Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen In-Ohr Hörer und einen Erweiterungsadapter.
- In-Ohr Hörer sind in den letzten Jahren sehr beliebt geworden, da sie zunehmend zusammen mit MP3-Playern oder Mediaplayern verwendet werden. In-Ohr Hörer sind jedoch oftmals nicht dazu geeignet, beim Sport oder bei heftigen Aktivitäten getragen zu werden, da diese In-Ohr Hörer dazu neigen, aus der Concha eines Anwenders herauszufallen.

US 5,712,453 zeigt einen In-Ohr Hörer mit einem Erweiterungsadapter, der über einen Arm verfügt, welcher in der Concha verankert werden kann. -
US 1,668,910 zeigt einen In-Ohr Hörer mit einem Erweiterungsadapter, welcher in Form eines Fragezeichens ausgestaltet ist. -
DE 10 2004 010 198 A1 zeigt einen In-Ohr Hörer mit einem Stützelement, welches in der Concha eines Hörers verankert werden kann. -
US 6,810,987 B1 zeigt einen In-Ohr Hörer mit einem Stützelement, welches in der Concha eines Nutzers verankert werden kann. -
DE 102 27 450 A1 zeigt ein Headset mit einem steifen Bügel zur Anlage in der Concha. Hierbei ist lediglich ein Ende des Bügels an dem In-Ohr Hörer befestigt. -
DE 297 18 483 U1 zeigt eine Befestigungseinheit zum Befestigen von otologischen Geräten in einem Ohr eines Nutzers. Hierbei kann die Befestigungseinheit zwei Bügel aufweisen, welche zum einen in der Concha und zum anderen im Bereich des Antitragus verankert werden. -
US 2003/0174853 A1 zeigt ein Headset mit einem Erweiterungsadapter, wobei der Erweiterungsadapter mit seinem ersten Ende an dem Headset befestigt wird und das zweite Ende in einer Concha befestigt wird. - Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen In-Ohr Hörer vorzusehen, welcher beim Sport oder anderen heftigen oder lebhaften Aktivitäten verwendet werden kann und dem Benutzer ein möglichst guten Tragekomfort bietet, d.h. der Hörer soll einerseits bei sportlichen Aktivitäten im Ohr des Anwenders sitzen, andererseits sich aber auch komfortabel an fast jedes Ohr eines Anwenders anpassen können, ohne das damit ein unangenehmes Trägergefühl, insbesondere Druckschmerzen im Ohr des Benutzers erzeugt werden.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen In-Ohr Hörer gemäß Anspruch 1 und einen Erweiterungsadapter gemäß Anspruch 5 gelöst.
- Daher wird ein In-Ohr Hörer vorgesehen, welcher ein Gehäuse zur Aufnahme eines elektroakustischen Wandlers und einer Erweiterungsadaptereinheit aufweist, welche mit dem Gehäuse des In-Ohr Hörers gekoppelt ist. Die Erweiterungsadaptereinheit weist eine Erweiterungseinheit mit einem oberen Teil mit einer Krümmung bzw. Rundung auf, welche in das Crus Inferius Anthelicis, die Anti-Helix und/oder die Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders passt. Der Erweiterungsadapter weist ferner mindestens ein Koppelelement zum Koppeln des oberen Teils mit dem Gehäuse des In-Ohr Hörers auf. Die Erweiterungseinheit weist zumindest zwei flexible Beine als Koppelelemente auf. Ein Bein ist mit einem ersten Ende des oberen Teils und ein zweites Bein ist mit dem zweiten Ende des oberen Teils gekoppelt.
- Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls einen Erweiterungsadapter für einen In-Ohr Hörer. Der Erweiterungsadapter weist eine Ringeinheit zur Befestigung an einem Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers auf. Der Erweiterungsadapter weist ferner eine Erweiterungseinheit mit einem oberen Teil mit einer Krümmung zum Biegen bzw. Anpassen an der Crus Inferius Anthelicis, der Anti-Helix und der Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders auf. Die Erweiterungseinheit weist ferner mindestens ein Koppelelement zum Koppeln des oberen Teils mit dem Ring auf.
- Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung weist die Erweiterungseinheit mindestens zwei Beine als Koppelelemente auf. Ein Bein ist mit einem ersten Ende des oberen Teils und ein zweites Bein ist mit dem zweiten Ende des unteren Teils gekoppelt.
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Erweiterungsadapter mit einem Ring zum Koppeln mit einem Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers und einer Erweiterungseinheit im Wesentlichen in Form einer Haiflosse. Die Erweiterungseinheit weist eine Krümmung auf, welche in einen Crus Inferius Anthelicis, einer Anti-Helix und/oder einer Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders passt.
- Die Erfindung betrifft die Idee, einen Erweiterungsadapter oder eine Erweiterungseinheit zu verwenden, welche beispielsweise aus einem weichen Gummi hergestellt ist, welche ein Biegen und Anpassen in unterschiedliche Ohren ermöglicht. Eine derartige Erweiterungseinheit kann an dem Gehäuse des In-Ohrs befestigt werden, wodurch ein sicherer und enger Sitz im Ohr des Anwenders insbesondere an der Crus Inferius Anthelicis, der Anti-Helix und der Concha ermöglicht wird.
- Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung kann die Erweiterungseinheit austauschbar ausgestaltet sein.
- Weitere Aspekte der Erfindung werden in den anhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Ausführungsbeispiele und Vorteile der Erfindung werden nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Fig. 1A und 1B zeigen eine schematische Darstellung eines Erweiterungsadapters gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Der Erweiterungsadapter kann austauschbar bzw. abnehmbar an einem Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers befestigt werden. Der Erweiterungsadapter oder die Erweiterungsadaptereinheit weist einen Ring 10 mit einem Loch 11 und einer Erweiterungseinheit 20 auf. Der Ring 10 und das Loch 11 sind derart ausgewählt, dass der Ring sicher auf ein Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers passt. Somit kann die Erweiterungsadaptereinheit an einem Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers angebracht oder befestigt werden. Die Erweiterungseinheit 20 ist mit dem Ring 10 verbunden und dient als Mittel zum Sichern des Erweiterungsadapters in einem Ohr eines Anwenders. Die Erweiterungseinheit 10 weist vier Beine 22, 23, 24 und 25 sowie ein oberes und ein unteres Teil 26 auf, welches eine bestimmte Krümmung aufweist. Der obere Teil 26 kann an dem Crus Inferius Anthelicis, der Anti-Helix und/oder der Concha eines Ohrs platziert werden und weist ein erstes Ende 28 und ein zweites Ende 29 auf. Das erste Ende 28 des oberen Teils 26 ist mit dem ersten Bein 22 der Erweiterungseinheit 20 gekoppelt, während das vierte Bein 25 mit dem zweiten Ende 29 des oberen Teils 26 gekoppelt ist. Das erste Bein 22 der Erweiterungseinheit 20 ist an einen ersten Verbindungspunkt 22, das zweite Bein 23 ist mit einem zweiten Verbindungspunkt 13, das dritte Bein 24 ist mit einem dritten Verbindungspunkt und das vierte Bein 24 ist mit einem vierten Verbindungspunkt 15 gekoppelt. Der erste, zweite, dritte und vierte Verbindungspunkt 12, 13, 14 und 15 sind an dem Ring 10 vorgesehen. Der Ring 10 und die Erweiterungseinheit 20 können einteilig bzw. als ein Teil hergestellt werden. Alternativ dazu kann die Erweiterungseinheit 20 an dem Ring 10 vorgesehen bzw. befestigt werden. Der Ring kann als ein geschlossener oder offener Ring ausgestaltet sein. - Obwohl das erste, zweite, dritte und vierte Bein 22 - 25 mit einer bestimmten Krümmung dargestellt worden sind, können diese Beine ebenfalls als gerade Linien implementiert werden. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass obwohl vier verschiedene Beine 22 - 25 in den
Fig. 1A und Fig. 1B gezeigt worden sind, die Erweiterungseinheit 20 mit weniger oder mehr als diesen vier Beinen implementiert werden kann. Die Erweiterungseinheit 20 kann auch ohne Beine beispielsweise als ein Vollkörper implementiert werden. Die Krümmung 27 des oberen Teils 26 ist ausgewählt, damit sie (sicher) in einer Crus Inferius Anthelicis, einer Anti-Helix und einer Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders passt. - Obwohl oben das Material der Erweiterungseinheit 20 und insbesondere das Material der vier Beine als ein Material beschrieben worden sind, kann die Erweiterungseinheit implementiert werden, wobei das obere Teil 26 aus einem anderen Material hergestellt werden kann als die Beine 22 - 25.
- Durch den Erweiterungsadapter gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel kann ein In-Ohr Hörer sicher und komfortabel in fast jedes Ohr eines Anwenders angepasst werden. Somit kann ein Erweiterungsadapter vorgesehen werden, welcher eine Einheitsgröße (One-sizefits-all) aufweist bzw. in alle Ohren passt.
- Das Material des Erweiterungsadapters gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist vorzugsweise weiches Gummi. Alternativ dazu können andere Materialien verwendet werden, welche ausreichend flexibel sind und welche eine komfortable und sichere Verwendung des Erweiterungsadapters in den Ohren der Anwender erlauben.

Fig. 2A bis 2D zeigt eine Draufsicht, eine Frontansicht, eine Seitenansicht, eine isometrische Ansicht A und eine isometrische Ansicht B eines In-Ohr Hörers gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel. Hier in dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Erweiterungsadapter gemäß denFig. 1A und 1B ein Teil des Gehäuses eines In-Ohr Hörers, beispielsweise ein Bestandteil des In-Ohr Hörers. Das Gehäuse 50 des In-Ohr Hörers ist mit dem Erweiterungsadapter verbunden. Wie in denFig. 2B, 2C und 2E zu sehen, entspricht der Erweiterungsadapter gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel im Wesentlichen dem Erweiterungsadapter gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Somit weist die Erweiterungseinheit 20 vier Beine 22 - 25 auf, welche mit dem Ring 10 an ihren ersten Enden verbunden sind und welche an ihren zweiten Enden mit dem oberen Teil 26 verbunden sind. Das obere Teil 26 weist ein erstes und zweites Ende 28, 29 auf, wobei das erste Ende 28 mit dem ersten Bein 22 und das zweite Ende 29 mit dem vierten Bein 25 gekoppelt ist. - Die Erweiterungseinheit 20 gemäß dem ersten oder zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel weist ein oberes Teil 26 mit einer Krümmung auf. Das obere Teil 26 mit der Krümmung ist mit dem Ring 10 durch zumindest ein Bein 22 - 25 verbunden. Die Beine sind vorzugsweise aus einem weichen Gummi hergestellt. Das obere Teil 26 mit der Krümmung ist derart ausgewählt, dass es in die Crus Inferius Anthelicis, der Anti-Helix und der Concha eines Anwenders passt, wobei die zweiten Enden 29 an der Crus Inferius Anthelicis, und das erste Ende 28 in der Concha des Anwenders aufliegen kann. Mittels der flexiblen Beine 22 - 25 kann das obere Teil 26 mit der Krümmung in unterschiedlich komplexe Formen eines Ohrs eines Anwenders passen. Insbesondere da die Beine flexibel sind, kann sich das obere Teil 26 biegen, soweit dies erforderlich ist. Wenn die Krümmung des Crus Inferius Anthelicis, der Anti-Helix und der Concha eines Anwenders groß ist, dann kann die Krümmung des oberen Teils 26 an eine derartige Krümmung angepasst werden, da die flexiblen Beine 22 - 25 sich entsprechend biegen werden.
- Wie in den
Fig. 1A bis 2D gezeigt, ist der Erweiterungsadapter im Wesentlichen in Form einer Haiflosse ausgestaltet. - Der Erweiterungsadapter gemäß dem ersten oder zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel kann beispielsweise eine Federsteifigkeit aufweisen, wobei die Federsteifigkeit in vertikaler Richtung (gemäß dem Pfeil F1 von
Fig. 2B ) zwischen 0,05 bis 0,6 N/mm aufweisen kann. Bevorzugterweise weist die Federsteifigkeit hier einen Wert von 0,3 N/mm auf. - Der Erweiterungsadapter kann ferner eine Federsteifigkeit in horizontaler Richtung (gemäß dem Pfeil F2 von
Fig. 2C ) von 0,02 bis 0,4 N/mm aufweisen. Vorzugsweise kann diese Federsteifigkeit einen Wert von 0,08 N/mm aufweisen. - Die Federsteifigkeit F1 wurde ermittelt, indem der In-Ohr Hörer an den Einspannpunkten 1000 eingespannt wird und ein Druck von oben an der Stelle des Pfeils F1 in
Fig. 2B ausgeübt wird. Hierbei wurde die Kraft bei einer Dehnung (Auslenkung) von 4 mm erfasst. Insbesondere wurden fünf Messungen durchgeführt, wobei die gemessene Kraft 0,507; 0,508; 0,514; 0,504; 0,507 N erreichte. - Bei der zweiten Federsteifigkeit wurde der Hörer bzw. der Erweiterungsadapter ebenfalls an den Einspannpunkten 1000 eingeklemmt bzw. eingespannt und es wurde eine Kraft bei einer Dehnung (Auslenkung) von 4 mm ermittelt. Hierbei wurden fünf Messungen durchgeführt und es wurden Drücke von 0,197; 0,195; 0,200; 0,194 und 0,201 N erfasst.
- Bei den Messungen der Federsteifigkeit wurde die Kraft bei einer Auslenkung von 4 mm erfasst.
Claims (11)
- In-Ohr Hörer, mit
einem Gehäuse (50) zum Aufnehmen eines elektroakustischen Wandlers, und
einer Erweiterungsadaptereinheit (20), welche mit dem Gehäuse (50) des In-Ohr Hörers gekoppelt ist,
wobei die Erweiterungsadaptereinheit eine Erweiterungseinheit (20) mit einem oberen Teil (26) mit einer Krümmung zum Anpassen in eine Crus Inferius Anthelicis, in eine Anti-Helix und/oder in eine Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders und zumindest ein flexibles Koppelelement zum Koppeln des oberen Teils (26) an das Gehäuse (50) des In-Ohr Hörers aufweist. - In-Ohr Hörer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (26) ein erstes Ende (28) und ein zweites Ende (29) aufweist, die den Bereich der Krümmung einschließen, und dass das zweite Ende (29) an der Crus Inferius Anthelicis und das erste Ende (28) in der Concha des Anwenders aufliegen kann.
- In-Ohr Hörer nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zumindest eine Bein (22 - 25) eine Krümmung aufweist.
- In-Ohr Hörer nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, wobei die Erweiterungseinheit (2) eine Federsteifigkeit in vertikaler Richtung zwischen 0,05 und 0,6 N/mm aufweist.
- In-Ohr Hörer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Erweiterungseinheit (2) eine Federsteifigkeit in horizontaler Richtung von 0,02 bis 0,4 N/mm aufweist.
- Erweiterungsadapter für ein In-Ohr Hörer, mit
einer Ringeinheit (10) zum Befestigen an einem Gehäuse (50) des In-Ohr Hörers, und
einer Erweiterungseinheit (20) mit einem oberen Teil (26) mit einer Krümmung zum Anpassen in eine Crus Inferius Anthelicis, einer Anti-Helix und/oder einer Concha eines Ohrs des Anwenders und zumindest einem flexiblen Koppelelement (22 - 25) zum Koppeln des oberen Teils (26) an die Ringeinheit (10). - Erweiterungsadapter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (26) ein erstes Ende (28) und ein zweites Ende (29) aufweist, die den Bereich der Krümmung einschließen, und dass das zweite Ende (29) eine Crus Inferius Anthelicis und das erste Ende (28) in der Concha des Anwenders aufliegen kann.
- Erweiterungsadapter nach Anspruch 7, wobei das zumindest eine Bein eine Krümmung aufweist.
- Erweiterungsadapter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Erweiterungseinheit (2) in vertikaler Richtung eine Federsteifigkeit zwischen 0,05 und 0,6 N/mm aufweist.
- Erweiterungsadapter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die Erweiterungseinheit (2) eine Federsteifigkeit in horizontaler Richtung von 0,02 bis 0,4 N/mm aufweist.
- Erweiterungsadapter, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, mit
einem Ring (10) zum Koppeln mit einem Gehäuse eines In-Ohr Hörers und einer Erweiterungseinheit (20) im Wesentlichen in Form einer Haiflosse, wobei die Erweiterungseinheit (20) eine Krümmung aufweist, welche in eine Crus Inferius Anthelicis, Anti-Helix und/oder einer Concha eines Ohrs eines Anwenders passt.
