  • the second mattress element can be rotated about its vertical axis with respect to the first mattress element, so that the plurality of grooves is located either under the user's legs or under the user's shoulders.
  • the grooves are usually located under the legs or lower legs of the user, since the legs are a relatively light part of the body. If the user desires more comfort on the shoulder, particularly in the side sleeping position, the second mattress element can be rotated so that the grooves lie at shoulder level.
  • the second mattress element can have a lower hardness than the first mattress element.
  • the recess in the first mattress element is at least partially trapezoidal in longitudinal section (trapezoidal prism) and / or the insert is at least partially trapezoidal in longitudinal section (trapezoidal prism).
  • the insert can be held stable in its position in the recess and can be easily replaced.
  • the insert can be trapezoidal (trapezoidal-prismatic) in its longitudinal section and rectangular (cuboid) in its lower section.
  • the recess can be trapezoidal in longitudinal section in its inner region and rectangular (cuboid) in its outer region.
  • the volume of the insert is greater than the volume of the recess and / or the height of the insert is greater than the depth of the recess in the first mattress element. A particularly hard operation is thereby achieved.

  • the further mattress element can have a mattress element with a viscoelasticity and / or a mattress element with a hardness that is lower than the hardness of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth mattress element.
  • the second mattress arrangement can be a so-called topper, by means of which the mattress arrangement can be adapted to the individual needs of the user.
  • the inserts fulfill an important function of the mattress arrangement.
  • Conventional mattresses of the prior art have the problem that the human body sinks most at the level of the hip, particularly in the side sleeping position. As a result, the spine of the user is no longer in its optimal straight horizontal position, but more or less curved. On the one hand, this results in high pressure on the usually very pressure-sensitive hip. On the other hand, back problems can occur. Will be a tougher bet in the first Inserted mattress element, the spine is back in its optimal straight horizontal position.
  • Foam mattresses settle in the hip area after only a few months of use, although they may have worn out over the years. If the user inserts harder inserts into the first mattress element, the mattress arrangement can be adapted to the anatomy. On the other hand, the process of seating or sagging can be stopped or compensated for. The hip is also relieved.
  • the fifth mattress element relieves the legs. From an anatomical point of view, the thighs are thicker than the knees and lower legs. As a result, the fifth mattress element, which only extends in the area of the legs, brings about a more uniform contact surface and consequently more comfort for the user.
