Definitions

  • the invention relates to a strapping device for strapping a packaged goods, comprising a table receiving the packaged goods, and a device for shooting in and retracting a strap that transports the packaged goods.
  • such a strapping device serves to wrap and strapp a packaged product such as a paper or newspaper stack, a package or the like with a band.
  • the packaged goods of the strapping device is fed to strapping it is on a table.
  • the tape is first injected by means of a device for conveying and retracting along a guide device such as a rotating frame and collected with the free end again, after which the tape is biased back, so is stretched around the packaged. Subsequently, the usually made of plastic band is cut and welded together, so that it is tightly clamped around the packaged.
  • a guide device such as a rotating frame
  • Be flexible products such as single sheets or thin, multi-page advertising leaflets or newspapers strapped, from each of these correspondingly large packs are formed, comprising a pre-defined number of papers, brochures, etc., which have a sufficient height and basic stability, so they without More can be strapped and retain their mostly cuboid basic shape even after the re-tensioning and completion of the strapping.
  • a strapping device for strapping envelopes.
  • the stack to be strapped lies flush on fingers.
  • the tape is stretched around with the fingers preventing the envelopes from bending laterally as the tape is pulled back and then fused.
  • the stack which hangs on the fingers due to the tension, can be pulled off in two ways. On the one hand by the fact that the fingers are withdrawn themselves, on the other hand by pulling down the stack from the fingers.
  • the invention is based on the problem of specifying an improved strapping device.
  • a strapping device of the type mentioned above is provided according to the invention, which is characterized by a device for detecting the height of the packaged and two table side, below two parallel side edges of the packaged between a non-working position and a working position movable band deflections to the in the Working position, the tape is stretched during re-clamping, the tape deflections can be brought depending on the detected height of the packaged goods from the non-working position in the working position, and wherein the band deflectors are movable to change their distance from one another in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement, along which they are movable between the non-working and the working position.
  • the strapping device is characterized by band deflections which can be incorporated in the strapping process as required and which are sufficiently stable and by which the band can be tightened during restraining. These two tape deflections are between a non-working position where they are not in the plane in which the tape is being moved or stretched, and a working position in which they are in that plane and thus in the area where the tape is moving. are attached, movable. The movement takes place as a function of the detection result of a device with which a measure of the height of the packaged goods can be determined.
  • this height detection results in that a stack of packaged goods has been conveyed onto the table, which has a low, low height or falls below a defined height
  • the two strip deflections are moved from the non-working position into the working position, controlled by a control device. Then, the tape can be injected respectively, if already shot, are biased back. Since the two band deflections are located below and in the region of two parallel side edges of the packaged goods, the band can be stretched back around the stable band deflections with sufficient tension, without the risk that in some way the packaged goods will be damaged on the edge side.
  • the tape Due to the strong re-tensioning the tape is tightened around the tape deflections, so takes about its shape and is mainly due to the back tensioning tightly guided around the packaged, so sufficiently short. After cutting and welding of the band, the two band deflections are pulled back into the non-working position, so they are pulled out of the band loop, the strapped packaged goods is released. Since the strap itself due to the tight pollspannens to the belt deflections determining its geometry has a flat, near the Packgutdonr S quasi angled respectively kinked shape, thus therefore no oval loop forms, the strapped packaged goods is still very flat and does not bulge , as has often been the case.
  • the band deflections can always have a constant position relative to each other, since both their position relative to the table surface and their distance from each other can remain the same.
  • a change in the position of the band deflections is expedient.
  • the invention provides that the band deflections, possibly together with the one or more adjusting means, in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement, along which it moves between the non-working and the working position, are movable.
  • the band deflections are consequently both longitudinally and transversely displaceable. This makes it possible, on the one hand, to adapt to a changing format by virtue of this displaceability of the distance of the tape deflections to each other can be changed. They can therefore be moved closer to each other or be moved further apart. In addition, it is possible to make a corresponding change in position of the band deflections at the same format, but at a detected positional offset of the packaged goods, so that they are constantly displaced in the distance, and despite the changing Packgutposition the side edges of the packaged clean undercut. This shift can be done before or after the procedure in the working position.
  • the tape deflections themselves are preferably designed as elongated, flat strips or plates, preferably made of metal. So they are sufficiently stable and narrow as possible, so that the band with a very small radius can be redirected around them or be re-clamped.
  • corresponding linear guides are provided on the table side, in which the band deflections, preferably as described in the form of flat strips or plates, are performed.
  • the Band deflections themselves are integrated as shown on the table side and preferably positioned so that they lie with their tops substantially flush in the table surface. This makes it possible for them to be pushed as close as possible under the side edges of the low packaged goods stack or, ideally, the side edges rest on them.
  • the band deflections can also be arranged below the table.
  • both band deflections are adjustable by means of a common actuating means between the non-working and the working position.
  • a common adjusting means may for example be an actuating cylinder, wherein the band deflections are coupled to the extendable piston.
  • the piston is, for example, via a corresponding driver mechanism with the two band deflections, so for example the flat strips, coupled, so that the piston movement inevitably leads to a synchronous movement of the two band deflections.
  • the actuation of the actuating cylinder can be pneumatic or hydraulic.
  • an electric motor can also be used as adjusting means, the drive shaft of which is suitably coupled to the band deflections via an adjusting mechanism.
  • a spindle drive is used.
  • the list of usable control agents is not exhaustive. Suitable is any drive that can quickly and accurately move the two band deflections between the defined positions.
  • each band deflection is its own adjusting means, be it an actuating cylinder, an electric motor or the like, assigned.
  • the two actuating means are controlled synchronously, so that a synchronous movement of the band deflection takes place.
  • the tape deflections can be actively moved by means of or the actuating means on the one hand from the non-working position to the working position. On the other hand, however, they can also be actively moved via the actuating means or the non-working position, ie they can therefore be withdrawn. Thus, there is a reversible, over the or the actuating means actively acted Stell réelle.
  • active actuating operation it is conceivable that the band deflections are movable against at least one restoring force forming a restoring element. Thus, if the tape deflections are moved from the non-working to this working position, this is done against a return element such as a spring element, for example a coil spring or the like.
  • This restoring element is compressed in this case, thus building up a restoring force.
  • the return element remains compressed. If the strapping process is completed and the band deflections are moved back into the working position, so or the actuating means are virtually relieved, which causes the restoring elements to reduce their restoring force, relax and this move the band deflections active from the working to the non-working position.
  • the table itself preferably has a slot over which the packaged goods applied to the table extend and in which the band moves during the back tensioning, the band deflectors bridging the slot in the working position. In the non-working position, so if they are not needed, for example because the stack of packs or the packaged goods is sufficiently high, or during the Einsch manvorgangs even with low packaged goods, the band deflections are therefore outside of the slot.
  • each band deflection can be assigned a scraper element, against which the strapped band rests during the movement of the band deflections from the working to the non-working position.
  • a stripping element prevents the strapped band, like described sufficiently tightly stretched around the band deflections is taken in the sideways movement of Bandumlenk Institute.
  • the fixed position scraper prevent this by the strapped band after strapping already applied to this or running directly with the initiation of the retraction movement of the band deflectors against this.
  • This scraper elements can be arranged, for example, positioned at the table directly at the slot.
  • the scraper elements for example, be movable with the band deflections, so that they are taken on the extension of the tape deflections at a suitable time and placed in stripping position.
  • the scraper When moving back the band deflectors the scraper remain in the stripping position and are taken only immediately before pulling out the tape deflections from the closed, strapped tape and removed from the tape.
  • a pressing device for depressing the packaged goods is provided, via which the packaged goods stack is compressed.
  • this device can now be assigned to the device for detecting the height of the packaged goods, which determines the height based on the position of the pressing device.
  • the pressing device comprises, for example, a pressing plate which is movable vertically with respect to the table surface.
  • the press plate is movably mounted on a corresponding vertical guide.
  • a pneumatic, hydraulic or other electromotive or similar drive operable actuating cylinder is provided, which is assigned, for example, a corresponding position sensor.
  • a position sensor is provided on the table side.
  • the position of the pressing plate can be detected either indirectly or directly via this position sensor, from which in turn it can be determined how high the stack of goods is. If this corresponds to a predefined height or falls below it, then the band deflections are retracted for the following strapping process, if not they remain in non-working position.
  • the tape deflectors can be moved transversely to the direction of movement between non-working and working position together with the one or more adjusting means, which are required for the movement between the non-working and working position.
  • the band deflections are preferably guided in further table-side linear guides, so that an exact adjustment is possible.
  • the band deflections can also be coupled for these transverse movements and be movable via a common adjusting means.
  • This movement coupling can be such that it makes it possible to move the two band deflections synchronously in the same direction, that is to say, while maintaining the spacing, to move the two band deflections transversely to adjust the position.
