Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de réalisation d'un passage à niveau pour croiser une voie ferrée avec une surface de circulation pour des usagers de la route motorisés et/ou non motorisés afin que les usagers de la route puissent croiser la voie ferrée en empruntant le passage à niveau, dans lequel la voie ferrée comprend deux rails (2, 2'), lesquels présentent respectivement un patin de rail (4), un champignon de rail (6) et une âme de rail (8) reliant le champignon de rail (6) et le patin de rail (4) l'un à l'autre, comprenant :
    au moins un corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32'), lequel forme au moins une partie de la surface de circulation du passage à niveau de manière transversale au-dessus des rails (2, 2'),
    au moins un support de corps moulé (80), lequel peut être fixé sur un des deux rails (2, 2'),
    dans lequel le corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') peut être bloqué de manière amovible au moyen du support de corps moulé (80) sur au moins un des deux rails (2, 2'),
    dans lequel le support de corps moulé (80) comprend deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82'), lesquelles peuvent être fixées de part et d'autre du rail (2, 2') en vis-à-vis l'une par rapport à l'autre sur le rail (2, 2'),
    caractérisé en ce que les deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82') peuvent enserrer, dans l'état monté, le patin de rail (4) du rail (2, 2').
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel dans l'état monté, le corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') peut être arrêté sur le support de corps moulé (80) dans une direction de manière longitudinale par rapport à la verticale pour verrouiller le corps moulé et l'empêcher de sortir en se soulevant vers le haut.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel dans l'état monté, le corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') peut être arrêté sur le support de corps moulé (80) dans une direction de manière transversale par rapport à la verticale et de manière transversale par rapport à la voie ferrée pour verrouiller le corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') et l'empêcher de s'éloigner horizontalement des rails (2, 2').
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') présente un canal longitudinal (34), lequel s'étend, dans l'état monté, de manière longitudinale le long de la voie ferrée, et dans lequel un moyen de verrouillage (44) allongé est compris, lequel peut être introduit dans le canal longitudinal (34) de sorte que le moyen de verrouillage (44) allongé s'étend à travers le canal longitudinal (34) de manière longitudinale le long de la voie ferrée et est arrêté sur le support de corps moulé (80) dans une direction de manière longitudinale par rapport à la verticale et/ou dans une direction de manière transversale par rapport à la verticale et de manière transversale par rapport à la voie ferrée, en particulier en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (44) allongé vient en prise sur le support de corps moulé (80).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel de part et d'autre du rail (2, 2') respectivement un corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') peut être bloqué sur le rail (2, 2') au moyen de la mâchoire de maintien (82, 82') respective du support de corps moulé (80).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82') du support de corps moulé (80) peuvent être assemblées par serrage l'une à l'autre de sorte que le rail (2, 2') peut être inséré par serrage entre les deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82') dans l'état monté du support de corps moulé (80).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel un premier et un deuxième groupe de corps moulés (18, 30, 32, 30', 32') pouvant être placés de manière à jouxter respectivement un des côtés extérieurs (3, 3') d'un des deux rails (2, 2') et un troisième groupe de corps moulés (18, 20, 20') pouvant être placés entre les rails (2, 2') sont compris, lesquels s'étendent dans l'état monté respectivement de manière à se jouxter les uns les autres côte à côte le long du rail (2, 2') respectif de sorte que le premier, le troisième et le deuxième groupe de corps moulés (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') forment dans une trame bidimensionnelle la surface de circulation du passage à niveau de manière transversale au-dessus des rails (2, 2').
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les corps moulés (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') d'au moins un des groupes présentent le même canal longitudinal (34) de telle manière que le moyen de verrouillage (44) allongé peut être introduit dans le canal longitudinal (34) de tous les corps moulés de telle sorte que le moyen de verrouillage (44) allongé s'étend à travers le canal longitudinal (34) de tous les corps moulés dudit groupe et est arrêté sur le support de corps moulé (80) dans une direction de manière longitudinale par rapport à la verticale pour verrouiller ledit groupe de corps moulés et l'empêcher de sortir en se soulevant vers le haut.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le ou les corps moulés (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') peuvent prendre appui dans l'état monté sur le patin de rail (4) du rail (2, 2') respectif.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le ou les corps moulés présentent sur le côté inférieur des évidements (29, 29', 29", 39, 39', 39") pour des systèmes de fixation de patin de rail (10, 12) et au moins un évidement (37") pour le support de corps moulé (80).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'au moins un évidement (37") pour le support de corps moulé (80) est réalisé de manière ajustée avec précision au support de corps moulé (80) pour arrêter le corps moulé respectif sur le support de corps moulé (80) de manière longitudinale le long de la voie ferrée quand le corps moulé respectif est bloqué sur le rail (2, 2').
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel au moins un élément de remplissage de chambre (22, 22', 22", 22ʹʹʹ 22"") est compris, lequel peut remplir dans l'état monté la chambre de rail formée entre le champignon de rail (6) et le patin de rail (4) et dans lequel le ou les corps moulés viennent en appui dans l'état monté par leur côté étroit tourné vers le rail sur l'élément de remplissage de chambre (22, 22', 22", 22ʹʹʹ, 22"").
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel le ou les corps moulés (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') sont fabriqués à partir d'un matériau élastique à la manière de caoutchouc, en particulier d'un granulat en caoutchouc lié ou d'un caoutchouc vulcanisé, de bois, de béton, d'asphalte ou d'une combinaison de ceux-ci.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel l'au moins un corps moulé est réalisé en tant que corps moulé de plaques de base, lequel est prévu pour former une partie inférieure de la surface de circulation du passage à niveau de manière transversale au-dessus des rails (2, 2').
    et dans lequel un corps moulé de plaques de recouvrement (19) situé au-dessus du corps moulé de plaques de base (18) est compris, lequel est prévu pour former une partie supérieure avec la surface pouvant être empruntée de la surface de circulation du passage à niveau de manière transversale au-dessus des rails (2, 2').
  15. Procédé de construction d'un passage à niveau en montant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant :
    la fourniture d'au moins un corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') et d'au moins un support de corps moulé (80), dans lequel le support de corps moulé (80) comprend deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82'), lesquelles peuvent être fixées de part et d'autre du rail (2, 2') en vis-à-vis l'une par rapport à l'autre sur le rail (2, 2'),
    la fixation du support de corps moulé (80) sur un des deux rails (2, 2') de sorte que les deux mâchoires de maintien (82, 82') sont fixées de part et d'autre du rail (2, 2') en vis-à-vis l'une par rapport à l'autre et enserrent le patin de rail (4) du rail (2, 2').
    le placement du corps moulé (18, 20, 30, 32, 20', 30', 32') entre les deux rails ou de manière adjacente à un des côtés extérieurs d'un des deux rails pour former au moins une partie de la surface de circulation du passage à niveau de manière transversale au-dessus des rails (2, 2'),
    le blocage amovible du corps moulé (18) sur le rail au moyen du support de corps moulé (80).
