Claims (15)

  1. Construction de façade ou fenêtre comportant plusieurs éléments de fenêtre (102, 106) disposés côté à côte, qui sont limités respectivement par des éléments cadres (624, 625), dans laquelle au niveau de deux éléments cadres extérieurs (625), des rails de guidage (10, 108) d'une installation de protection solaire (100 ; 1000) sont prévus, dans laquelle entre les rails de guidage (10, 108) au moins un rail de protection (610, 611) qui est fixé à un élément cadre médian est prévu, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau du rail de guidage, une protection antichute est fixée d'un côté ou des deux côtés, qui est fixée sur son côté opposé à ce rail de protection (610, 611) ou dans l'un des deux rails de guidage (10) ou un autre rail de protection (610, 611).
  2. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une protection antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) s'étend sur la largeur d'un élément de fenêtre (102).
  3. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un élément de fenêtre (102) doté d'une protection antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) est conçu au ras du sol et est doté d'une possibilité d'ouverture.
  4. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un rail de guidage (10) dans lequel une protection antichute est maintenue possède un profilé porteur (12) qui présente outre une section de guidage (18) pour l'installation de protection solaire, au moins un réceptacle (32) pour la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634).
  5. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un réceptacle (32) est conçu entre une branche de profilé (30) disposée au niveau du profilé porteur (12) et un bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) monté au niveau du profilé porteur (12), dans laquelle le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) peut être préchargé contre une butée (52) au moyen d'un élément de retenue (56 ; 256) élastique précontraint qui est disposé entre la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) et le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244).
  6. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que entre le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) et le profilé porteur (12) est prévu au moins un point d'appui qui définit une direction de mouvement du bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) de la butée en direction de la protection antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634), dans laquelle le point d'appui est conçu de préférence comme un point d'articulation qui définit un axe de pivotement autour duquel le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) peut pivoter lors du montage contre la butée (52).
  7. Construction de façade ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la protection antichute est conçue sous la forme d'une vitre (234, 634) ou d'une balustrade (334).
  8. Système de protection solaire pour l'édification d'une construction de façade ou fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comportant deux rails de guidage latéraux (10) dans lesquels une suspension de protection solaire est guidée, et au moins une sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) qui s'étend seulement sur une zone partielle de l'intervalle de rail de guidage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rail de protection (610 ; 611) qui est conçu sur au moins un côté de la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) est prévu en tant que son support, tandis que l'autre côté de la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) est maintenu sur ou dans l'un des deux rails de guidage (10).
  9. Système de protection solaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux sécurités antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) sont prévues côte à côte, qui sont maintenues par un rail de protection (610, 611) respectivement intermédiaire, dans lequel au moins une sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) est maintenue dans ou sur l'un des deux rails de guidage (10).
  10. Système de protection solaire selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau des rails de guidage et/ou de protection (10) respectifs, un réceptacle (32) dont la largeur peut être réglée est conçu pour la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634).
  11. Système de protection solaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un réceptacle (32) est conçu par entre une branche de profilé (30) et un bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244), dans lequel le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) peut être préchargé contre une butée (52) au moyen d'un élément de retenue (56 ; 256) élastique précontraint qui est disposé entre la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) et le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244).
  12. Système de protection solaire selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que entre le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) et le profilé porteur (12) est prévu au moins un point d'appui qui définit une direction de mouvement du bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) de la butée en direction de la protection antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634), dans lequel le point d'appui est conçu de préférence comme un point d'articulation qui définit un axe de pivotement autour duquel le bloc de raccordement (44 ; 244) peut pivoter lors du montage contre la butée (52).
  13. Système de protection solaire selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que pour le bloc de raccordement, deux ou plusieurs points de fixation ou d'appui (660) qui possèdent un intervalle différent respectivement par rapport au profilé sont prévus.
  14. Système de protection solaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que dans le réceptacle (32) sont disposés au moins deux éléments fonctionnels conçus séparément l'un de l'autre, dont l'un est une sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634).
  15. Système de protection solaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les rails de guidage (10) et/ou les rails de protection (610, 611) présentent des alésages (36) pour le montage sur un fond (24) qui à l'état monté sont cachés par la sécurité antichute (234 ; 334 ; 634) ou ses éléments de fixation.
