Innerhalb des Staubsaugers 19 können die Staubpartikel 23 dann über einen oder mehrere Filter abgeschieden werden. Die in dem Spalt 2 zwischen den beiden Walzen 3 verformten Getreidekörper 24 können dagegen über den Auffangtrichter 14 und das Austrittsrohr 16 der Sammel- und Abführeinrichtung 13 nach unten in den Sammelbehälter 15 fallen. Der Staubsauger 19 ist auf der einen Seite des Maschinengestells angeordnet. Unterhalb des Spalts 2 sind innerhalb des Gehäuses 1 außerdem zwei an den Walzen 3 anliegende und einstellbare Abstreiferbleche 27 angeordnet. Device for flaking or shredding edible grain with a housing (1), two rollers (3) which are rotatable by motor arranged parallel to one another and separated from one another by a gap (2) within the housing (1), a feed or metering device (9) arranged on the upper side of the housing (1) for supplying the edible grain to the gap (2) formed between the rollers (3) and a collection and removal device (13) arranged on the underside of the housing (1) for the edible grain moulded between the rollers (3), wherein the collection and removal device (13) comprises a receiving hopper (14) arranged below the two rollers (3) and a discharge pipe (16) leading into a collection container (15), characterised in that a suction device (17) for generating intake air (18) drawn in via the collection and removal device (13) from the bottom through the discharge pipe (16) and the receiving hopper (14) and being guided along the outer sides of the rollers (3) facing the inner wall of the housing (1) to the upper side of the housing (1), is connected to the housing (1).
  2. Device for flaking or shredding according to claim 1, characterised in that the suction device (17) has a dust exhauster (19) and a suction line (20) with two suction ports (21) opening into the housing (1) above the two rollers (3).
  3. Device for flaking or shredding according to claim 2, characterised in that a flow control valve (22) is arranged in the suction line (20).
  4. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a controlling device (4) for adjusting the gap (2) between the two rollers (3) is arranged on the housing (1).
  5. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that two guide plates (26) inclined in opposite directions are arranged within the housing (1) above the gap (2) formed between the two rollers (3).
  6. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that two scraper plates (27) resting on the rollers (3) are arranged within the housing (1) below the gap (2) formed between the two rollers (3).
  7. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the height of the discharge pipe (16) is adjustable.
  8. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the rollers (3) are driven rotatably by respectively a motor (6) via a gear (5).
  9. Device for flaking or shredding according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the feed or metering device (9) is driven by a motor (11) via a gear (12).
