- the determination of the riveting point by means of a laser makes it easier to bring the accessories and the pin in alignment at the same centre and therefore the loss of the accessory or the pin elements is substantially reduced.

Claims (9)
- Machine d'installation (1) pour couplage d'une pluralité de matériaux plans (30) en appliquant des éléments de montage (31) dessus, comprenant un corps de logement (11), une première chambre (2) pour stocker des matériaux accessoires, une seconde chambre (19) pour stocker des tenons qui sont nécessaires pour le rivetage desdits matériaux accessoires, un canal d'accessoires (16) et un canal de tenons (15) pour alimenter les accessoires dans la première chambre (2) et les tenons dans la seconde chambre (19) vers un point entre un élément presseur supérieur (7) et un élément presseur inférieur (8) pour le rivetage, un ensemble formant table (9) sur lequel le matériau plan (30) destiné à être riveté avec des accessoires peut être déplacé pendant l'opération de rivetage, et au moins deux moteurs d'entraînement qui sont indépendant l'un de l'autre pour chacune de la première chambre (2) et de la seconde chambre (19) caractérisé en ce que ;
ledit ensemble formant table (9) est agencé pour être positionné sur les deux côtés du corps de logement (11) divisé en deux parties, et
la machine d'installation (1) comprend en outre des plaques de dimensionnement (14) ayant une structure en forme de T, dans laquelle lesdites plaques de dimensionnement comprennent une partie fixe (17) et une partie mobile (18) sur l'ensemble formant table (9) s'étendant sur les deux côtés du corps de logement (11), et dans laquelle ladite partie mobile (18) peut se déplacer selon l'axe horizontal (x) sur l'ensemble formant table (9) en coulissant sur la partie fixe (17). - Machine d'installation (1) selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle ladite machine comprend une section de sécurité manuelle (5), qui comprend une partie de serrage pour comprimer le matériau à riveter pendant l'opération de rivetage.
- Machine d'installation (1) selon la revendication 2 dans laquelle ladite partie de serrage de la section de sécurité manuelle (5) comprend un mécanisme qui peut se déplacer selon l'axe vertical (y) en fonction de l'épaisseur du matériau à riveter.
- Machine d'installation (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite machine d'installation (1) comprend un mécanisme de commande PLC et un affichage (12).
- Machine d'installation (1) selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle ladite machine d'installation (1) comprend un laser qui détermine le point en lequel l'accessoire et le tenon sont rivetés sur le matériau plan (30).
- Machine d'installation (1) selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle lesdits tenons sont des clous ou des rivets.
- Procédé pour coupler une pluralité de matériaux plans (30) en rivetant des éléments de montage (31) dessus, comprenant les étapes de :fournir une machine d'installation selon la revendication 1,alimenter le matériau plan (30) vers ladite machine, etriveter les éléments de montage (31) pour couplage des matériaux plans (30) afin fournir un produit fini.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel lesdits matériaux plans (30) comprennent du carton ou un cartonnage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit produit est un carton (301).
