Claims (13)
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) zur Ausführung einer Grabung (E) in einem Boden (S) gemäß einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Bohrrichtung (F), wobei die Bohrmaschine beinhaltet:ein Verankerungsmodul (22; 122), das mit zumindest einem Verankerungselement (24; 124) versehen ist, um die Bewegung des Verankerungsmoduls (22; 122) in Bezug auf die Grabungswände (E) gemäß der Bohrrichtung (F) zu blockieren, wobei das Verankerungsmodul eine Längsrichtung aufweist,ein Bohrmodul (12; 112), das mit Schneidgliedern (14; 114) versehen ist, wobei das Bohrmodul in Bezug auf das Verankerungsmodul gemäß der Bohrrichtung (F) durch Verschieben beweglich ist und das Modul eine Absaugvorrichtung für Abraum beinhaltet, die ein Pumpglied beinhaltet, das in einem unteren Teil des Bohrmoduls angeordnet ist,eine Bewegungsvorrichtung (50; 150), die zwischen dem Verankerungsmodul (22; 122) und dem Bohrmodul (12) angeordnet ist, um das Bohrmodul in Bezug auf das Verankerungsmodul gemäß der Bohrrichtung durch Verschieben zu bewegen,wobei die Bohrmaschine an ein Halteseil (70; 170) angehängt ist, das an einem Befestigungsabschnitt (53; 153) des Bohrmoduls (12; 112) befestigt ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrmaschine eine Fräse ist, deren Schneidglieder (14; 114) zwei Trommelpaare (16, 18; 116, 118) beinhalten, die um parallele, eigenständige und auf die Bohrrichtung (F) senkrechte Drehachsen (A, B) drehbar sind,und dass die Absaugvorrichtung für Abraum eine Abzugsleitung (45; 145) umfasst, die mit dem Pumpglied verbunden ist und sich in das Innere des Bohrmoduls bis zu einem oberen Ende des Bohrmoduls, das sich über dem Verankerungsmodul befindet, erstreckt.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (53; 153) sich über das Verankerungsmodul (22; 122) erstreckt.
- Bohrmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Bohrmodul eine untere Sektion (40), welche die Schneidglieder trägt, und eine obere Sektion (51) aufweist, die sich gemäß der Längsrichtung (L) des Verankerungsmoduls im Inneren des Verankerungsmoduls (22) erstreckt, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt an dem oberen Ende der oberen Sektion des Bohrmoduls angeordnet ist.
- Bohrmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die obere Sektion (51) ein Riegel ist, der in dem Verankerungsmodul gleitend montiert ist, wobei der Riegel das Verankerungsmodul der Länge nach durchquert.
- Bohrmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Verankerungsmodul zwei Verankerungselemente (24) beinhaltet, die zu beiden Seiten des Riegels (51) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verankerungselemente miteinander verbunden sind und sich gemäß der Längsrichtung des Verankerungsmoduls erstrecken.
- Bohrmaschine (110) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Bohrmodul (112) eine untere Sektion (140), welche die Schneidglieder trägt, und eine obere Sektion (151) aufweist, die das Verankerungsmodul umrahmt, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt an dem oberen Ende der oberen Sektion des Bohrmoduls angeordnet ist.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei das Bohrmodul (12; 112) schwenkbar in Bezug auf das Verankerungsmodul (22; 122) in einer ersten vertikalen Ebene (Q1) montiert ist, und wobei zumindest eine der unteren und der oberen Sektion (40; 140) Mittel zur Bahnkorrektur (80; 180) beinhaltet, um das Bohrmodul (12; 112) in Bezug auf das Verankerungsmodul (22; 122) in der ersten vertikalen Ebene schwenken zu lassen.
- Bohrmaschine (10;110) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Mittel zur Bahnkorrektur ausfahrbare Gleitbacken (82, 84; 182, 184, 192, 194) umfassen, die auf vorderen und hinteren Seiten der unteren und/oder oberen Sektion angeordnet sind, um gegen zumindest eine der Wände (P1, P2) der Grabung (E) in Anlage zu gelangen und das Bohrmodul in Bezug auf das Verankerungsmodul schwenken zu lassen.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die untere Sektion (40; 140) ferner eine Schwingsicherungsvorrichtung (86; 186) beinhaltet.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Schwingsicherungsvorrichtung seitliche ausfahrbare Gleitbacken (88; 188) beinhaltet, die dazu ausgestaltet sind, gegen zumindest eine der Grabungswände in Anlage zu gelangen, um das Bohrmodul in einer zweiten vertikalen Ebene (Q2) senkrecht auf die erste vertikale Ebene (Q1) schwenken zu lassen.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bewegungsvorrichtung (50; 150) einen oder mehrere Schubzylinder (52, 54; 152) beinhaltet, der/die zwischen dem Verankerungsmodul (22) und dem Bohrmodul (12; 112) angeordnet ist/sind.
- Bohrmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bewegungsvorrichtung (50) Dämpfungsmittel (60) zum Dämpfen von Vibrationen, die durch die Schneidglieder (14) des Bohrmoduls bei der Ausführung der Bohrung erzeugt werden, beinhaltet.
- Bohrmaschine (10; 110) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verankerungselement (24; 124) zumindest eine vordere Verankerungsbacke (30; 130) und zumindest eine hintere Verankerungsbacke (32) beinhaltet, wobei die vordere und hintere Verankerungsbacke (30, 32; 130) gemäß einer Richtung (T) quer zu der Längsrichtung (L) des Verankerungsmoduls auf solche Weise ausfahrbar sind, dass sie gegen die Wände (P1, P2) der Grabung in Anlage kommen, um das Verankerungsmodul in dem Boden festzusetzen.
