Description

The invention relates to a suction device for cleaning purposes, which comprises a suction unit, one of which can be acted upon by vacuum suction container with a suction inlet and a suction material outlet, a suction device arranged on the suction closing device which closes the suction material outlet in a closed position with a cover and at neglecting negative pressure by the weight of suction material is convertible into an open position in which the covering element releases the suction material outlet and passes suction material through the suction material outlet into a dirt bag.

In such a suction device, the dirt bag is used in particular for collecting light, loose dirt in dust form, powder form, in the form of chips or the like. The suction material is sucked under the effect of the negative pressure through the suction inlet into the suction container. The closing device assumes a closed position, and the suction material outlet is closed by the cover. In particular, after switching off the suction unit and thereby attributable negative pressure, the closing device is transferred under the action of the weight of the suction material, which bears against the cover, in the open position. The suction material thus enters the dirt bag, which can then be detached from the suction device and disposed of. The dirt bag can be a bag bag or a so-called "endless tube" closed by means of a closing element.

In practice, the problem with such suction devices that the weight of the suction material may not be large enough to transfer the closing device from the closed position to the open position. The reason for this can be, for example, the small amount of sucked in suction material or the fact that suction material partially adheres to walls of the suction container off the cover. This problem occurs, for example, with moist suction material.

A suction device with suction outlet and arranged thereon closure device as described above is in the WO 2010/040178 A1 disclosed.

Object of the present invention is to provide a generic suction device, which has a more reliable operation.

This object is achieved in a suction device of the type mentioned in the present invention, that the suction device comprises an actuator for a user, which is mechanically coupled to the locking device for their transfer from the closed position to the open position.

By means of the actuating device, a user is given the opportunity to transfer the closing device, if necessary, from the closed position into the open position. This can ensure that even after switching off the suction unit of the suction inlet can be released to collect waste material in the dirt bag. The actuator is preferably accessible to the user from outside of the dirty room and thus user-friendly operable.

In an advantageous embodiment, the actuating device is manually operable, for example, on or in the vicinity of a handle element of the suction device. The gripping element may, for example, be a gripping element of the suction container.

Alternatively or additionally, it may be provided that the actuating device is foot-actuated.

In a structurally simple embodiment, it is advantageous if the closing device is held by the negative pressure of the suction unit in the closed position. This ensures that the dirt bag is not sucked into the suction container through the suction material outlet under the effect of the negative pressure.

It is advantageous if the actuating device is designed such that the closing device is not present in the presence of a negative pressure of the suction unit the open position can be transferred. For example, only such a force can be exerted on the closing device that it can not be transferred into the open position when the cover element is simultaneously subjected to negative pressure. This avoids that, as mentioned above, the dirt bag is sucked in a closing position engaging the opening position in the suction container. Instead, it may be provided that the actuating device is designed so that the closing device can be opened mechanically only by the user when the suction unit is switched off.

The cover preferably comprises a flap or is designed as such, which is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis on the suction device. For example, the flap is pivotally mounted on the suction container. The pivot axis is preferably aligned horizontally.

Position and orientation information such as "horizontal", "top", "bottom" or the like are presently considered to refer to a proper use of the suction device. In this case, the suction device is positioned in an operating position on a horizontally considered footprint.

The closing device conveniently comprises a restoring element, by means of which the closing device can be transferred into the closed position or held in the closed position when the negative pressure is absent. The closed position is accordingly a basic position of the locking device. When the suction unit is switched off and there is no actuation of the actuating device, the closing device assumes the closed position, in which the suction material outlet is closed by the cover element.

Conveniently, the return element comprises or forms a counterweight for the cover, which counterweight is effective against movement of the cover. For example, the counterweight is on one of the above-mentioned pivot axis opposite side of the flap arranged. To open the flap, the weight acting on the suction material can lead to this and, alternatively or additionally, a tensile force and / or thrust force on the flap and / or on the counterweight.

Advantageously, the actuating device has an actuating element which is connected directly or indirectly to the closing device.

The actuating element is or comprises, for example, a tension element and / or a push element. This gives the possibility of exerting a tensile force and / or a thrust force on the closing device. In an advantageous embodiment, the tensile and / or shear force can act on the mentioned restoring element and in particular counterweight.

The tension member is conveniently a rope, for example a wire rope. The rope is preferably an eyelet or loop arranged or formed, whereby a user is facilitated pulling on the rope. To guide the rope, at least one Bowden cable can be provided.

It is favorable if the tension element and / or the push element is or comprises a rod or a rod. This gives in particular the possibility to shake by pulling and pushing on the rod or rod on the cover. The cover can therefore be transferred not only in the open position, but it is also possible to solve possibly adhering suction material by a shaking movement of the cover.

In another embodiment, it can be provided that the actuating element comprises a lever which is connected rigidly or pivotably to the closing device via at least one joint.

The lever may for example be fixed to the locking device, for example on the return element.

The lever is for example a pivot lever. Such a pivot lever is conveniently hinged to a housing part of a housing or on a handle element of the suction device to a designated joint.

It proves to be advantageous if the actuating device comprises a resiliently deformable under tensile force and / or pressure force spring element, via which the closing device is connected to the actuating element. By this indirect connection of the actuating element with the closing device, a tensile and / or pushing force can be damped, so that the closing device is not opened abruptly when actuated. This proves to be more advantageous in practice for the handling of the actuator.

The actuating element is connected for example directly or indirectly, in particular via the above-mentioned spring element, with a return element of the closing device for the cover.

It is advantageous if the actuating device has a guide on the suction device for the actuating element. This makes it possible to ensure reliable operation of the actuator. The guide has at least one guide element for the actuating element.

For example, the actuating element is guided on a gripping element of the suction device. The gripping element is, for example, a handle of the suction container to facilitate its mounting on the suction device. The gripping element may also be a handle bar for pushing and / or pulling the suction device via a footprint.

Overall, it is advantageous if the actuating element can be actuated by a user at or in the region of a grip element or operating element of the suction device, especially of the suction container.

The actuating element may alternatively or additionally be guided on a housing part of a housing of the suction device. For example, the actuating element passed through the housing part. This can be acted upon from outside the dirt chamber on the arranged in the dirt chamber closing device.

The housing part is, for example, a housing shell, which surrounds the suction container at least in sections. On the housing part, the holding device explained below can be arranged for the dirt bag.

The suction device advantageously comprises or forms a holding device for the dirt bag.

The holding device advantageously has a receptacle for storing an endless tube forming the dirt bag. The receptacle is, for example, an annular groove which surrounds the suction container in sections. For example, the groove surrounds an edge of the suction material outlet. In the recording, a ring-shaped packaged so-called "endless tube" can be used. Portions of the endless tube can be pulled out of the receptacle, and the endless tube can be closed to form the dirty bag with a closing element.

It is advantageous if the holding device is arranged on a housing part of a housing of the suction device or formed by this. The housing part is, for example, a housing shell, which surrounds the suction container at least in sections.

The holding device may surround an edge of the suction material outlet, wherein a gap between the edge and the holding device is formed, and wherein the actuating device is at least partially disposed in the intermediate space or passes through the intermediate space. For example, the actuator is led out of the space in which it is directly or indirectly connected to the locking device, so that the user can operate the actuator user-friendly. It is advantageous if the holding device is arranged on a housing part or is formed and when the actuator is led out of the dirty space.

As mentioned, the dirt bag may be formed by an endless tube which is closed by a closing element on one side. Such an endless tube is sold, for example, under the brand "Longopac" by the Swedish company Paxxo AB. The endless tube is formed of a polyethylene material, for example. The closing element is in particular a cable tie.

Alternatively it can be provided that the dirt bag is a bag bag, such as a plastic bag, fleece bag or paper bag.

The suction container can be completely or partially detachable from the suction device. Preferably, the actuating device and / or the closing device are connected to the suction container or its portion in order to be able to also be released from the suction device.

The drawing shows in the FIGS. 1 and 2 an occupied with the reference numeral 10 advantageous embodiment of a suction device according to the invention for cleaning purposes. The suction device 10 is a multipurpose suction device which is used in particular in workshops and / or industrial plants, for example in industrial production. In the configuration explained below, the suction device 10 is used, in particular, to suck in loose suction material, such as dust, powder or chips.

Das Bodenteil 16 umfasst eine Bodenplatte 18.The suction device 10 comprises a carrying device 12 with a presently frame-shaped supporting part 14 and a bottom part 16 held thereon. The bottom part 16 comprises a bottom plate 18.

On the support member 14, a handle is held, having the handle elements. The handle elements are designed as a handle. By tapping on the handle elements, the suction device 10 can be moved by means of a chassis 24 on a footprint 26.

The footprint 26 is presently assumed to be horizontal, and the suction device 10 takes on the footprint 26 in the intended use an operating position.

On the support member 14, a suction head 28 of the suction device 10 is further held, which receives a suction unit 30. On the bottom side, the suction head 28 is connected to a suction container 32. The suction container 32 can be acted upon when the suction unit 30 with negative pressure.

The suction container 32 comprises an upper portion 34 and a lower portion 36. The upper portion 34 is configured substantially cylindrical. Via a suction inlet 38 formed on the upper section 34, suction material can be sucked into the suction container 32 under the effect of the negative pressure.

On the suction container 32, a handle 20 is fixed, which has a handle element 22. The handle element 22 is designed as a handle. The lower portion 36 is detachably connectable to the upper portion 34. The handle member 22 is connected to the lower portion 36, whereby its assembly / disassembly is facilitated.

Zu diesem Zweck dient eine schräge Wand 44 des unteren Abschnittes 36.The lower portion 36 has a substantially funnel-shaped shape. On the bottom side, a suction outlet 40 is formed at the lower portion 36. The suction material outlet 40 comprises a passage opening 42, which in the present case is arranged centrally on the suction container 32. Aspirated suction material can be supplied to the suction gate outlet 40 as a result of the funnel-shaped configuration of the lower section 36. For this purpose, an inclined wall 44 of the lower portion 36 is used.

The suction device 10 comprises a closing device 46, which is arranged on the suction material outlet 40. The locking device 46 has a cover 48. In the present case, the cover element 48 is designed as a plate-shaped flap 50 in particular. The flap 50 is pivotably mounted on the lower section 36 on a pivot bearing 52 which defines a pivot axis 54. The pivot axis 54 is horizontally aligned in the present case, and the pivot bearing 52 is disposed at an edge 56 of the through hole 42.

The flap 50 can be transferred from a closed position, in which the suction outlet 40 is closed with the flap 50, in an open position in which the suction outlet 40 is released by the flap 50. In the closed position ( FIG. 3 ), the flap 50 sealingly abuts the edge 56. In this case, the flap 50 contacts the edge 56 from the bottom. When activated Suction unit 30, the flap 50 is thereby held under the action of the negative pressure sealing in the closed position. In the closed position sucked suction material can rest on the flap 50 and apply this to a downward force. This force is exerted on the flap 50 due to the weight of the suction material.

In the open position, after pivoting the flap 50 about the pivot axis 54, the suction gate outlet 40 is released. In this case, the passage opening 42 is opened, and the suction material can escape through the suction material outlet 40 downwards out of the suction container 32 (FIG. FIG. 4 ).

The closed position and the open position of the flap 50 is at the same time a closed position or an open position of the closing device 46.

The locking device 46 further comprises a return element 58 for the flap 50. The return element 58 has a holding member 60 connected to the flap 50, on which a counterweight 62 is held. The holding member 60 is formed in extension of the flap 50, wherein it may have an angling relative to this as in the present case. The counterweight 62 is fixed, for example via screwing on the holding member 60.

The counterweight 62 may include a plurality of interconnected weight members 64. In the present case, there are three of them.

The counterweight 62 and the flap 50 are disposed on opposite sides of the pivot axis 54. Under the action of the counterweight 62, the flap 50 is transferred from the open position to the closed position. If the flap 50 assumes the closed position, the flap 50 is held by the counterweight 62 in the closed position. This applies as long as the weight of the suction material on the flap 50 is not sufficient to convert the flap 50 as explained above from the closed position to the open position.

The suction device 10 comprises a housing 66, which is formed in sections by the suction container 32. The suction container 32 therefore forms a housing part of the housing 66. Another housing part 68 is designed as a housing jacket 70. The housing jacket 70 surrounds the suction container 32 in sections at its lower portion 36 and is preferably connected to the lower portion 36.

The housing jacket 70 is aligned coaxially with the suction container 32. Starting from the oblique wall 44, the housing jacket 70 extends downwards in the direction of the bottom part 16. The housing jacket 70 projects beyond the edge 56 of the suction material outlet 40. Between the lower end of the housing shell 70 and the bottom part 16, a free space 72 is arranged.

The housing shell 70 includes a first wall portion 74 extending from the sloping wall 44 to the lower end of the housing shell 70. In the present case, the first wall section 74 is formed in two parts. Further, the housing shell 70 comprises a second wall portion 76. The second wall portion 76 is connected at the bottom to the first wall portion 74 and surrounds the first wall portion 74 at its lower portion. In particular, the second wall portion 76 is aligned coaxially with the first wall portion 74.

The housing shell 70 is characterized in cross-section approximately J-shaped.

The suction device 10 comprises a holding device 78, which is formed by the housing part 68. The holding device 78 comprises the groove 80 formed between the wall sections 74 and 76, which in the present case is an annular groove. The groove 80 is a receptacle 82 of the holding device 78 for an endless tube 84. The endless tube 84 is stored as a schematically illustrated folded package 86 in the receptacle 82.

To form a flexible dirty bag 88, one end of the endless tube 84 is guided out of the receptacle 82 down into the free space 72 and closed by a closing element 90. The closing element 90 is presently a cable tie 92. The dirt bag 88 can rest on the bottom part 16.

Suction, which exits through the suction outlet 40 from the suction container 32 is collected in the dirt bag 88. The dirt bag 88 may be closed by a further closing element (not shown) at the top and then separated from the remainder of the endless tube 84 and disposed of.

Inside the housing part 68, a gap 94 is formed between the holding device 78 and the edge 56 of the suction outlet 40. In the space 94, the locking device 46 is positioned.

The suction device 10 comprises an actuating device 96. With the mechanical actuating device 96, a user can manually transfer the closing device 46 from the closed position into the release position.

The actuating device 96 has an actuating element 98 which in the present case is designed as a tension element 100. The tension element 100 in the present case is a cable 102 which has an eyelet 104 at one end for operation by the user.

For the cable 102, a guide 106 is provided which has two guide elements 108, 110.

The guide member 108 is a sleeve which is inserted into a through hole of the handle member 22. The cable 102 passes through the gripping element 22 and then the guide element 110. The guide element 110 is a sleeve which is inserted into a passage opening of the housing part 68, in particular approximately at the upper end of the first wall section 74.

The rope 102 is thereby guided from the outside, outside of the dirt chamber, through the housing part 68 into the intermediate space 94, in the region of the dirt chamber.

The eyelet 104 opposite end of the cable 102 is indirectly connected in the space 94 with the locking device 46, especially with the counterweight 62. For the indirect connection, an elastically deformable spring element 112 of the actuator 96 is provided. The spring element 112 is fixed to the counterweight 62 and connected to the cable 102. The spring element 112 is for example a bow spring, which can be elastically deformed in the presence of a tensile force.

With the suction device 10 according to the invention, suction material can be sucked into the suction container 32 under the action of the suction unit 30. The flap 50 assumes the closed position, under the action of the counterweight 62 and in addition due to the negative pressure in the suction container 32nd

When the suction unit 30 is switched off, the flap 50 opens under the force of gravity of the suction material, so that it is collected in the dirt bag 88.

In addition, the suction device 10 according to the invention comprises the actuating device 96 in order to ensure a more reliable function of the locking device 46. The user can use the easy-to-handle actuator 96 to transfer the flap 50 to the open position by manual operation. This is necessary, for example, when in the suction container 32 so little suction material is collected that its gravity is sufficient to open the flap 50 against the action of the counterweight 62. In practice, it could also happen that, for example, moist suction material adheres to the walls of the suction container 32. Despite a large amount of suction material in the suction container 32, the proportion of suction material on the flap 50 is rather low, so that the gravity of this suction material is not sufficient to open the flap 50.

To open the flap 50, the user can attack on the eyelet 104 and act on the cable 102 with a tensile force. By the guide 106 it is ensured that the cable 102 is reliably guided and the tensile force is transmitted to the locking device 46. The spring element 112 initially damps the tensile force due to the deformation a little, so that the flap 50 is opened, but not jerky or abrupt.

It is favorable that the user can actuate into the actuating device 96 from outside the dirt chamber for opening the locking device 46. By manually operating the closing device 46, the suction material outlet 40 can also be opened to dispose of waste material, if the flap 50 does not open automatically as a result of the gravity of the suction material.

If the tensile force on the cable 102 is omitted, the closing device 46 again assumes the closed position due to the action of the counterweight 62.

Dasselbe gilt für die Schließeinrichtung 46.The actuator 96 is connected to the lower portion 36. When replacing the lower portion 36 against a dimensionally stable, bucket-shaped dirt container therefore the actuator 96 is disassembled from the suction device 10 together with the lower portion 36. The same applies to the locking device 46.

The FIG. 6 shows in one of the FIG. 3 corresponding manner, in section, a further inventive suction device, which is designated by the reference numeral 120.

For identical or equivalent features and components of the suction devices 10 and 120, identical reference numerals are used. Only the essential differences are discussed. The achievable with the suction device 10 advantages can also be achieved with the suction device 120.

Insbesondere erfolgt die Lagerung am Gehäuseteil 68, beispielweise am ersten Wandabschnitt 74.In the suction device 120, the actuating device 96 comprises a lever 122 as the actuating element 98. The lever 122 is pivotably mounted on the housing 66 at a joint 124 which defines a pivot axis 126. In particular, the storage takes place on the housing part 68, for example on the first wall section 74.

A first portion 128 of the lever 122 projects outwardly from the housing part 68 and is positioned approximately in the area of the handle element 22. A second portion 130 of the lever 122 projects into the intermediate space 94 between the housing part 68 and the suction container 32.

The lever 122 is connected via an intermediate member 132 with a holding member 134 on the counterweight 62. The intermediate member 132 engages a hinge 138 defining a pivot axis on the second portion 130 and further on a pivot axis defining joint 142 on the holding member 134th

The pivot axes 54 and 126 and the two other pivot axes are aligned parallel to each other.

To operate the actuator 96, the user may apply a downward force to the first portion 128 of the lever 122. As a result, the lever 122 is pivoted about the pivot axis 126 on the housing part 68. The pivotal movement of the lever 122 leads to the lifting of the counterweight 62 via the intermediate member 132 and the holding member 134. When lifting the counterweight 62, the flap 50 from the closed position ( FIG. 6 ) transferred to the open position (not shown in the drawing).

If the operating force of the user on the lever 122 is omitted, the flap 50 returns to the closed position under the action of the counterweight 62.
