Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer doppel- oder mehrschichtigen Mineralwolledämmung (1), wobei in einer Anlage zur Herstellung von Mineralwolle kontinuierlich eine Mineralwollmatte (2) hergestellt wird, die eine Unterseite und eine Oberseite hat, die die Hauptflächen der Mineralwollematte festlegen, deren Fasern im Wesentlichen in Ebenen parallel zu den Hauptflächen liegen, wobei auf mindestens eine der Hauptflächen eine zusätzliche Dämmschicht (3, 3') aufgebracht ist, die recyceltes Material enthält, welches geschredderte und/oder zerkleinerte und/oder pulverisierte Mineralwolle enthält, wobei in das recycelte Material ein Bindemittel in einer pulverisierten Form eingemischt wird, bevor es auf die mindestens eine Hauptfläche der Mineralwollematte (2) aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass bei dem Verfahren die Schicht (3, 3') von recyceltem Material zu einer mattenähnlichen Schicht mit einer gewünschten Dichte komprimiert wird, wobei der Kompressionsgrad 50 % oder mehr beträgt,
    bevor sie auf die mindestens eine Hauptfläche der Mineralwollematte aufgebracht wird, und dass schließlich die Mineralwolledämmung (1) aus einer Mineralwollematte (2) und einer zusätzlichen Dämmschicht aus recyceltem Material (3, 3'), auf mindestens eine Hauptfläche aufgebracht, einer Aushärtungsbehandlung (8) zugeführt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren die Schicht (3, 3') aus recyceltem Material in mindestens einer ihrer Eigenschaften im Vergleich zur Mineralwollematte (2) unterschiedlich ausgebildet ist, wobei die Eigenschaft aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die Faserchemie, Faserlänge, Faserausrichtung, Bindemittel, Dichte, Schichtdicke, Kompressionsstärke enthält.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren auf die Außenfläche der zusätzlichen Dämmschicht (3, 3') aus recyceltem Material eine Deckschicht (13) aus Glasfasergewebe aufgebracht wird, bevor die Mineralwolledämmung (1) der Aushärtungsbehandlung zugeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren eine zusätzliche Schicht (3, 3'), die recyceltes Material enthält, auf beide Hauptflächen der Mineralwollematte (2) aufgebracht wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren die Dichte der Mineralwollematte, die aus der Anlage kommt, 60-80 kg/m3 beträgt, und die Oberflächenschicht des recycelten Materials ist bis zu einer Dichte von 150-250 kg/m3 komprimiert.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren die Dicke der Mineralwollematte, die aus der Anlage kommt, 80-120 mm, vorzugsweise ca. 100 mm, beträgt, und die Dicke der Oberflächenschicht liegt im Bereich von 10-20 mm.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren der Anteil von recyceltem Material am Endprodukt im Bereich von 10-18 %, vorzugsweise ca. 14-16 %, liegt.
