Claims (12)

  1. Procédé servant à fabriquer des tissus non-tissés obtenus par voie humide, où une suspension aqueuse avec des fibres est déposée sur un tamis (3) et est déshydratée par des caisses aspirantes sous le tamis pour former une feuille d'une bande non-tissée, qui est retirée du tamis et est guidée vers au moins un groupe de traitement (4) suivant avant que la bande non-tissée ne puisse être enroulée, et servant à transférer la bande non-tissée depuis le tamis vers l'au moins un groupe de traitement suivant et/ou à transférer la bande non-tissée à des interfaces (9) entre des groupes de traitement (4, 6) lors d'un lancement de production et/ou après un arrêt de production à l'aide d'un engagement de bande (13), et dans lequel un système d'hydroliage est prévu en tant qu'au moins un groupe de traitement, caractérisé en ce que l'engagement de bande est effectué par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne respectivement temporairement fermée d'une chaîne libre entre le tamis et l'au moins un groupe de traitement suivant et/ou d'une chaîne libre au niveau d'une interface entre des groupes de traitement, et la chaîne respectivement temporairement fermée est générée par l'intermédiaire de flux d'air, qui soulèvent par soufflage une bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) en tant que partie de la bande non-tissée défilant, la fixent par génération d'une dépression au niveau d'un système d'acheminement (19) et la reçoivent par aspiration au niveau du groupe de traitement respectivement suivant.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) est soulevée du tamis (3) avec de l'air comprimé.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) est acheminée avec une bande de transport par aspiration.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) est acheminée avec un système déflecteur d'air.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement de la bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) est effectué par fixation au niveau d'un côté inférieur du système d'acheminement (19).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'aspiration est effectuée au niveau du groupe de traitement (4, 6) suivant respectivement au moyen d'un système de collecte par aspiration (21) sous une bande de tamis du groupe de traitement suivant.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les flux d'air de la chaîne temporairement fermée sont adaptés les uns aux autres pour réaliser une chaîne de bande homogène dans la zone du transfert.
  8. Dispositif servant à mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, avec une installation de production de non-tissés obtenus par voie humide (1) avec un système de suspension de fibres (2), un système de tamisage (3), au moins un groupe de traitement (4) suivant et avec au moins une chaîne libre au niveau d'une interface (8) entre le système de tamisage (3) et le groupe de traitement (4) suivant et/ou au niveau d'une interface (9) entre deux groupes de traitement suivants, dans lequel un système d'hydroliage est prévu en tant qu'au moins un groupe de traitement (4), dans lequel la chaîne libre (4, 6) peut être fermée temporairement par l'intermédiaire de systèmes à flux d'air d'un système d'engagement de bande (13) pour une bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) découpée, qui sont positionnés de telle manière que la bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) est retirée en tant que partie de la bande non-tissée (10) défilant par un système à air comprimé (18), est transférée par un système d'acheminement (19) générant une dépression et est reçue par un système d'aspiration d'air (21) du groupe de traitement suivant.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, en aval du système à air comprimé (18) servant à retirer la bande non-tissée (10), un système d'aspiration (26) disposé dans la direction de défilement de la bande non-tissée (10), au moyen duquel un emplacement de transfert peut être positionné dans la chaîne libre vers le groupe de traitement (4) suivant.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le système d'acheminement (19) générant une dépression est réalisé en tant que bande de transport par aspiration ou d'un système déflecteur d'air.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le système d'acheminement (19) présente un côté inférieur réalisé en tant que surface d'aspiration.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que pour recevoir une bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) transférée, le groupe de traitement (4, 6) suivant présente côté entrée un système de collecte par aspiration (21), qui est raccordé à un système de commande servant à contrôler le soulèvement, le transfert et la réception d'une bande d'engagement d'extrémité (14) dans la chaîne temporairement fermée.
