Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction device for cleaning purposes, which comprises a suction unit, one of which can be acted upon by vacuum suction container with a suction inlet and a suction material outlet, a suction device arranged on the suction closing device which closes the suction material outlet in a closed position with a cover and at neglecting negative pressure by the weight of suction material is convertible into an open position in which the covering element releases the suction material outlet and passes suction material through the suction material outlet into a dirt bag.
- the dirt bag is used in particular for collecting light, loose dirt in dust form, powder form, in the form of chips or the like.
- the suction material is sucked under the effect of the negative pressure through the suction inlet into the suction container.
- the closing device assumes a closed position, and the suction material outlet is closed by the cover.
- the closing device is transferred under the action of the weight of the suction material, which bears against the cover, in the open position.
- the suction material thus enters the dirt bag, which can then be detached from the suction device and disposed of.
- the dirt bag can be a bag bag or a so-called "endless tube" closed by means of a closing element.
- the problem with such suction devices that the weight of the suction material may not be large enough to transfer the closing device from the closed position to the open position.
- the reason for this can be, for example, the small amount of sucked in suction material or the fact that suction material partially adheres to walls of the suction container off the cover. This problem occurs, for example, with moist suction material.
- a suction device with suction outlet and arranged thereon closure device as described above is in the WO 2010/040178 A1 disclosed.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a generic suction device, which has a more reliable operation.
- the suction device comprises an actuator for a user, which is mechanically coupled to the locking device for their transfer from the closed position to the open position.
- the actuating device By means of the actuating device, a user is given the opportunity to transfer the closing device, if necessary, from the closed position into the open position. This can ensure that even after switching off the suction unit of the suction inlet can be released to collect waste material in the dirt bag.
- the actuator is preferably accessible to the user from outside of the dirty room and thus user-friendly operable.
- the actuating device is manually operable, for example, on or in the vicinity of a handle element of the suction device.
- the gripping element may, for example, be a gripping element of the suction container.
- the actuating device is foot-actuated.
- the closing device is held by the negative pressure of the suction unit in the closed position. This ensures that the dirt bag is not sucked into the suction container through the suction material outlet under the effect of the negative pressure.
- the actuating device is designed such that the closing device is not present in the presence of a negative pressure of the suction unit the open position can be transferred. For example, only such a force can be exerted on the closing device that it can not be transferred into the open position when the cover element is simultaneously subjected to negative pressure. This avoids that, as mentioned above, the dirt bag is sucked in a closing position engaging the opening position in the suction container. Instead, it may be provided that the actuating device is designed so that the closing device can be opened mechanically only by the user when the suction unit is switched off.
- the cover preferably comprises a flap or is designed as such, which is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis on the suction device.

- the closing device conveniently comprises a restoring element, by means of which the closing device can be transferred into the closed position or held in the closed position when the negative pressure is absent.
- the closed position is accordingly a basic position of the locking device.
- the return element comprises or forms a counterweight for the cover, which counterweight is effective against movement of the cover.
- the counterweight is on one of the above-mentioned pivot axis opposite side of the flap arranged.
- the weight acting on the suction material can lead to this and, alternatively or additionally, a tensile force and / or thrust force on the flap and / or on the counterweight.
- the actuating device has an actuating element which is connected directly or indirectly to the closing device.
- the actuating element is or comprises, for example, a tension element and / or a push element. This gives the possibility of exerting a tensile force and / or a thrust force on the closing device.
- the tensile and / or shear force can act on the mentioned restoring element and in particular counterweight.
- the tension member is conveniently a rope, for example a wire rope.
- the rope is preferably an eyelet or loop arranged or formed, whereby a user is facilitated pulling on the rope.

- the actuating element can be actuated by a user at or in the region of a grip element or operating element of the suction device, especially of the suction container.
- the actuating element may alternatively or additionally be guided on a housing part of a housing of the suction device.
- the actuating element passed through the housing part. This can be acted upon from outside the dirt chamber on the arranged in the dirt chamber closing device.
- the housing part is, for example, a housing shell, which surrounds the suction container at least in sections.
- the holding device explained below can be arranged for the dirt bag.
- the suction device advantageously comprises or forms a holding device for the dirt bag.

This is necessary, for example, when in the suction container 32 so little suction material is collected that its gravity is sufficient to open the flap 50 against the action of the counterweight 62. In practice, it could also happen that, for example, moist suction material adheres to the walls of the suction container 32. Despite a large amount of suction material in the suction container 32, the proportion of suction material on the flap 50 is rather low, so that the gravity of this suction material is not sufficient to open the flap 50.
- the user can attack on the eyelet 104 and act on the cable 102 with a tensile force.
- the guide 106 it is ensured that the cable 102 is reliably guided and the tensile force is transmitted to the locking device 46.
- the spring element 112 initially damps the tensile force due to the deformation a little, so that the flap 50 is opened, but not jerky or abrupt.
- the user can actuate into the actuating device 96 from outside the dirt chamber for opening the locking device 46.
- the closing device 46 By manually operating the closing device 46, the suction material outlet 40 can also be opened to dispose of waste material, if the flap 50 does not open automatically as a result of the gravity of the suction material.
- the closing device 46 again assumes the closed position due to the action of the counterweight 62.
- the actuator 96 is connected to the lower portion 36.
- the actuator 96 is disassembled from the suction device 10 together with the lower portion 36.

- the lever 122 is pivotably mounted on the housing 66 at a joint 124 which defines a pivot axis 126.
- the storage takes place on the housing part 68, for example on the first wall section 74.
- a first portion 128 of the lever 122 projects outwardly from the housing part 68 and is positioned approximately in the area of the handle element 22.
- a second portion 130 of the lever 122 projects into the intermediate space 94 between the housing part 68 and the suction container 32.
- the lever 122 is connected via an intermediate member 132 with a holding member 134 on the counterweight 62.
- the intermediate member 132 engages a hinge 138 defining a pivot axis on the second portion 130 and further on a pivot axis defining joint 142 on the holding member 134th
