Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une isolation en laine minérale double ou multicouche (1) dans lequel, sur une chaîne de fabrication de laine minérale, est produite en continu une natte de laine minérale (2) dotée d'une face inférieure et d'une face supérieure définissant les surfaces principales de la natte en laine minérale dont les fibres se situent substantiellement à des niveaux parallèles auxdites surfaces principales, dans lequel, sur au moins une desdites surfaces principales, est posée une couche d'isolation supplémentaire (3, 3') contenant du matériau recyclé qui contient de la laine minérale déchiquetée et/ou écrasée et/ou pulvérisée, et on mélange dans le matériau recyclé de l'agent liant sous forme poudreuse avant de le mettre sur ladite au moins une surface principale de la natte en laine minérale (2), caractérisé en ce que,
    dans le procédé, la couche (3, 3') de matériau recyclé est comprimée en une couche de type natte jusqu'à une densité désirée, le degré de compression étant de 50 % ou plus,
    avant de la mettre sur ladite au moins une surface principale de la natte en laine minérale et que, finalement, l'isolation en laine minérale (1) formée d'une natte de laine minérale (2) et d'une couche d'isolation supplémentaire de matériau recyclé (3, 3') ajoutée sur son au moins une surface principale est emportée vers un traitement de durcissement (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la couche (3, 3') de matériau recyclé est formée de manière à être différente dans au moins une de ses propriétés comparativement à la couche de natte de laine minérale (2), la propriété étant sélectionnée dans un groupe contenant la chimie des fibres, la longueur des fibres, l'orientation des fibres, l'agent liant, la densité, l'épaisseur de couche, la force de compression.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, sur la surface extérieure de la couche d'isolation supplémentaire (3, 3') de matériau recyclé, on ajoute une couche de revêtement (13) en tissu à base de fibre de verre avant que l'isolation en laine minérale (1) soit emportée vers le traitement de durcissement.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, une couche d'isolation supplémentaire (3, 3') contenant du matériau recyclé est mise sur les deux surfaces principales de la natte en laine minérale (2).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la densité de la natte en laine minérale provenant de la chaîne est de 60 à 80 kg/m3 et que la couche superficielle de matériau recyclé est comprimée jusqu'à une densité de 150 à 250 kg/m3.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, l'épaisseur de la natte de laine minérale provenant de la chaîne est de 80 à 120 mm, de préférence d'environ 100 mm, et que l'épaisseur de la couche superficielle est de l'ordre de 10 à 20 mm.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, la part de matériau recyclé dans le produit final est de l'ordre de 10 à 18 %, de préférence d'environ 14 à 16 %.
