Claims (16)
- Procédé pour le prétraitement de pièces à usiner ayant une surface en aluminium ou alliages d'aluminium pour le formage sans copeaux et/ou l'assemblage par soudure ou collage avec des pièces à usiner prétraitées de la même façon ou pré-revêtues d'une autre manière ou avec des pièces en acier et/ou acier zingué et/ou acier zingué par alliage ainsi que pour un traitement subséquent de protection permanente contre la corrosion par phosphatation, par un traitement de conversion sans chrome, par application d'apprêt ou par laquage, caractérisé en ce quea) on décape les pièces par immersion dans ou pulvérisation avec une solution aqueuse acide contenant un acide minéral,b) on les rince avec de l'eau etc) on les met en contact par application par immersion ou pulvérisation avec une solution aqueuse acide qui est sans chrome et contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 15 : 1 à 3,5 : 1, de sorte qu'après le séchage subséquent il en résulte un poids de couche de respectivement 2 à 15 mg/m2 de Zr et Mo, la solution comportant 100 à 800 mg/l de Zr et 30 à 100 mg/l de Mo (calc. en tant que métal Zr/Mo) et présentant un pH de 2,5 à 4,5, et la solution contenant en outre au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué par le poly(acide(méth)acrylique), les copolymères d'acide (méth)acrylique, le poly(acide vinylphosphonique), les copolymères d'acide vinylphosphonique et les copolymères d'acide maléique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces en acier et/ou acier zingué et/ou acier zingué par alliage sont pré-revêtues.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la solution aqueuse acide dans l'étape c) contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 13 : 1 à 7 : 1.
- Procédé pour le prétraitement de pièces à usiner ayant une surface en aluminium ou alliages d'aluminium pour le formage sans copeaux et/ou l'assemblage par soudure ou collage avec des pièces à usiner prétraitées de la même façon ou pré-revêtues d'une autre manière ou avec des pièces en acier et/ou acier zingué et/ou acier zingué par alliage ainsi que pour un traitement subséquent de protection permanente contre la corrosion par phosphatation, par un traitement de conversion sans chrome, par application d'apprêt ou par laquage, caractérisé en ce quea) on décape les pièces par immersion dans ou pulvérisation avec une solution aqueuse acide contenant un acide minéral,b) on les rince avec de l'eau etc) on les met en contact par application par immersion ou pulvérisation avec une solution aqueuse acide qui est sans chrome et contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 2 : 1 à 1 : 2, de sorte qu'après le séchage subséquent il en résulte un poids de couche de respectivement 2 à 15 mg/m2 de Zr et Mo, la solution comportant 0,4 bis 7,5 g/l de Zr et 0,4 à 7,5 g/l de Mo (calc. en tant que métal Zr/Mo) et présentant un pH de 1,0 à 3,0, et la solution contenant en outre au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué par le poly(acide(méth)acrylique), les copolymères d'acide (méth)acrylique, le poly(acide vinylphosphonique), les copolymères d'acide vinylphosphonique et les copolymères d'acide maléique et la concentration dudit au moins un polymère étant comprise entre 100 et 600 mg/l.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pièces en acier et/ou acier zingué et/ou acier zingué par alliage sont pré-revêtues.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que la solution aqueuse acide dans l'étape c) contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 1,4 : 1 à 1 : 1,4.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un polymère est le poly(acide acrylique) et/ou un copolymère acide acrylique-acide maléique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on décape les pièces à usiner avec une solution contenant un tensioactif, de l'acide fluorhydrique et de l'acide sulfurique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on décape les pièces à usiner avec une solution qui contient 3 à 8 g/l d'acide sulfurique, 50 à 150 mg/l de fluorure libre et 1 à 3 g/l de tensioactif non ionique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas du prétraitement des pièces à usiner pour le formage sans copeaux on applique un lubrifiant avant le processus de formage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le traitement de protection permanente contre la corrosion on effectue des traitements de nettoyage et rinçage à l'eau ou des traitements de nettoyage, rinçage à l'eau et activation.
- Solution aqueuse acide destinée au prétraitement de pièces à usiner ayant une surface en aluminium ou alliages d'aluminium, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est sans chrome et contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 15 : 1 à 3,5 : 1, la solution contenant 100 à 800 mg/l de Zr et 30 à 100 mg/l de Mo (calc. en tant que métal Zr/Mo) et présentant un pH de 2,5 à 4,5, la solution aqueuse acide contenant en outre au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué par le poly(acide(méth)acrylique), les copolymères d'acide (méth)acrylique, le poly(acide vinylphosphonique), les copolymères d'acide vinylphosphonique et les copolymères d'acide maléique.
- Concentré, à partir duquel une solution selon la revendication 12 peut être obtenue par dilution avec de l'eau ou une solution aqueuse et éventuellement ajustement du pH .
- Solution aqueuse acide destinée au prétraitement de pièces à usiner ayant une surface en aluminium ou alliages d'aluminium, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est sans chrome et contient du Zr sous forme de fluorure complexe ainsi que du Mo sous forme de molybdate en un rapport en poids (calculé en tant que métal Zr/Mo) de Zr : Mo de 2 : 1 à 1 : 2, la solution comportant 0,4 bis 7,5 g/l de Zr et 0,4 à 7,5 g/l de Mo (calc. en tant que métal Zr/Mo) et présentant un pH de 1,0 à 3,0, la solution aqueuse acide contenant en outre au moins un polymère choisi dans le groupe constitué par le poly(acide(méth)acrylique), les copolymères d'acide (méth)acrylique, le poly(acide vinylphosphonique), les copolymères d'acide vinylphosphonique et les copolymères d'acide maléique et la concentration dudit au moins un polymère étant comprise entre 100 et 600 mg/l..
- Concentré, à partir duquel une solution selon la revendication 14 peut être obtenue par dilution avec de l'eau ou une solution aqueuse et éventuellement ajustement du pH.
- Pièce à usiner ayant une surface en aluminium ou alliages d'aluminium, caractérisée en ce qu'elle a été prétraitée par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 .
