Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schlüsselprofil für Flachschlüssel, das an den Seitenflächen des Schlüsselschaftes ausgebildet ist und mit einer korrespondierenden Profilierung im Schlüsselkanal eines im Schließzylindergehäuse drehbar gelagerten Zylinderkerns zusammenwirkt.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Schlüsselprofil zu schaffen, das einen verbesserten Kopierschutz und auch einen größeren Widerstand gegen das sog. Elektro - Picking bietet.
- Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß bei einem Schlüsselprofil für Flachschlüssel, das an den Seitenflächen des Schlüsselschaftes ausgebildet ist und mit einer korrespondierenden Profilierung im Schlüsselkanal eines im Schließzylindergehäuse drehbar gelagerten Zylinderkerns zusammenwirkt,
dadurch,
dass die Profilierung des Schlüsselkanals Profilmerkmale aufweist, deren Profilgrund keilförmig in Richtung auf die den Schlüsselrücken aufnehmende Ausnehmung im Schlüsselkanal verläuft und deren obere, der Ausnehmung zugewandte Fläche im Wesentlichen horizontal - bezogen auf die Schlüssellängsebene - verläuft. - Beim Elektro-Picking führt der Pick-Finger eine sehr schnelle vertikale Bewegung im Schlüsselkanal aus.
Wenn nun die Profilmerkmale keilförmig in Richtung auf den Schlüsselrücken verlaufen, dann wird der Pick-Finger bei der Aufwärtsbewegung durch die Keilfläche weg vom Kernstift geführt und bei der Abwärtsbewegung durch die horizontale Fläche blockiert, so dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit groß ist, dass der Pick-Finger abgefangen wird oder sogar abbricht. Zum Verständnis sei erwähnt, dass hier für die Richtungsangabe der keilförmigen Profilierung der Schlüsselrücken als Bezug gewählt wurde. Da das Profil des Schlüsselkanals mit dem des Schlüssels korrespondiert, ist damit auch für diesen die Richtungsangabe verständlich und eindeutig. - Weitere Ausbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
- Im Einzelnen hat sich eine keilförmige Profilierung von mindestens 25° als vorteilhaft erwiesen, weil beim Kopierversuch mittels Abtasten leicht falsche Werte festgestellt werden.
- Nach einer weiteren, vorzugsweise Ausgestaltung enden die sich jeweils gegenüber liegenden Profilmerkmale mit ihrem verjüngten Bereich auf der gleichen horizontalen Ebene und verlaufen unter dem gleichem Winkel zueinander und zu der Schlüssellängsebene.
- Die Profilgrunde der Profilmerkmale können in ihrem Abstand von der Schlüssellängsebene varüeren.
- Vorzugsweise sind zumindest einige der Profilmerkmale parazentrisch ausgebildet.
- Zur weiteren Erhöhung der Abtastsicherheit können die Profilmerkmale Fangnuten aufweisen.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend mit Bezug auf die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Ausführungsform erläutert.
- Die Abbildung zeigt einen schematischen Querschnitt durch einen Schließzylinderkern mit dem Schlüsselkanal.
- Der Schließzylinderkern ist in der Darstellung mit 1 bezeichnet.
- Die oberen Profilbereiche, auf die die Bezugszeichen 4 und 5 hinweisen, liegen sich an den Ausgangspunkten 6 und 7 gegenüber. Zum besseren Verständnis sind hierzu die Querlinien 8 eingezeichnet. Der Neigungswinkel 3 ist bei allen Profilmerkmalen - im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel - gleich und beträgt mindestens 25°.
- In dem Querschnitt ist auch noch ein Kernstift 2 eingezeichnet, wobei dieser dazu dienen soll, zu zeigen, in welcher Richtung ein eingesetzter Elektro-Pick arbeiten würde und warum er bei dieser Profilkonfiguration abbrechen würde.
Wie aus der Darstellung ersichtlich, sind zumindest einige der Profilmerkmale parazentrisch ausgebildet, wodurch die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein Pickwerkzeug hängen bleibt erhöht wird.
Schließlich können auch noch zusätzlich an den Profilmerkmalen Fangnuten 9 vorgesehen sein, wobei diese sich in der den Schlüsselrücken aufnehmenden Ausnehmung im Schlüsselkanal zugewandten, im Wesentlichen horizontalen oberen Fläche des zylinderkernseitigen Profilmerkmals befinden.
Claims (6)
- Schlüsselprofil für Flachschlüssel, das an den Seitenflächen des Schlüsselschaftes ausgebildet ist und mit einer korrespondierenden Profilierung im Schlüsselkanal eines im Schließzylindergehäuse drehbar gelagerten Zylinderkerns (1) zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Profilierung des Schlüsselkanals Profilmerkmale aufweist, deren Profilgrund (4,5) keilförmig in Richtung auf die den Schlüsselrücken aufnehmende Ausnehmung im Schlüsselkanal verläuft und deren obere, der Ausnehmung zugewandte Fläche im Wesentlichen horizontal - bezogen auf die Schlüssellängsebene - verläuft. - Schlüsselprofil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sich jeweils gegenüber liegenden Profilmerkmale mit ihrem verjüngten Bereich auf der gleichen horizontalen Ebene (6,7) enden und unter dem gleichem Winkel zueinander und zu der Schlüssellängsebene verlaufen. - Schlüsselprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die keilförmige Profilierung, der Neigungswinkel, mindestens 25° - bezogen auf die Schlüssellängsebene - beträgt. - Schlüsselprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Profilgrunde der Profilmerkmale in ihrem Abstand von der Schlüssellängsebene varüeren. - Schlüsselprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass einige der Profilmerkmale parazentrisch ausgebildet sind. - Schlüsselprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Profilmerkmale Fangnuten (9) aufweisen.
