourvu de sollicitation par un utilisateur s'adossant contre l'élément de dossier (4 ; 204 ; 404), et en ce qu'une distance (A1 ; A201 ; A401) mesurée respectivement dans la direction radiale entre le chemin de roulement (15, 16 ; 215, 216 ; 415, 416 ; 615) et le ressort à lame (9, 10 ; 209, 210 ; 409, 410 ; 609) associé est constante dans tout l'espace de mouvement (R).
  3. Chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement (421) est réalisé sous forme d'entraînement électrique (430) et comporte un entraînement linéaire électrique ou un entraînement rotatif électrique.
  4. Chaise selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement électrique (430) comporte un accumulateur d'énergie (435) pour de l'énergie électrique, l'entraînement électrique (430) comportant un dispositif d'actionnement (BTE401) et/ou un récepteur pour des signaux radio et la chaise (1 ; 201 ; 401) comportant en particulier un générateur électrique (436), le générateur (436) produisant de l'énergie électrique, en particulier de l'énergie à partir d'un mouvement relatif qui se produit, lors d'une utilisation de la chaise (1 ; 201 ; 401), entre des composants individuels de la chaise (1 ; 201 ; 401), et l'injectant dans l'accumulateur d'énergie (435).
  5. Chaise selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme à ressort (405) comporte ledit premier ressort à lame (409, 410) et un deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460), le deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460) supportant l'élément de dossier (404) dans une position de repos (S404.1) de la chaise (401), position de repos dans laquelle l'élément de dossier (404) est dépourvu de sollicitations par une personne assise, et le premier ressort à lame (409 ; 410) supportant, en plus du deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460), l'élément de dossier (404) dans une position de travail différente de la position de repos (S404.1), position de travail dans laquelle l'élément de dossier (404) est sollicité par une personne assise et s'adossant.
  6. Chaise selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le premier ressort à lame (409, 410) et le deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460) forment un ensemble de ressorts (461, 462) et sont, en particulier dans une région dans laquelle ceux-ci sont fixés au cadre de base (402), reliés l'un à l'autre en un point de liaison (467, 468), et en ce que le premier ressort à lame (409, 410) est effilé de manière adjacente au point de liaison (467, 468) .
  7. Chaise selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier ressort à lame (409, 410) est supporté par ledit premier élément d'appui (413, 414), et en ce que le deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460) est supporté par un deuxième élément d'appui (463, 464), le premier élément d'appui (413, 414) étant déplaçable en dessous du premier ressort à lame (409, 410), et le deuxième élément d'appui (463 , 464) étant soit fixé en dessous du deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460) soit déplaçable en dessous du deuxième ressort à lame (459, 460) indépendamment du premier élément d'appui (413, 414).
  8. Chaise selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier élément d'appui (413, 414) est réglable au moyen dudit premier dispositif de réglage (501), et en ce que ledit deuxième élément d'appui (463, 464) est réglable au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de réglage (551) .
  9. Chaise selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée
    - en ce que le moyen de transmission (652) comporte un levier pivotant (654), lequel est entraîné directement ou indirectement par l'organe de réglage (651),
    - en ce que le moyen de transmission (652) comporte une roue de roulement (656) dotée d'une denture (656a), laquelle roue est entraînée directement ou indirectement par le levier pivotant (654),
    - en ce que l'élément d'appui (613) comporte une crémaillère (613a),
    - la roue de roulement (656) s'engrenant, par sa denture (656a), avec la crémaillère (613a) de l'élément d'appui (613) et
    - en ce que le cadre de base (602) comporte une crémaillère (657),
    - la roue de roulement (656) s'engrenant, par sa denture (656a), avec la crémaillère (657) du cadre de base (602).
  10. Chaise selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de transmission (652) comporte une bielle (655), le levier pivotant (654) étant relié à une première extrémité (655-1) de la bielle (655) de manière mobile en rotation autour d'un premier axe de rotation (D655-1), la roue de roulement (656) étant reliée à une deuxième extrémité (655-2) de la bielle (655) de manière mobile en rotation autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (D655-2), la roue de roulement (656) étant tirée ou poussée par la bielle (655) au-dessus de la crémaillère (657) du cadre de base (602) lors d'un mouvement de rotation du levier pivotant (654) et en l'occurrence l'élément d'appui (613) situé entre le ressort à lame (609) et la roue de roulement (656) étant entraîné et déplacé par la roue de roulement (656) tournant et se déplaçant.
  11. Chaise selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le levier pivotant (654) est monté sur le cadre de base (602) de manière pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (L654), en ce que l'axe de pivotement (L654) du levier pivotant (654) et le premier axe de rotation (D655-1) de la bielle (655) et le deuxième axe de rotation (D655-2) de la bielle (655) s'étendent parallèlement les uns aux autres.
  12. Chaise selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de transmission (652) comprend un câble Bowden (653) ou une tringlerie, le câble Bowden (653) ou la tringlerie étant relié(e) à l'organe de réglage (651) et au levier pivotant (654), le câble Bowden (651) ou la tringlerie étant fixé(e) au levier pivotant (654) de manière excentrique par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (L654) du levier pivotant (654) avec une excentricité (e653).
  13. Chaise selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de transmission (652) comporte une roue de roulement (656) dotée d'une denture (656a), la roue de roulement (656) étant reliée directement ou indirectement à l'organe de réglage (651) et étant tirée ou poussée au moyen de celui-ci au-dessus d'une crémaillère (657) du cadre de base (602), la roue de roulement (656) s'engrenant, par sa denture (656a), avec une crémaillère (613a) de l'élément d'appui (613) et entraînant et déplaçant ainsi l'élément d'appui (613) situé entre le ressort à lame (609) et la roue de roulement (656).
