Claims (13)
- Orale pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung in Dosiseinheitsform, umfassend eine physiologisch tolerierbare Calciumverbindung in einem einheitlichen Trägerkörper, wobei der Körper eine weiche, kaubare, gelierte Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion umfasst, wobei die Calciumverbindung in einer oder beiden der Öl- und wässrigen Phasen der Emulsion dispergiert ist, und wobei der Calciumgehalt pro Dosiseinheit mindestens 125 mg Ca ist, und weiter wobei die wässrige Phase ein Geliermittel umfasst, das ein physiologisch tolerierbares Polysaccharid ist, ausgewählt aus einem Carrageenan, einem Alginat, einem Agar, einem Chitosan, einem Pektin, einem Gellan oder einem Scleroglucan, und das Gewicht der Dosiseinheit über 1000 mg bis 5000 mg ist.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Calciumgehalt pro Dosiseinheit 125 bis 2000 mg Ca beträgt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Calciumgehalt pro Dosiseinheit 400 bis 1200 mg Ca beträgt.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, enthaltend teilchenförmiges Calciumcarbonat.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, enthaltend Xylit.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das physiologisch tolerierbare Polysaccharid in einer Konzentration von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% in der wässrigen Phase vorhanden ist.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bestehend aus einer gelierten Emulsion, die die Calciumverbindung enthält.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend Vitamin D in der Ölphase.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dosiseinheit eine Druckbruchfestigkeit von mehr als 500 g/cm2 aufweist.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die gelierte Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion bei Anwendung eines Kraft-/Verformungsgradienten von 0,1 mm/s bei 21 °C, 50% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit und atmosphärischem Druck zumindest im Wesentlichen reversibel um mindestens 10 % komprimiert werden kann.
- Pharmazeutische Verpackung, umfassend eine Folien-eingekapselte Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 11 in Form eines Blisterpacks.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 zur Verwendung bei einer Therapie, wobei die Zusammensetzung eine wirksame Menge der Calciumverbindung umfasst und die Therapie orales Verabreichen der Zusammensetzung an einen menschlichen Patienten umfasst.
