Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour encercler, en particulier pour le cerclage longitudinal d'une marchandise emballée avec une bande de cerclage, comprenant un cadre de guidage de bande prévu sur une table du dispositif, de type canal, guidant la bande de cerclage pouvant être tendue dans cette table, laquelle bande de cerclage peut être tendue autour de la marchandise emballée enveloppée par le cadre de guidage de bande et peut être soudée dans l'état serré sur une partie de liaison, caractérisé en ce que la table du dispositif (5) est déplacée sur un guide longitudinal (8) à partir d'une position de non-travail par rapport à la marchandise emballée (3) qui est transportée par un dispositif de mise à disposition (2) comprimant la marchandise emballée (3) au moyen de bras de pressage (4) de type pince dans une position prédéfinie par rapport au cadre de guidage de bande (6), dans une position de travail, dans laquelle la table du dispositif (5) est passée sous la marchandise emballée (3) et le cadre de guidage de bande (6) enveloppe la marchandise emballée (3), et peut être déplacée de la position de travail, une fois le cerclage effectué avec un entraînement de la marchandise emballée (3) cerclée, dans la position de non-travail.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la table du dispositif (5) avec le cadre de guidage de bande (6) peut être positionnée dans plusieurs positions de cerclage différentes par rapport à la marchandise emballée (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, sur la table du dispositif (5), il est prévu au moins un moyen d'entraînement (13) s'appliquant sur la marchandise emballée (3) cerclée pour la marchandise emballée (3).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement (13) est un entraîneur pouvant être déplacé entre une position abaissée et une position d'entraînement relevée.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement est un moyen générant de la dépression, la dépression pouvant être appliquée au moyen d'ouvertures côté table sur la marchandise emballée située dessus.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de roulement ou de glissement (10) sont prévus sur le côté supérieur de la table (9).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de guidage de bande (5) est disposé de façon fixe ou peut être basculé par rapport à la table (5).
  8. Procédé pour le cerclage, en particulier pour le cerclage longitudinal d'une marchandise emballée avec une bande de cerclage, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - la marchandise emballée comprimée au moyen du dispositif de mise à disposition est transportée dans une position prédéfinie par rapport au cadre de guidage de bande d'un dispositif de cerclage,
    - la table, déplaçable sur un guide longitudinal, du dispositif de cerclage est déplacée d'une position de non-travail par rapport à la marchandise emballée dans une position de travail, la table passant au-dessous de la marchandise emballée et le cadre de guidage de bande enveloppant la marchandise emballée,
    - après avoir atteint la position de travail, la bande de cerclage guidée par le cadre de guidage de bande est serrée autour de la marchandise emballée et soudée,
    - une fois le montage effectué, la table recule en entraînant la marchandise emballée cerclée dans la position de non-travail.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la table est placée par rapport à la marchandise emballée dans deux positions de travail ou plus, dans lesquelles à chaque fois une bande de cerclage est appliquée, la table reculant après le dernier cerclage dans la position de non travail en entraînant la marchandise emballée cerclée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que, après le éventuellement dernier cerclage, les bras de pressage sont légèrement déchargés, de sorte que la marchandise emballée repose avec son poids propre sur la table.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la marchandise emballée reste et est entraînée en position fixe sur la table, lors du recul, sous l'effet de son propre poids ou bien en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'entraînement prévu sur la table est actionné, lequel s'applique sur la marchandise emballée en retenant celle-ci.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement est un entraîneur qui est déplacé avant le recul dans une position d'entraînement.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement est un moyen générant de la dépression, la dépression étant appliquée au moyen d'ouvertures côté table sur la marchandise emballée.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la dépression est générée de façon continue et, après la dépose de la marchandise emballée cerclée, s'applique sur celle-ci ou en ce que la dépression est générée par intermittence pour le recul.
