Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'empilage (10) pour des palettes, permettant d'empiler une deuxième palette (1') sur une première palette (1), lequel dispositif d'empilage (10) présente des montants d'angle (11), des sections des montants d'angle (11) pouvant être contiguës de faces extérieures de la première palette (1) dans chaque zone d'angle de la première palette (1) et les montants d'angle (11) voisins étant reliés deux par deux par une entretoise latérale (14, 15), chaque montant d'angle (11) présentant un élément d'appui (13) qui s'appuie dans la zone d'angle correspondante sur une face supérieure de la palette (1), et un support (12) qui peut être déployé vers le haut étant prévu sur chaque montant d'angle (11) et présentant à son extrémité supérieure libre un logement pour la deuxième palette (1'), caractérisé en ce que les montants d'angle sont profilés en forme de U et en ce que chaque élément d'appui (13) est disposé sur le montant d'angle (11) de façon réglable en hauteur.
  2. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins deux des entretoises latérales (14, 15) se faisant face sont conformées de façon télescopique.
  3. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les entretoises latérales télescopiques (14, 15) présentent deux parties profilées en forme de U ou de C qui se mettent en prise les unes dans les autres en coulissant l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  4. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel au moins deux des entretoises latérales (14, 15) sont reliées de façon amovible aux montants d'angle (11).
  5. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins deux des entretoises latérales (14, 15) sont reliées de façon pivotante aux montants d'angle (11).
  6. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel chaque élément d'appui (13) est relié au support (12) correspondant.
  7. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel chaque élément d'appui (13) est relié de façon réglable au support (12) correspondant.
  8. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le logement pour les coins de la deuxième palette (1') est une coque de logement (121).
  9. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel au moins une des entretoises latérales (14, 15) est supportée aux deux extrémités sur les montants d'angle (11) correspondants par un palier pivotant (143) avec possibilité de pivotement autour d'un axe horizontal.
  10. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les entretoises latérales (14, 15) sont supportées sur les montants d'angle (11) par des charnières (142, 152) avec possibilité de pivotement autour d'un axe vertical.
  11. Dispositif d'empilage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel les montants d'angle (11) et/ou les supports (12) et/ou les entretoises latérales (14, 15) sont fabriqués entièrement ou en partie à partir d'une tôle métallique.
